Property Description

This is a very spacious and open, but cozy townhome with lots of space for storing your gear and supplies in an attached, heated garage.  The slate floors on the main floor, as well as all the bathroom floors, are heated.  It has beautiful mountainviews of both Whistler and Blackcomb from the main floor, patio and the master bedroom upstairs. 

The main floor has a full bathroom with shower, laundry room, a large sitting area with three sofas and a flat screen TV, a dining area that seats 8-10 with a walkout to a private patio and hot tub.  The mountainviews are perfect from there.  The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and high end appliances, is open to the sitting and dining areas.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Robes available in the townhome.  All bedrooms have entertainment units with TV's, radio alarm clocks and closets with organizers in them.  The master bedroom has gorgeous mountainviews to wake up to and an ensuite with a double head shower.  The other bathroom is a Jack and Jill attached to the bedroom with a queen size bunk bed and trundle.   The third bedroom has a queen bed and glass sliding doors onto a balcony.

Our unit is set up to make your vacation hassle-free. No lugging the baby gear along - we've got it! Need to connect to the office & check email - we're set up for convenient wireless or connected access. Are the kids bringing along a game console? No problem - they can connect in the dorm which also has a combo DVD and VCR - you have a great dinner below while they watch a movie upstairs. Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
Excessive Noise Quiet hours 10pm-7am. Montebello is a residential area; excessive noise may be reported to the authorities and may result in immediate eviction! Please reserve your partying for the Village.
Garbage Removal Guests are to dispose of garbage in designated area. Instructions are located within the property.
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed internet.
Liability We are not liable for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on rental property.
Locking Door Guests are responsible for locking doors upon departure.

My Money Saving Tips

Cheapest beer Unfortunately beer is expensive in Canada - so whatever is on special at the pub is your best deal. The local beer is Kokanne - pretty good for the basic stuff.
My biggest money saving tips Eat a hearty breakfast before heading out - or grab a breakfast sandwich at the base of the gondolas in the Carlton lodge coffee counter. Burgers or chili on the mountain are relatively inexpensive and really good. Take advantage of ticket deals and check the local Pique newspaper for everyone"s specials. Shop Nester's market for the best grocery deals - it"s where the locals shop.

The Drive to Whistler

Best places to eat The Roadhouse just before Squamish at Shannon Falls. Great food & service, view of the Falls and the parking lot is full of bunnies!! Great stop for kids!
Best things to see on the way to Whistler Stunning Howe Sound - we"ve made the drive thousands of times and never tire of the view.
My safety tips for drivers new to Hwy 99 PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME! You won"t make up more than 5 minutes by speeding due to traffic and construction, so relax and enjoy the ride - and arrive safely!

Fabulous townhouse in great location

Our group (of 4 adults and 4 kids) was very happy with this townhouse. It was a quick walk into the village yet it was quiet and peaceful with nice views. The unit was cozy and clean, and the decor was lovely throughout the home. The kitchen was high end and very well equipped with plenty of dishes etc for our large group. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk room. The kids also loved the hot tub. This is a great unit for two families or larger groups of friends. We would definitely rent it again and recommend to others. Olga was quick to respond to inquiries and pleasant to work with.

Last minute booking this summer... GREAT location, GREAT townhouse! YAY, it had a garage for all of our bikes & such! The home had some great amenities for our toddler, and it has a ton of amenities for the ski season too in the garage. Gorgeous home inside, loved the heated floors to take the edge off even in the summer. It was well stocked, hot tub was perfect, and can house A LOT of family! Looking forward to coming back again with some friends! Olga was very accommodating & responsive!!

Great Townhouse Minutes Away From The Village

Our group of 6 adults decided to get away for a weekend to unwind from work and recharge after spring and absolutely loved this townhouse. It was a 10 minute walk to get to the village yet was secluded enough to feel like you were away from it all. As soon as we walk inside, we were amazed at how beautiful the home was and how it was a great size for 6 of us. 3 baths, 3 beds including a beautiful bunk + a fold out couch, well equipped kitchen, and a hot tub made this a great choice for our group. Any questions or concerns was quickly handled by Olga and ensured our stay was a great one. We definitely would rent it again and would gladly recommend it to others.
