Cleaning and bed linens changing every 7 days for stays shorter that 30 days. No maid services for stays longer that 30 days but there will be a vacuum provided and enough bed linens and towels to change.

We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.|

|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. When you leave the condo please take the garbage to the container, all dishes must be washed and put away, return electronic key cards to the reception.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.|

Our 6th trip to Whistler and we always find The lodging at Whistler Town Plaza to offer the best value by including a lot of things that are not available at other lodging that is more expensive, such as in-condo washer/dryer, gas fireplace, inside hot tub and free parking. It is in the center of the best restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the lifts. We have tried to do better, but always come back to WTP for lodging. This particular unit was very comfortable and well maintained. Everything worked as advertised.

Location is good

Location is good, very close to everything and only few minutes of walk. It has everything you need for cooking, plates and bowls are also available. Compare to similar unit, the price is also very reasonable. The nice thing is it also has a hot tub on main floor, we felt very good to soak in hot tub after a long day snowboarding. Unit is fairly clean. But the linen seriously need to be changed. We had to wash the sheet and pillow cover before we slept in the first night, cuz they were way too dirty. There were blood stains everywhere on the pillow (after the pillow cover to be taken off) which made us very uncomfortable. The pilling on the blanket was very rough and we had to flip it. I would suggest you bring your own sheet and pillow cover. Other than that, everything is good.

Very clean unit, quiet part of the Walk, close to shopping and good restaurants, bed and furnishings comfortable, good heating. Very attentive owner who is a pleasure to deal with. Directions well written and easily understood, key access is easy, lots of storage in the unit and for skis outside and downstairs. We cooked breakfasts, but the unit is well stocked with everything you would need for lunches and dinners too. Was a great unit to come home to after a big day on the slopes. All good!

Zoran's condo is perfect. We've stayed twice now, and have found it cozy, clean and incredibly convenient. Just a short walk to lifts, hikes, shopping and restaurants. Thanks for the great time! Hopefully we can come again next year.

The location of this place is fantastic, very close to the Olympic rings and the outdoor rink. Zoran was a pleasure to deal with and all in all we had the best winter vacation ever. The kitchen has everything you need for a nice home cooked meal; all the utensils and tools that we needed were carefully provided by the owner. We will definitely come back. I stayed here over the new year of 2013/2014. the location is great, being in the center of the village. there is a great eat location right downstairs call el furniture warehouse. 5 dollars for any dish anytime any day. the balcony looks out into the highly walked upon street. nice place to get a breath of fresh air and people watch if that's your thing. it was decently comfortable for 4 people. one fold out bed, and one bedroom. there was some issues with the place, fridge door wouldn't close, light bulbs were out, but a call to the front desk and it was fixed rather promptly. And the property manager Zoran was a pleasure to work with. Always responded quickly, and with answers I wanted to hear. I do recommend this place for anyone that is looking to stay inside the village, and that falls within budget. Has an indoor hot tub on first floor.
Great Village Location with Easy access to Whistler Fun

Simple yet functional place in the heart of Whistler Village. This one bedroom condo served as the perfect place for our Whistler adventures, whether biking, hiking, or taking off to the lake. The unit was in average condition, with a few basic amenities missing and slightly dirty carpets, but was everything we could ask for. We stayed here for over a month. It's a little noisy at night, but just about anywhere in the village will be with late night party goers. The owner, Zoran, was very helpful setting things up and making sure we were taken care of.

We had an amazing experience in whistler staying at Zoran's. he was able to accommodate us in many ways and was very responsive, and this was all for a very reasonable price. The room was very neat and was spacious for the 4 of us. I will forsure be going back!

This appartment has it all. Kitchen, good size bedroom, bathroom, the pull-out couch was confortable too! The balcony has a cool view of the mountains and the olympic rings too. It's a great location, pretty much right in the middle of the village. Had some great times :)

Zoran's condo is very comfortable. Centrally located in Whistler Village, so it is a skiers dream. My husband and son walked to the slopes every morning, while I hiked, shopped, enjoyed the Whistler library and all of the great restaurants and cafes in the Village. No wifi, only DSL cable. but when we had a problem with the router the front desk handled it immediately. I highly recommend staying here.

The skiing was fabulous, the snow was perfect, and over all we had a really great time at Whistler. The condo does need a little more thourgh cleaning. The cloths dryer vent and filters in the ceiling vent in the bathroom would go a long ways. For the value on this place we probably stay here again. We didn't need our rental car till it time to leave. Everything we walked to.

Check in service was great, even managed to get us in a little early which was greatly appreciated after a long drive. We might have lucked out with two of the best ski days of the season. Condo was comfortable and roomy for three plus a dinner guest. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment and tools. Some foil or plastic wrap would have been nice since it is not something we would pack or buy for a one night stay. Two dishwasher pucks would be helpful to cover both dinner and breakfast dishes. Rinsed the second load but unable to wash. Overall the condo was very acceptable. The building, however, needs some attention. The card swipe at the front entrance never worked creating some uncomfortable moments waiting for someone to exit the building. The elevator did not work on Sunday creating a lot of climbs up and down the stair with our luggage and bags to the parking garage. We had a light load compared to many other guests. Two units down had several dogs in the unit the entire day and the dogs never stopped barking. I am a dog owner and lover, but nonstop barking was far too much.

Ok weekend stay in Whistler Village

Check in and access to the condo were straightforward. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and coffee filters. The bathroom could use a really good scrub with some bleach. Wired Internet was available, but no wireless. Carpet is getting to be quite worn. Location is convenient. Shared gym and hot tub facilities are unimpressive.

We stayed over New Year's 2011/2012. The front desk staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The condo is in an great location in the heart of the action in the Upper Village. We had no problems with street noise. The condo is not ski in/ski out, but is a short walk to the lifts. There were a number of minor problems with the condo that did put a damper on our stay: the entertainment unit under the TV had a broken drawer, at least one of the dining room chairs was broken, the hair dryer in the bathroom would stop working after about 2 seconds on the 'high' setting, and a few of the lights (bathroom vanity and entry) were burnt out. This was peak season, so we were paying top dollar, and it was disappointing to see so many problems. Ski lockers were convenient (and free!). The hot tub is indoors, and doesn't have the charm of an outdoor tub. Instructions/Welcome info could be improved to include the combo of the lock to the ski locker (had to call front desk) and more detail regarding the exceptional recycling options. I would consider returning, but the maintenance of this suite is a concern.

We picked this location because we had friends in the building. The downsides was the location of the bathroom lightswitch and the bathroom door lock, they both got frustrating. This unit had spices and a nice big TV which was great! Bed is super comfy and plenty of room to cook and enjoy yourself. It would have been nice if internet was wireless versus plugged in, then our phones could have worked too. We were there for a week and it worked great for us. Thanks.

Thank you for having us. It was very nice, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the cable channels:) the only thing we noticed was the blow dryer was broken and we could have enjoyed a DVD player but these things were very minimal. Altogether, a very lovely stay.
Rowdy drunks woke me up every night.
