Rates are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to the 5% GST. The customary Hotel Tax is not applicable since this is an owner-direct booking. We accept payment by VISA or Mastercard through the secure AlluraDirect on-line website. Secured underground parking is available at a small fee. Please note that we do not ask for a damage deposit via the Allura site, however we do require guests to provoide a credit card damage deposit on arrival, at the front desk prior to giving access to the suite. The card holder must be the same as the booking name and be present to sign in with that card. We are not able to use a card when the card holder is not there to sign in.

We come to Whistler often so we tried to make it feel like our home, which you won't get in a standard rental property. |My top skiing/boarding tips for visitors||If the walk from our condo to the lifts is too long for you when walking in ski boots and carrying your equipment you can lock up your skis overnight in the overnight lockers, located to the right of the Blackcomb gondola (wooden building). They will store your skis for $5 and hold your shoes during the day. You can laso put 2 pairs of skis in 1 bag for only $3.|

|Best rainy day kids activities||Meadows Park-cSwimming pool, Ice Skating, Racketball courts and for parents, this place has a great exercise room. Also during summer months you can take your kids to a playground behind Meadows Park. It has tennis ourts, nice washrooms, kids spray park. You can take a bus, drive or bike from our condo.Whistler also just opened their new Movie theater-Village 8 Cinemas.|

|What makes Whistler so special and unique?||We like coming to Whistler during any season. There is always something to do here even if you don"t ski or snowboard. You can shop, go for a nice walks on many trails, do some people watching from many coffee shops, eat in great restaurants or you can just relax in our condo. The people in Whistler are very friendly and helpful. You can also meet people from all over the world.|

|My safety tips for drivers new to Hwy 99||Try to drive in daylight. It can be scary in the dark, especially if it"s snowing.|
|What I like about the drive||The most beautiful scenery on Sea to Sky Highway.|
|Worst thing about the drive||Curvy drive between Horseshoe Bay and Squamish!|
|Best places to go swimming||Meadows Park for rainy days and Lost Lake for warm, sunny days|
|Best rainy day activities||Meadows Park swimming pool is our favorite, followed by the Whistler Library.|
|Great walks to take||Trail around the golf course and lakes or many other valley trails.|
|My recommended non-skiing winter activities||Dog Sledding-lots of fun!|
I live in Portland, Oregon with two sons. I bought my first condo before it was built, but the 1 bedroom was too small four our kid's and their friends that come to Whistler with us. I owned my 2 bedroom condo since 1998. I tryto get to Whistler at least every six months and we always enjoy every minute of our vacation and I hope you will too.
This condo was in the perfect location convenient to all Whistler activities. It looks out onto the Village Stroll with a wonderful mountain view. It was pleasant and roomy, and it was great to have a kitchen, washer/dryer and 2 baths. The owners were very helpful with suggestions about activities and helping us get the most from our vacation. We would love to come back!
We enjoyed staying at this unit in the Eagle Lodge. It had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies and the washer worked fine. Having the 3 Tv's is a luxury. We also appreciated the abundant lighting. The housekeeping and maintenance service good. It is a short walk to the grocery store and to the backcomb base. The downsides are minor and some are connected to the way the development was built. There is some noise from the village stroll and the garbage room is not a plus (just trust me). There is an extra charge for parking with this unit. If you do take the bus, it is a bit a challenge going across the stroll with your luggage and there are no luggage carts in reception. That said, I like this development a lot due to the location, despite any caveats with the specifics. I found this unit to be one of the more nicely appointed units I have stayed in at the Eagle Lodge and the rate was reasonable. We enjoyed it so much I am "putting it on the list" for next year!
We loved this place - so convenient and the perfect size. Very good use of space and everything was provided for for us to use to cook. Only complaint was that the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

This home was perfect for me, my son and his wife - with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large comfortable sofa to share. The carpets were new and the whole apartment had recently been redecorated. Despite its very central location I did not find it noisy, even though we were there for the first night of Presidents Week. It was great to be able to look out of the window and see the conditions on the mountain. My only problem was that we were not given the correct number for our ski locker so had to store our skis on the deck.
We really enjoyed the 2 nights that we stayed here with some family and friends. It really felt like a home away from home. The apartment easily accommodates 6 people and has everything you might need for a short break or a longer stay. Next time we head to Whistler we're definitely going to look to see if this place is available again.
We checked in on Friday evening. One of the toilets was plugged and we couln't clear it. Maintenance wasn't available till the next morning so we had to share one bathroom for 5 people. Maybe the guests before us didn't report any issues. Other issues we reported, one burner on stove not working, towel bar fell off the wall when we hung up a towel, hook on door in bathroom was broken, bathtub wouln't drain properly. All issues reported were resolved by the next morning. Location is good, only a 5 minute walk to the main part of the village. Parking was convenient at additional cost, spaces are a little tight for trucks or vans. We didn't find noise to be too much of an issue. Sure I could hear some people at 12am or 2am but the noise is usually temporary. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the room for you. I imagine any room looking out on the village stroll will have some noise issues. Furnishings, layout, and instructions were all adequate and we were able to find everything we needed. It was everything we needed, in the village at a reasonable rate. Great views of the mountains and village stroll.
The location was great as the condo was located right in the village with easy access to the village stroll however during the night it was very noisy as people leaving the night clubs were shouting and screaming so we were unable to sleep half the night...so if you want quiet this is not the condo for you. The condo was set up nicely with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms being separate from each other. The carpets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned!!

We had a good vacation at Whistler. The unit is in excellent shape and well equipped. The only significant problem was the noise level from the square below. The kids party well into the am hours and it is hard to get to sleep even with ear plugs. I have stayed in other units and the noise level was not nearly as noticeable so not sure if there is anything that can be done (double paned windows or thicker curtains) about this but it would likely be a major factor in my returning to this unit if you couldn't find a way to address. Sorry to be so candid and it is a shame because everything else is perfect. Thanks.
Very nice unit. Relatively close to the slopes. Bit noisy at night. Unit was dirty in some areas. Cleaner could have done a better job. Would highly consider staying there again.
Jim and Lenka have a really nice condo with wonderful views and a convenient location, We spent 4 nights in early January and had an unforgettable time! The condo was perfect and Whistler is such a great getaway. We will definitely be back as soon as we can and hope that we can stay here again. We actually had a great dinner in the Italian restaurant that is on the first floor of the condo that Jim and Lenka recommended. Thanks again for offering your wonderful place to our family!
