What I like about the drive The scenery on a clear day and the new highway improvements
Where to get the best views Tantulas Mountain Range Lookout
Worst thing about the drive Other Drivers, drive defensively

Overall a great location and good value

Thomas from Oakville, Canada
Date: Oct-21-2014 for a stay in Oct 2014

The positives: Great location next to the village. The king sized bed was really comfortable. Its a good size so you don't feel cramped. The price was the most reasonable for the size and location of the unit. The bathrooms had clearly been updated. The pictures were a good representation of what the unit is like. Negative: The couches are well worn with no springs and even a hole on one cushion. It needs a new electric kettle. There is one very black kettle that you place on the stove. Except for minor points noted we enjoyed staying at this unit.

Cozy and spacious what a great place!

Darren from Langley, Canada
Date: Sep-16-2014 for a stay in Sep 2014

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place to stay so close to the village and was fantastic to be near so many trails to hike with the dog. We loved the coziness of the place and there was so much room for the family of four. We have stayed in a few different places over the past few years and this one was one of our favourites, and was so great that it was pet friendly! Fantastic having three bathrooms for when everyone was trying to get ready in the morning. Cozy and comfortable! We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Great Place!

Whistler Guy from Seattle
Date: Mar-20-2014

This place is totally comfortable, quiet, spacious - everything you want at Whistler - and close to the lifts. Living area is downstairs, bedrooms are upstairs, so perfect for families where the kids need their sleep and the parents want to stay up for a bit. You will not be disappointed!

Pet friendly, with 3 bathrooms

futbolgirl from Maple Valley, WA

We have stayed in this pet-friendly unit several times. The trail starts right outside the front door for nice, long dog walks. It is close to the Marketplace and comfortable. Free parking and Wi-Fi,too. 3 baths are a very big plus when everyone is getting ready.

awesome location, loved outside hot tub!

Great accommodation, warm, with all facilities at hand. Comprehensive instructions on how to use everything and no question left unanswered in the booking and planning stages, Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and comfortable

Andrea from Fruitvale

Comfortable accommodation close to all Whistler's ammenities, we would stay here again. The condo could have been a little cleaner and the fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't work, as well as the shower door needed the handle repaired on the inside. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

Great place

It was great location, clean, comfy beds all the amedities, could use a few things in kitchen, large bowls ( salad, mixing) , ..oh and a paint job here and there would help out. We had great stay and will continue to stay there Thanks Brad

Wonderful

Annette from Nanaimo
Date: Sep-26-2013

Plenty of space and lots of room in this condo. Because of the stairs it was good to have a 3rd bathroom on the main floor. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cutlery if you wanted to prepare meals. It was awesome being so close to the village and we got lots of exercise walking up and down numerous times to all our activities and to restaurants. It was also only 5 minutes away from the start of the Cross Country single track riding trails at Lost Lake. There was also a great Nature Trail 10 minutes away that we could take our golden retriever on for a good walk. We also went out to the Wildwood Bistro at the Racquet Club (across the street) every day for breakfast. (yummy and reasonably priced) Access to the gated parking was a bit of a hassle as one person had to jump on the cable, but we only took the car out once to drive to Pemberton. Everything went smoothly booking on-line and except for the batteries going dead on the keyless entry, everything went smoothly!

We were very pleased with our stay at t he Symphony in Whistler

Lenny from Chilliwack,BC

Great location and spacious living space with three washroom facilities- which is very unusual. Kitchen worked fine for cooking some meals. We would recommend this place to all our friends. Nice to have a hot tub after skiing or later in the evening. We would book again when we return to Whistler. Bbq would have been great and a few more kitchen basics.

Comfortable Suite for Longer Stays!

vancouvervisitor from Vancouver
Date: Jul-18-2013

The suite is perfectly sized for a week long stay for a family of 4. Location is very convenient to the Village. We have stayed here before in the winter and enjoyed it very much. There is some traffic noise with open windows in the summer, mainly on the weekends - this was a surprise to us as this is not an issue in the winter. However, we would definitely stay here again in summer.

Very nice, Clean and Well Equipped

G2NY from Upstate NY
Date: Jun-06-2013

For me, the most important thing is that my rental is clean. No issues here. The unit was clean and well maintained. Fully equipped. The unit was exactly as described. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a nice experience.

Very close to Whistler Village

The Antias from Tampa, Florida
Date: Feb-21-2013

Thanks you Brad for letting us use your rental. We had a great time at your rental. The location was great. It was right across the street to the MarketPlace which is the entrance to the Whistler Village(shops, restaurants, and lifts). The rental place needs a little updating. The bedrooms seem small because of large furnitures. The reserved parking space was small also. However, I did like the layout of the rental(2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms). If I plan to visit again, I would consider renting this condo. Thanks, The antias

Clean, close and comfortable

Scott H. from Vancouver
Date: Jan-18-2013

Our family of 4 have stayed at many places in Whistler - always at Whistler village north. Symphony is a great location close to all the amenities. Walk across the street to the grocery and liquor stores. 15 minute walk to the lift was easy. Awesome, clean experience whether you are going up the hill or not. Would definitely return.

