Warm as a home away from home, where the husband can take the kid for a day on the hill and the mum can stay home with the baby, reading and chill by the fireplace. Or you can go right into the outdoor pool and hot tub after a day of skiing and watch people riding the chair up for the last run. Not to mention that you skied into the chair and waited for the first run when those are still traveling in the traffic.

The Aspens is one of the best ski in-ski out location in the area. You can easily ski or board to Wizard chair at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in a minute. Within a few minutes walk, you can reach restaurants, bars, shopping, liqour store, rental/ tuning, lifts, Blackcomb ticket office, Snow School, Bunny Hill, Lost Lake Park and bike trail. You can also take a bus or 5-10 minutes walk and get to the main Whistler Village, or to the golf course.

The Aspens is a true ski in-ski out location. By skis, you can reach the Wizard chairlift at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in less than a minute or two. Whistler Village, with all the shops and restaurants, are all within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. This can also be said for the bike trails/parks and Lost Lake.

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 24 Sorry, we will not accept groups of guests under 21 years of age.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Arrival Days Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, then refunds will be limited to the amount paid, less a 10% cancellation fee or $200 (whichever is more). If reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, all payments will be non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals The building is open 24 hours.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information ll necessary information (ie. door codes, directions, maps, etc.) will be e-mailed to guests approximately a week in advance of their arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Property management reserves the right to evict guests due to excessive noise.
Housekeeping The suite is cleaned after each departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Liability The guest making the booking is responsible for all damages, and for ensuring that these policies are known and followed.
Maintenance Emergencies
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people.
Property Damage Guests are responsible for all property damage they or any of their party members have caused. This includes physical damage, excessive cleaning, missing items/theft, and defacing property. Guest agrees to pay for all private or common property damage caused by the guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an eviction.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Nightly rentals (Phase 1).
Terms of Eviction Evictions will result for excess noise, property damage, or violation of any policy applied to this rental unit/agreement. Evicted guests will NOT be entitled to any sort of refund.
Bike Storage here is a bike storage area at the entrance of the underground parking entrance. Make sure you bring your own bike locks.
Garbage Removal here is a garbage and recycling facility located in a shed just outside the main entrance.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless Internet is available. Broadband Ethernet connection is also available.

Local Tips

About Us

I live in Vanouver with my wife and a new born son. I love ski and snowboard and I'm CASI snowboard instructor and CSIA ski instructor.  Whistler Blackcomb is by far my favourite mountain, and I have been snowboarding/skiing here around 100 days in the past 2 seaons combined. I also enjoy coming to Whistler for verious activities such as hinking, mountain biking (you can do downhill or trails) or even skiing when it opens for June and July in the glacier area. Even I'm not really into golfing, I have to admit that Whistler does have a very nice golf course and we are luckily really close to it.
