Welcome to the Stellar Star Suite on Spencer Lane... Our beautiful vacation rental suite, waiting for you! Absolute Ski in/Ski out, with the Attridge Chiar (Alpine Meadows) skiway immediately behind the house, and the Alpine Meadows chair 50 M away, makes the beginning and end of the day so easy! Private covered parking, private entrance, seclusion of location yet 8 minutes walk to the village, tube town or skating pond... The Stellar Star Suite has it all. Steps out the back, with the snow-laden forest and Alpine Meadows runs stretching up the hill behind you, click into your skis and a couple of pushes later be riding the Alpine Meadows chair to the top of the mountain. Or sit in the living room after a hard day bashing through the champagne powder of SilverStar, and enjoy the view over the night-lit Silver Queen chair and Brewers skating pond.
Private, covered parking steps from the entry door makes the beginning and ending of your vacation holiday so easy! The Stellar Star Suite is equiped with everything to make your holiday special, from a completely stocked and ammentied kitchen to dedicated WiFi, flat screen cable TV, and of course all of the common kitchen ammenities such as stove, refrigerator, and microwave make for a pampered vacation experience. Keyless entry makes your arrival and departure painless, as we will provide you with a unique code prior to your arrival.
The Stellar Star Suite comes as a 1 bedroom (queen) , but can be expanded to include an additional double bed 'flex' bedroom (additional fees apply), which is just off of the common laundry room, to accommodate 4. Please contact the owner for further details and options.

Enter through the ground level private entrance into the entry hall, with the bathroom just to your right for those 'immediate' needs at lunch, or the end of the day! Just to the left is the suite Queen bedroom, with privacy door, window, dresser and closet. Just ahead is the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The secure door to the right leads to the shared laundry facilities, as well as a 2nd bedroom, which can be rented as part of the Stellar Star Suite (additional fees apply - please contact owner as to availability and cost)

The basic kitchen is stocked with almost everything that you will need for an overnight, or an extended stay. All regular ammenities are available including a full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, coffee maker, and microwave. Pots and pans, including baking sheets and roasting pans are available. Matching dinnerware and flatwear allow you to put on a fine dining experience if you so choose!
The kitchen is stocked with all of the accessories which make for convenience and enjoyment, including aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplock and tupperware for storing leftovers, coffee filters, etc.... In short, everything that your kitchen at home might have to make your stay as relaxing, easy and enjoyable as possible.

The ground floor daylight living room has fantastic views east over the Silver Queen chair, tube town, and Brewers pond skating rink, which are lit and truly magical at night! The rising sun will welcome the beginning of your day. Blinds on all windows provide privacy for a lie-in if you need! A flat screen TV, with Cable and Blu-ray/DVD capabilities is there. Bring your HDMI cable and your laptop becomes your entertainment center! Two couches, one a hide-a-bed, makes for comfortable lounging, complete with comfy throws to snuggle in with.
The dining table seats up to six people, with 4 matching chairs, with extra folding chairs available in the common laundry area.
The Stellar Star on Spencer Lane is equipped with a glorious hot tub just steps off of the Alpine Meadows ski-way. This hot tub is rented as part of the upstairs suite, and as such is not technically part of the Stellar Star Suite rental. However use priviledges may be granted by inquiring with the upstairs guests as to the possibility of accessing the tub when they are not using it, but permission is at the sole discretion and direction of the guests in the Main house. It is expected that any priviledges would come with full respect and regard for these guests.
From the very beginning, the Stellar Star Suited is set up for your easy enjoyment. Coded keyless access removes the hassel of locating, picking up and dropping off keys. No matter your time of arrival, punch a few buttons and you are in! Free covered parking is steps from the door, again making the beginning and end of your stay so easy and enjoyable. No snow to remove, just load and go.
The SS Suite comes with professional housekeeping, 24 hour emergency service if needed, dedicated house-wide Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV, amoung many others.

Location & Map
The Stellar Star Suite is just about PERFECTLY located.... For skiing/riding, ski in/ski out makes the daytime so easy and enjoyable! Ski in for lunch, and save the hassel and expense of the village cafeteria and restaurants. Kids and/or beginners and learners can ski across the overpass bridge down to the Silver Queen lift without the hassel and worry of crossing roads or parking lots. Finish your day with a walk down 10 steps from the skiway to your door.
And if the village activities are what your evening calls for, a 7 minute level walk takes you to the village center, or 5 minutes down to Tube Town, Brewers Pond skating, bonfires, and hot chocolate await!! A free Village shuttle bus runs on a regular schedule from the village center nto the evening hours. Inquire with the mountain for details

Suitability & Eligibility Policies
The Stellar Star Suite is a private entrance unit on the ground floor or a 2 suite family-oriented house, with shared laundry facilities. Therefore it is incumbent on ALL guests to respect the vacation stay of other house guests. Noise must be regulated and controlled, and absolutely NO EXCESS NOISE after 10 pm. Hot tub access is at the SOLE DISCRETION AND DIRECTION of the upstairs guests, and may be granted or denied without explanation. If use is granted, it is expected that this priviledge will be respected as to noise etc as the tub is right outside the Main house dining room. Shared laundry facilities are available for your convenience. No laundry use after 8 pm please!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. |Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise at any time, or elevated noise after 10 pm is unacceptable. Repeated complaints will be grounds for eviction.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. Longer stays (>7 nights) are provided with a mini-clean, while stays of 9+ nights will entail a full cleaning with a change of bed linens.|
|Liability||No liability expressed or implied will be taken by suite ownership for issues such as snow falling from structures or trees, slipping on ice, damage by vandalism or theft, etc.|
|Locking Door||Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit, and especially upon departure. A key-less coded access lock is installed for ease of locking and unlocking by all members of your group.|

Loved our stay at the Stellar Star Suite. Great location to ski in ski out, awesome little unit to stay in. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that there was a bit of dog/cat hair on the couches, but we would definitely recommend this accommodation. This "two bedroom suite" is actually a single room with a pull out couch. The second bedroom is a common room advertised as an option only on the add for the upstairs suite and was apparently misleading for both of the upstair tenants I had encountered. The entrance access was a complete walk around the entire house (uphill except the stairs down to door) including a not so private pass by the upstairs windows making uncomfortable for everyone.
The one parking space available doesn't accommodate anything full size yet suite "sleeps 6" leaving any other parking a 10min walk away. The neighbours (next door residents) demanded I move my vehicle before I even had my groceries set into the fridge, even though it was very apparent that I did everything I could not inconvenience the adjoining driveway.
A couple of the pictures in advertisement are actually from the upstairs view including one of the two bedrooms mentioned in add. Anyone looking to rent the upstairs suite thinking they've rented the entire house (quote from one of the tenants), be forewarned the "common room" bedroom that costs extra places that occupant right beside the living room for this suite downstairs.
The ad is very misleading and the treatment I had received while trying to appreciate the new owners predicament made my stay very unpleasant.The one and only positive thing I can say about this suite, is the location being Silver Star Mountain Resort....
