Walk to the end of the courtyard click on your skis and you are a minute away from the Wizard quad chair on Blackcomb. Situated perfectly above the famous Fairmont Chateau Whistler Resort Hotel.  Our property is located facing the "outside" of the complex and faces towards the West for the afternoon sun.  It faces the treed area on the West of the building so it VERY quiet and private...you will feel like you are alone in the forest!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable . If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservations with out payment.
Delayed Arrivals We cannot be responsible for a delayed arrival. No refunds for a delayed arrival
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed on receipt of final payment. You must print this information and bring it with you!
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Once you have paid on line this is your guest stay contract, we do not require you to fax anything to us.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Not permitted. Late payments will result in cancellation of booking without refund
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will pay for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for their own garbage removal on days tha the condo is not serviced.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Extra house keeping can be pre arranged at guests own expense
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary Internet access and we do provide a lap top. If guests prior to you have damaged laptop, we are unable to provide one to use. We provide log on information, we do not provide tech support. All clients must have good knowledge of their laptop computers
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Locking Door Guests will lock the door when they leave the property to avoid /minimize theft or break-ins.
Maintenance Emergencies Call our Concierge, Shirley Hill's if you have any problems.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people maximum, excess guests will be evicted. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing secure parking available $12 daily, less for longer stays. Must purchase ticket on arrival at vending machine in lobby, please collect teh magnetic card to access underground parking area from front desk staff.
Property Damage Guest assumes are financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. We get an approval for $500 tp cpver the damage of our computer and anything ion the condo-this is not charged at all unless any damage occurs
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Resort Information Our Concierge will provide Resort Information on confirmation of your booking.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please do not store gear inside condo. Free valet storage available to all guests. This is located in teh ski shop, in the lobby area. Drop off gear on check in and this will be stored free of charge for you
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Guarantees Policies

Policy Description

Reservation Guarantee If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property. Owners will assume additional accommodation-related relocation costs up to $1000 CAD. If a comparable property is not available, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund.
Snow Guarantee For each day that greater than 70% of the lifts are closed due to extraordinary weather conditions, the Owner will refund 50% of 1 corresponding night. Guest must notify Owner on the qualifying day so that lift status can be verified. Valid Jan 1-March 31
