This one bedroom is an open concept allowing everyone to enjoy each others company when you are not out taking advantage of all that Whistler has to offer. The livingroom offers a gas fireplace for warmth while relaxing on the oversized sofa. The dining room table seats 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equiped and offers coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper along with oatmeal and chocolates for your first morning breakfast.

The Aspens is situated at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, beside the Wizard Express chairlift. Click your skis on and off you go!
This is a premiere ski in/out location for its ease of access!
It is just steps above the 5 star Chateau Fairmont hotel, which has great Spa facilities available to the public, and boasts our favorite lounge and piano singer, has great food, outdoor fire pits! A perfect neighbor!
The Aspens complex is in a quiet location, yet close to it all. The building is on the free bus whistler-wide shuttle system, and 3 blocks from public tennis courts.
It is also on the Valley trail system for bike, x-country ski, and hiking and Lost Lake is a 1K away.
We prefer to walk, as everything is so close. It is a beautiful to walk to town through the woods, over the covered bridge, with the roaring river below. You will never need your car once you arrive!

|Delayed Arrivals||No problem. 24 hours access with security code.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Full information package is emailed following receipt of final balance. The check in details and personal door code information for 353 Aspens will be sent to you within 5 days of arrival. Please bring this information with you and it is good idea to keep our number handy just in case you misplace information package|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||Check in is guaranteed by 4pm.|
|Check-Out Time||Check out is 10am, unless otherwise arranged. If the guest stays later than 10am and it is not previously arranged extra fees will apply for the cleaner to go and return.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.|
|Housekeeping||All fees include a clean upon leaving. For extra cleans during your stay an extra cost will be billed to you.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.|
|Liability||We assume no liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to/from or while on resort property.|

Spring Break stay at unit 3**

Great location. Great to be able to ski home at the end of the day. Loved the hot tubs and pool. Nice to be near the walking trail to Whistler village.
Minor issues: pull out bed did not have clean sheets on it upon arrival, but Allyson attended to that quickly. Two of the dining chairs were literally on their last legs - one of the front chair legs on each of the two chairs was loose (crooked). These chairs need fixing as it's an accident waiting to happen. The unit was very hot even though we had the temperature setting turned down to minimum. The unit's kitchen knives are painfully dull (not an issue if you don't cook -- but irritating if you do). The ottoman is also falling apart. The pull out bed is typical of an old-style pull-out -- concave sleeping surface and uncomfortable (though it was okay for our kids ;)
The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable with good back support. These are minor issues and overall we were very comfortable in this unit.

It's handy to the runs and the upper village. The pool and hot tubs are great. The unit itself, although well laid out, is tired. The carpet needs replacing and both the kitchen and bathroom fawcets need repair. It was fine but I've stayed in much nicer units for the same price.View Full Review

We've stayed at the Aspens many times over the past few years and unlike most of the other places we've stayed in here, we would not return to this suite. There was really no love and attention to this unit, particularly in the kitchen. There were many dirty dishes, none of the wine glasses matched, the kitchen tap wasn't working property, the place mats were filthy, the directions for the tv/dvd didn't match the tv/dvd, the closet door was difficult to move and the pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable.
It felt like a real 'rental' property whereas other places that we've stayed in at the Aspens felt like the owners really took pride in their place and this was found in an attention to detail.
The one good thing about this was the proximity to the ski hill but other than this, it fell short from our past trips to the Aspens.View Full Review Owner Has Responded
