Guests are responsible for removing trash and recycling as well as loading and running the dishwasher upon departure. Garbage bags, dish soap, and green cleaners are provided to guests for the duration of their stay.|

Comfortable Stay Close to the Mountain

Positives: The apartment provided a comfortable stay for 4 adults for 3 nights (one couple in the bunk beds). It is very close to Whistler Village. The free shuttle to the village is right outside the apartment complex door. You can ski almost all the way back to the apartment complex via a pathway from Blackcomb. Roof top hot tub is nice, and not busy. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay (linens, kitchen, BBQ, gas fireplace). Underground carparking was good. Owner always got back to me (via phone and email) in a timely fashion.
Negatives: After booking and having paid in full for the apartment, the owner emailed me that there had been a mistake on the website and that I owed another $230. She offered to refund and cancel my booking if I didn't want to pay the extra amount, which is nice. However, I found it strange that I had booked and paid in full, yet I was being asked to pay more (FYI I stayed for the original price). Big line-up to get the keys from the downtown office reception (not the owners fault). Upon getting the keys, $500 was held on my credit card, which I wasn't aware they were going to do. Arrived at apartment with keys at 530 pm, but couldn't enter as the owner was inside with a group (5 or so people and a dog) of her family/friends. Had to leave and come back later, check-in on my confirmation form said 4 pm.
Other: Yes, I would recommend the property for a nice stay but I personally would not stay there again.View Full Review