Perfect location

Jeff and George from Portland, Oregon USA
Date: Jan-10-2013

The condo is situated in a perfect spot. Far enough away from the revelers late at night, but literally, just across the street from the market and liquor store. Bus stop is just across the street. They run every 5 minutes and drop you at the ski lift. The condo itself could use just a little help. It isn't stocked very well with utensils, pots, pans, etc. However, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place!

Jane from Raleigh, NC
Date: Nov-15-2012

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The place is great - tons of sleeping room, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a gas fireplace. The best part is that its so close to everything. You can literally walk everywhere in town!

perfect price and location for what we were after. brilliant

great 2 bed, 3 bath...in whistler!

ukqt40 from orlando
Date: Apr-19-2012

great little townhouse right opposite market square, and grocery store. ski bus stops right outside market square, so very convenient. (too far to walk to lifts!) great value for money, in april. we would definately stay there again. hot tub next to house, parking close by. could do with some new cooking utensils, dishes, mugs, etc etc... and the duvet on the master bed, was 'lumpy'...probly washed and clumped...kinda wierd! water temp in the shower could be a little warmer. but we got such a great rate for this townhouse, we really cant complain. sleeps 5, what a deal :)

Terrific weekend get-away!

Birthday Weekend get-away! from Surrey, BC and LA, California
Date: Apr-18-2012

We had a wonderful time - we were there for the first weekend of telus fest. The condo was very clean, well laid out, and comfortable - kithen well supplied. We did use the common area hot tub. The condo is situated in Village North so it is close to everything but avoids the noise and conjestion of the village center. The owner was hands-on and helpful providing travel instructions and recommended retaurants, shopping and which mountain to ski under particular weather conditions. We would recommend this rental to our friends and family and would return again.

Good location to explore all of the village

Markus from Vancouver
Date: Apr-04-2012

Nice apartment to sleep 4 with ease, hot tub outside was great, although close to the road, only (slight) draw back. Location is a 2 minute walk to the local IGa and several shops and rental equipment and bus stop for lifts is across the road, althought the walk to the lift and the main village center is 10 minutes in shoes, 15 in ski boots. If your a family with a crawler or toddler you may want to bring a gate for the entrance steps, they lead off from the living space...Cot was provided which saved some packing!

Amazing girls' weekend!

Whistlergal from Vancouver
Date: Mar-29-2012

Four of my friends and I stayed at the Symphony from March 23-25. We got a great deal! Also, the unit was very clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only negative was that the beds were a little uncomfortable. We woke up a bit soar...but going to bed at 4 am probably didn't help! :p Other than that Unit #10 was comfortable and relaxing. The shared hot tub was never too busy and provided us with some much needed relaxation mid-day. Check-in was a breeze and with 5 girls, having 3 bathrooms was great! Everything was in walking distance and we had tons of sun! The radiant heated tiles were also the perfect addition to this place. Great stay...will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great choice for a reasonable price

Powder skiier from Vancouver
Date: Mar-22-2012

This townhouse was great for me and my young son. We normally stay closer to the lifts, but found the free shuttle bus very convenient. The walk to the bus stop was a little further than I'd envisioned, but it really was not a huge deal. We enjoyed being not far from the IGa as well as Crepe Montagne - really enjoyed our fondue dinner and a second visit for a brunch crepe. Yum. I think 4 adults might feel a little pressed for space, but likely comfortable enough for close friends :) The layout was great - 2 ensuites plus an extra half bath on the lower floor. It was really lovely to be on the second and third levels. We could leave the blinds open and enjoy the incredible snow (we visited during the early March snow dump). Nice hottub easily accessible from the townhouse. Great to have space on the entry level for skis/boots. Some updates would be nice, but no dealbreakers. Overall, enjoyed our stay and expect we'll return!

We had a great experience :)

Michelle Wiens from Vancouver
Date: Mar-01-2012

When we arrived the house was really neat and tidy, great location, right by the grocery store which was super convenient for us. The heated floor in the kitchen was wonderful as well as the fireplace, and it was nice to be able to get warmed up quickly after coming in off the slopes. I would definitely stay here again/would recommend this place to others.

Good location for a great week at Whislter

Benoit from Cambridge, ON
Date: Jan-11-2012

This is a good facility well located close to everything, great spot for a family the only thing missing was a BBQ and more utensils need to be supplied. other little details, sufficient toilet paper and tissues should be provided. This is not expensive and reduce the frustration of guests.

Great location, great townhouse!

Anne from Burnaby
Date: Dec-28-2011

We had a wonderful stay in Symphony #10. The townhouse is great, very well equipped, and the location is very convenient for ski-in/ski-out with the nearby shuttle and for groceries shopping with the nearby marketplace. The parking spot is also very convenient. Overall, we are very satisfied and will stay again in Symphony # 10 in the future. Even if we did not meet the owner personally, we really appreciated all the info he gave us by email or the brochure left for us in the townhouse.

Nice place for the family!

