Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked;all cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes If avaiability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that you deposit calculated on the origianl amoun is non-refundable' if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similiarly non-refundable. If you have paid the balance then it will be readjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary. Full Maid Service upon Check-out; daily housekeeping service can be added to you stay at a minimul cost if requested in advance; please contact owner for more details
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, wwhile in tansit to, o while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 9. Strictly enforced. Parties of 12 people or more will be evicted.
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incured while the guest is staying in the poperty, even if the ofender is being hosted by the guest. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agee to pay us for all damages you or you guests incur.

Getting The Check-In Info

How do I get the check-in info? When we eceive your final payment, we will send you information, keys, complete instructions and emergency contact infomation in the mail. If you are making a last minute booking, you will receive this info by email and/or courier
What happens if it does not arrive in time? Please let us know, and we will arrange for a meet and greet in the resort to make sure that you get in safe and sound!
What if I leave my package at home by mistake? Please let us know as soon as possible (while you are en oute) and we will organize a resort check-in upon your arrival.

Checking- In

How do I Check-in? We will send you the key punch combination in the mail with instructions. You just arrive in Whistler and go direclty to the property. You do not have to go anywahere first-start having a great time and go DIRECT to our home
Can I check-in early? Please check with us a few days before you arrive. If someone is leaving on your arrival day then we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 4:00 pm. Often times you can check-in early so please ask the worst we can do is say no - not this time!
Can I leave my stuff there when I arive even if it has not been cleaned yet? Yes, as long as the previous guests are gone, and you leave everything in the hall with a note for our cleaners. KNOCK ON THE DOOR IF YOU ARE ARIVING BEFORE 4:00pm
do I have to pay more for an early check-in? NO

Checking-out

Can I check-out late? Please inquire with us a few days before your arrival if you want to check-out late. It may be possible.
What is the check-out time? 10:00 AM . This is strictly enforced!
What happens if we are not ready to leave at 10am and the cleaners show up? the 10 am check-out is strictly enforced, unless you have confimed a late check-out with us. If you leave late, then the next guest will arrive to a dirty townhouse because our cleaners could not clean it on time, they will be left waiting until the evening before they can start their vacation. How would you feel if it was YOU? The security company will be called to escort you out if you are not on your way out.
How do I check-out? Return all common area keys to the hooks and leave them inside the townhouse.

Emergencies

What if something goes wrong? We have a 24 hour emergency support. Contact information is provided with final payment.
What if the property is not cleaned when we get there? If it is after 4 pm. something likely went wrong. Contract us, and we will FIX it immediately. If we are unable to do so, you will be compensated for this error and the property will be cleaned fist thing the next morning.

Hot Tub

How do I get to the Hot Tub? You can walk out to the centre of the complex and using your "common" key enter into the Hot Tub Area.
What facilities are in the Hot Tub Area? There is a Mens/Ladies Shower and Change Area. Also a water fountain and bench seats are found in this common area.
What time is the hot tub open until? The hot tub is open until 11:00 PM DAILY.
