We are located on Glacier Drive just above Whistler Village and right beside the Village run leading to both the Whistler Gondola and Fitzsimmons Express. Alternatively a short walk across Glacier drive drops you out on to Blackcomb mountain.To use the maps, click on the map image, and then click on the area you want to zoom in to! You can keep doing this to move all over the valley map. Click Reset on the window to go down to normal size.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless your reservation can be replaced. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise excessive noise after 10 pm can result in strata fines.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 nights or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour pager service. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 12 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction. This limit may not be exceeded
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tennants or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur

If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Getting Check-In Info

How do I get the check-in information? Property directions, door code access , emergency contact infromation and instructions for using the property will be provided by e-mail immediately upon final payment
What happens if I do not get the check-in information on time? You will receive the check-in information by e-mail immediately with final online payment. If you do not receive it on time, please contact me immediately by e-mail for by phone.
What happens if I leave this information at home? Please call me directly. I will give you the information that you need. Alternatively, you can call AlluraDirect.com at 866-4-Allura and they can give you information. Please note that you will be required to authenticate your identity with your guest username and password.

Checking In

When can I check-in? After 4:00 pm
How do I check in? Using the e-mailed property directions and door code information, simply go to the property, enter the door code, and start having fun!
Can I check in early? Early check-ins are sometimes possible based on the timing of previous departures. Please contact me a few days before your arrival to inquire about an early check-in.
If I cannot check-in early, can I leave my personal belongings there while the cleaners are turning over the property? Yes-but confirm with me first so that I can let my housekeepers know!
Do I have to pay more for an early check-in? No :)

Checking Out

Can I check-out late? Please inquire with us as few days before your arrival if you want to check-out late. It may be possible.
What is the check out-time? 10:00 am. This is strictly enforced!
What happens if we are not ready to leave at 10 am and the cleaners show up? The 10 am check-out time is strictly enforced, unless you have confirmed a late check-out with us. If you leave late, then the next guest will arrive to a dirty condo because our cleaners could not clean it on time. they will be left waiting until the evening before they can start their vacation! How would you feel if it was YOU? The security company will be called to escort you out if you are not on your way out!
How do I check out? Return all keys to their hooks,except for the keys with your name on them. Take an envelope from the wall, and using the keys with your name on them, lock the door. Put these keys in the addressed/stamped envelope, and mail them back to us!
Can I have a late check-out? Late check-outs may be possible with our permission. Please confirm with me in advance of arrival!
Do I have to pay more for a late check-out? No :)

Do I need my own computer Yes-we provide the account, but you have to bring your own computer and phone cable-it is a dial-up connection!

We are from the UK and BC. We are all avid skiiers and boarders, including our 5 children! Some of us have been here for 20 years and some came for the first time in 1997 for a ski trip. Needless to say, this place left a lasting impression on us! In spring 2002, we bought two properties for personal use, one of which is listed on AlluraDirect.com! We decided to call Whistler our home because of all of the places we have ever skiied, Whistler offers the best terrain, service and all around amenities. We love these properties and they truly are our second home.
