Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale / Damage - we relocate you to a comparable property. If there are rate increases associated with your move, we will contribute up to $CAN100 per night towards rate equilization. If we fail to relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products

Bright and roomy with gorgeous view. Loved the floor plan with bedrooms away from living area. Beds were comfortable. Lost points on cleanliness due to having to rewash several kitchen items before using, but this could just be an issue with dishwasher not working well. The bathrooms were clean.

It was a bit hot & a bit difficult to sleep inside the condo at night under this kind of hot weather, if the property has air-conditioning system would be helpful! Otherwise, we like the size of bedroom & living room.

Nice spacious accommodation, with good view of the golf course. Close to bus routes. We had a couple of minor issues on check-in, but all was quickly resolved with a phone call. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

An awful rental experience in Unit 26

First, owner told me this was unit 16 and then later identified it as 26...probably a typo but one that was significant since unit 16 is in a much more favorable location. Intentional??? Owner then failed to send me on a timely basis info on how to access the unit and only did so in response to my email. Bottom line: owner does not care about tenant needs, just interested in rent. Owner never apologized for all the problems this rental caused us. Not surprisingly, furnishings are on cheap side and unit has not been maintained. First issue, the place had not been prepared for renters: outside was a patio filled with weeds, with a rotted flower box, and a dirty/rusted barbecue grill. The screen door to the patio was broken while another one was left leaning against the wall of the patio. Inside, the DVD player did not work, there was a broken kitchen sprayer, and we found many scrapes on the walls. You would never have invited guests over to a place in this condition! The location is bad because the master bedroom sits on the same level and 10 feet away from the sole outside parking place for the whole 40+ unit complex (there are other underground spots for renters). This parking space is used continuously with slamming doors and voices as late as 2 am to keep you awake. It also very near the hot tub. The rental agreement stipulated you would be charged for any damage if you failed to report it...thus I had to send at least four emails with pictures to avoid getting charged. Also, the owner imposes a $50 fine for not running the dishwasher before leaving, something which we have never seen before. The handling of the damage deposit was even a problem. The damage deposit was $200. This was okay but had to wait 3 weeks for a refund of the deposit as "owner was in Europe" and would not send a check until returning. Although we had charged the deposit on a VISA card, it was refunded to us (residing in the US) with a check in Canadian dollars - thus necessitating an irritating extra trip to the bank! I wasted a huge amount of time on this unit, emailing, getting info, talking with Alluradirect, and handling damage deposit. It is really just a lousy unit and not worth renting. We have stayed many times in Whistler with much better results. Try units 9 or 12 in the same complex if you want a better experience!

Mike and Pam were very responsive and quick to communicate when needed. The home was ideal for 2 adults and 2 young kids, great layout, clean. 10 minute walk to the village which was fine for us. Very quiet. There is a fireplace but no firewood which would have been nice on one of the nights.

Whistler Skiing Trip

This condo was amazing and spacious. The views from the kitchen to the backyard were breathtaking - spacious fields of snow everywhere. The location was prime in that we were able to get to a grocery store, whistler village, and the slopes in a matter of 5-10 minutes. The free shuttle that takes skiers and snowboarders up to the lifts is literally right across the street from the condo. There was a community hot tub just a level down from the condo and secured parking which made things much more convenient and safe. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

This condo was a great place to stay in Whistler. About a 10 minute walk from the village and close to the lost lake trails. It was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a great view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

We were fortunate to find their rental available. All the reviews were spot on. It's in a great location, just a nice stroll to the upper village and not much firther to the msin village. if you want or catch the free shuttle it's just around the corner. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious for the 5 of us. We used the complex hot tub a couple of times. I would definitely rent again if we return to whistler.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, quiet and accessible (nice walk to Blackcombe Base). Nice view of the golf course from the back yard. Master bedroom was comfortable with large ensuite bathroom. I would recommend and definitely return for another stay.

Quite amazing - the pics don't do it justice. I organised a group to go up and sadly I was in the other chalet which was much less nice, but we all met up for a superb BBQ and wine next to the fire. Enjoying a Winter Weekend at Whistler

Blackcomb greens is a quiet getaway close to the lifts and the golf course. Its a huge two bedroom condo with a great view of the surrounding golf course. The facilities are always well kept and there are always plenty of kitchen supplies and dishes on hand! We really appreciate the location and quiet ambience that the condo offers. It feels like we are truly on a vacation when we stay here

Spacious, bright and clean townhome with cozy fireplace. Accurate information package and easy check-in. We found everything we needed, except the fire logs, which would be nice to have in arrival night. Did not have a chance to enjoy the common area hot tub as it was always full in that busy weekend.
