Our unit is on the third and top floor floor facing west with beautiful mountain and sunset view. Main floor includes living, dining, corner kitchen, and half bath. Upper floor includes loft master bedroom, double twin sleeping loft, bathroom and sauna. Secured underground ski storage and designated parking space.

The Hearthstone Lodge is close to everything, and right in the village square! But please ask if you have any special requests.

Located in the center of Whistler Village. Close to everything! (only steps away from trails, lifts, shops, nightlife, grocery store, and more). Take an awesome gondola ride up Whistler mountain in the summer, or take a ride on Blackcomb's 1.4 kilometer Westcoaster Luge adventure ride. Miniature golf is nearby at Little Mountain Golf Center.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments non-refundable unless reservation can be replaced. Refunds are dependent on the ability to re-book the suite for the intended period of stay. Cancellation fee of 4% may apply.
Delayed Arrivals Refunds are not given for delayed arrivals. Your access to the property is available during the reservation time.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Sent via email or mail when balance of payment is recieved.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Keep it reasonable, for the sake of everyone else.
Housekeeping The property will be clean upon arrival and will be cleaned after departure. Guests are expected to maintain the property while residing in the unit.
Liability We are not responsible for injury incurred in suite or at Whistler Resorts.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergencies should be reported to 604-905-9182.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 adults.
Property Damage Damage to the property is the responsibilty of the renter and will be billed at the cost of repair or replacement.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Skis and equipment must be stored in lockers in storage area. Please be reminded that it is a contravention of the strata bylaws to bring sporting equipment through common property (lobby, hallways etc.): Use of property 7.1 (I) An owner of a residential strata lot shall not: u Bring skis, boards, bicycles through common property. Storage lockers provided by the Strata Corporation are to be used. The Strata Corporation is not responsible for stolen or vandalized or damaged items stored in the locker rooms.
Terms of Eviction Violation of the rules may result in eviction.

Whistler Activities

My recommended scenic drives The drive to Whistler out of Vancouver along the Sea-to-Sky Highway 99 is one of the nicest scenic and most famous drives in the whole world. The road passes the beautiful Brittania Beach and Howe Sound before ascending into the glorious Southwestern mountains and passing through the eagle-viewing tourist areas of Squamish and Brackendale. The road offers one great photo op after another all the way from Vancouver to Whistler.
Places to work out Meadowbrook Community center is an excellent place to go workout or go for a swim, and is just a few km down the road from Whistler Village.

We are a family who all love skiing (and boarding) from Seattle, WA. Whistler is, by far, our favorite ski resort, and the best skiing we have ever been to. We look forward to sharing our condo with you, and hope you have as good a time at Whistler as we always do!

Hearthstone theft

The largest concern and personal impact were that we were threatened ($250 fine, surveillance cameras everywhere) to not bring bikes into the condo , but weren't provided a valid access combo to the secure locker (we attempted to contact the owners immediately but never received response). Forced to lock our bikes onto our car in the 'secure parking' overnight we ended up with $13K worth of bikes stolen from Hearthstone Lodge.


PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you want bikers to stay in your residence, change you policy on allowing your guests' personal property being brought into the building.

Great view! However, that is the only good thing about this unit. We were very disappointed with this unit. We booked for 4 nights, there was no cable or internet access (both are said to be included). The unit was very outdated.
