Any applicable taxes (HST) will be included.  A $1000 Damage deposit is required and it is returned after departure and inspection. 25% non-refundable deposite is required to secure reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

Property Description

The top floor contains the master bedroom which has a queen size bed and 22” Cable TV with /DVDVCR with an ensuite bathroom containing a Jacuzzi tub/shower. Located on the main floor are the dining area and family room which contain beautiful 25 feet vaulted ceilings. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 2 at the bar; while the family room contains comfortable leather couches, a wood burning fireplace made of stone, and a 27” Cable TV with DVD/VCR and CD stereo system featuring a 5 speaker plus subwoofer surround sound system. Off the main floor is a private out-door hot-tub on the private balcony with views of the mountains. Also on the main floor is the kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining area, family room, and kitchen all have views of the garden and surrounding mountains through spacious picture windows. Also located on the main floor is a powder room and access to the connected single car garage. The lower floor contains 3 bedrooms each with a LCD TV/DVD combo and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom #2 contains a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #3 can sleep 4 people either in 2 single beds and 1 set of adult bunk beds or in 2 sets of adult bunk beds. Bedroom #4 has a double bed with a single bed on top. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a full bathroom with tub and shower. The laundry washer/dryer is also located on the lower floor.

Our towhhouse is perfectly located on Blackcomb Mountain right above the Whistler Village. If you would rather be skiing or snowboarding then driving to the hill and trying to find parking then our place is for you. You can just wake up and walk 50 paces to the hill, where you day begins. You can even ski home for lunch and then head out again for the afternoon.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a signed guest stay contract.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Not outside after 10PM. If complaints are received the fine is subtracted from damage deposit; can be grounds for eviction
Garbage Removal Renters responsibility. Excessive accumulation of garbage in townhouse will result in deduction from damage deposit
Housekeeping Possible for longer stays. Excessive cleaning will be deducted from damage deposit
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Yes. We have contacts who will be able to solve any maintenance problems
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 Adults.
Missing Items A thorough inspection is done before returning damage deposit. The replacement cost of any missing items are subtracted from the damage deposit
Policy Updates Yes. We will inform our guest of any policy updates/changes
Property Damage Amount subtracted from Damage Deposit. Excessive cleaning will be deducted from damage deposit
