The views of the village and Rainbow and Sproatt Mountains are breathtaking. You're steps away from skiing, shops, restaurants and bars. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath property epitomizes stylish resort living with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and chef’s kitchen with new appliances. This is the location to be in Whistler.

 

Guest Access

Prior to your arrival you will be sent information on how to gain access to the Carleton Lodge from the parking garage and village stroll entrances.

Once you have access to the Carleton Lodge the condo is located on the fifth floor, which you can take the elevator to. You will be sent a key code for the condo door.

Please note that if you decide to take the stairs you will need a key card to access the fifth floor.

The Neighbourhood

Location, location, location - our condo is located in the heart of Whistler Village at the base of Whistler Mountain and steps away from the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. This is the place for avid skiers and bikers, who want to be close to the mountain action. You're also steps away from some of the best restaurants, shops and bars that Whistler has to offer.

Getting Around

Whistler Village has a pedestrianized main stroll so once people park their cars they typically don't use them until they're heading home. However, if you're heading to a restaurant further afield then the main taxi loop is located next to the Tourist Information Centre, a five minute walk away from the condo.

Property Description

The three-bedroom condo has one bedroom off the main lounge and dining area, with two loft-style bedrooms above it.

The entry, lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan with fantastic views of the village and Mountains. The kitchen has an oven, stove top, fridge/freezer and microwave, with coffee and tea making facilities. There's a bathroom and a laundry room, with a washer and dryer just off the main entryway.

The lounge has a television with cable, and the dining table seats eight.

The main floor bedroom has a king bed, cable television and bathroom with shower. For additional privacy, this room can be locked off from the rest of the condo as it has its own entryway.

In the upstairs the two loft-style bedrooms sit side by side. There's one king bed with a bathroom which includes a jet-bath. The other room has a queen bed and the bathroom includes a shower.

Please note that the upstairs bedrooms are in the lofted area of the main room, so they are open to the lounge area below but you can't see into the bedrooms from the main floor.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