Karl from Kirklanw WA
Date: Nov-30-2011

We loved this place. Nice view of the Christmas lights on the trees in the street, the main living area is on the 2nd floor so you can leave the blinds ope, without people looking in. Perfect location, away from the noise of the bars, but close enough to be able to walk to them. Hot tub at the complex was clean. I would definitely stay here again (I have stayed at 5 different places in Whistler and this has the best floor plan).

Great stay in a cozy, clean, comfortable townhouse.

Karen from Victoria
Date: Nov-02-2011

Overall, the place was great. It is really well maintained, clean and comfortable. Excellent, convenient location in the heart of Whistler. We really liked the natural wood design and decor which made for a cozy retreat in the mountains. It would be helpful to clarify on the check in instructions how to access the unit as it was a bit confusing finding the stairs, unit etc at first. There were no ceiling lights in the bedrooms which was frustrating. I would recommend installing ceiling lights to upgrade the unit and experience. It would be nice to have instructions on how to use the TV. Overall, we had a great stay and we plan to stay here again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

Sue from West Vancouver
Date: Oct-31-2011

We were very happy to stay in this unit. Even though it is facing the street, it was spacious, a short walk to IGa and we liked that we could bring our dog. It's perfect for families and we've already recommended it to friends.

Dominic from Comox

Every thing was good to go. We were very disappointed to see that the hot tub was not opened... we had chosen your place, knowing that it had a hot tub. maybe letting people know would be good. Other than that, things were good! Thanks

Well-equipped home at a good price

Hanson family from Seattle
Date: Oct-26-2011

This was a return visit for us. We rented through allura, which is always convenient and offers clear directions and easy check-in. We came during some noisy and disruptive construction, but I imagine this couldn't have been anticipated when we reserved. When I noticed the lack of a coffeemaker, the owner quickly and politely provided one. The unit could have used a few more, and better quality, towels in the bathrooms.

Cozy & good value in the shoulder season

A.D. from Vancouver, BC
Date: Sep-28-2011

We found Symphony #10 to be a lovely 2-bedroom place in a mostly-quiet complex (it's near a main road, so some traffic noise is to be expected). With 4 adults, it felt a little cozy at times - at least we were all related :) Nice to have 2 bedrooms with en suites, you don't see that too often. We couldn't find a coffee maker in the kitchen, which was a bit of a bummer. All in all though, it was a great weekend and excellent value, particularly in the shoulder season. Thanks!

Very cozy home with all the amenities. Easy to reach the owner around details. Very clear instructions. Convenient access right near the Valley trail. Complex is well-maintained.

This place is perfect!

Jo from Vancouver
Date: Aug-20-2011

So perfect I considered not reviewing it for fear of it getting too popular next year. We are definitely coming back! It's a *short* walk from the village, nice and quiet at night, and has more amenities than you could ever need. The two rooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the communal hottub is only 12 steps from the front door. We had a great time with our two boys (3 yrs and 8 months).

Great accommodation that allows pets

We had a great time and really appreciated the fact that it was dog friendly, while still being very tidy and well maintained and in a great location.

Perfect for our needs.

blackmagicmolly from Vancouver, BC

Brad was very accommodating with regards to dates and our pet. He always answered our inquiries promptly. We had a visitor with us from England who enjoyed the Peak to Peak experience and walking by the river. We went to the Racquet Club for dinner but it wasn't that good - breakfast must be their specialty. The unit was very nice, albeit a bit noisy as it faces on the road. We were there on a weekend; it may be quieter during the week.

This condo is clean, cozy and the location is central. The bedrooms were comfortable and 3 baths was a bonus. Thank you for renting us your home.

the place was fine & it was located in an excellent location

The Goertz's from Chilliwack, BC
Date: Jun-15-2011

We found the place to be in a great location, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Because we are older, we found the stairs to be somewhat a problem. However, that really isn't your problem. We also found that a woman's touch with the cleaning would be helpful. It may be time that the bedding & accessories were changed. However, for the price we were happy with the accommodation & would probably rent that home again if it were available when we wanted it. Thank you for the experience. We love Whistler & plan to visit again this year.

Just what we wanted

Darren from Vancouver, BC
Date: May-11-2011

Everything was as advertised. We liked having the bedrooms upstairs and the living/dining rooms and kitchen on the middle floor - it feels more homey. Also very nice that both bedrooms have ensuites. The kitchen was pretty well-stocked, and everything worked fine. The place is close to the road, but it's not busy at night so it didn't bother us at all. The hot tub in the complex is pretty big, and really close to the door of this unit. Having the Marketplace (groceries, liquor store, etc.) within a 2 minute walk is really very convenient. Same goes for the shuttle to the gondola. If you come very late in the spring, as we did, be sure to check the bus schedule online since the shuttle runs much less frequently than during the winter. All in all, no complaints. A great value.

Excellent

Enjoyed are stay, accomadations were excellent, but lacked a few Kitchen items. No paper towels, no big bowls for salads, bathrooms had no shampoo. Place had the best bed we have ever slept on at Whistler. Many thanks for that!! Another plus was we could bring a our Dog!!

Excellent accommodations!
