This beautifully designed ski in, ski out home is located above the newly built creek side town center. Enjoy soaring views down the valley as well as the peak of whistler. This home is located in a private subdivision with plenty of parking. This is a comfortably designed home with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, lots of sun and awesome Views. You can ski home for lunch or a hot tub at this 4 bedroom and loft, 3 bath room home. This home has on site caretakers as well to see to your every need. The private outdoor hot tub has breathtaking views of the mountainside and the peak mountain chair.Covered parking leads to an entry or the mudroom entry. Plenty of storage in a garage lockup for all your sports equipment. The main floor area contains the great room (gourmet kitchen/dining area/living space) master bedroom/bath, guest bedroom, bathroom, laundry/storage and mudroom. The living room features vaulted ceilings of 28' and towering windows viewing the slope (Dave Murray Downhill). This room is beautifully appointed with leather sofa loveseat and matching upholstered overstuffed chairs. What a room to relax in after mastering the mountains terrain.From the great room a set of stairs leads you up to the billiard room/Theatre room. This room is appointed with every luxury from your 50" High definition digital surround cable television, to our 4x8 Dufferin slate pool table. You will enjoy the super video as well, all controlled from one simple to operate controller. You will love to entertain in this room from your built in wet bar area overlooking the billiard table. The views from this room extend far south down the valley. On this level as well are the 3rd and 4th bedroom as well as the 3rd bathroom.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are non-refundable . Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund (less $100 administration fee)We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; there is a 5% fee on cancellation refund if you pay by Credit Card.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds . We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed upon receipt of deposit .
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Will be evicted for excessive noise by 24 hr security . No Parties!

Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Caretaker 24 hrs. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 12 people . Strictly enforced. Parties of 13 people or more will be evicted!
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest . By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur

Jack and Lisa have lived in Whistler for 20 years. We have one child, Steven, an avid boarder who does not like to travel far from home and his board. We have a small dog named Whiski, named by our son.(A female MultiShit who our son thought needed manning up)We have rented our Whistler home now for 15 years and still enjoy all the great visitors we get to know. We stay in the two bedroom suite on the lower story of the chalet so if you need anything during your stay we're there to help.
