 Property Description

Upon entering the house, you will come straight into the large hallway where there is a bench and ski boot dryer.  On this level is an office with a selection of books available, a bathroom with shower and the 5th bedroom with ensuite bathroom. You eventually walk into the large kitchen/dining/living area.  Reclaimed wood fir slats and a wood burning fireplace offer a true Whistler feel.  Our kitchen is equipped with everything that a chef would need.  The dining room has seating for 10 people and the living area has enough seating for all.

Going up the stairs to the second level, you will find the master suite with private bathroom, second bedroom with private bathroom and then two additional bedrooms that can either share the full bath on that level or one of the rooms could use the shower room on the ground floor.  Also on this level is the washer and dryer.  All linens and towels are provided.

Outside, there is a deck area at the rear of the house that has a large 8 person hot-tub and Natural gas barbecue.  In summer, the deck has table and and chairs for outside eating.

The property has 5 bedrooms.  4 are located on the second level and the 5th one is on the ground floor, making it ideal for wheelchair access.

Kitchen

Many of our guests have mentioned they have never been in such a well equipped kitchen!  We have tried to think of everything and so far we haven't been asked for anything that isn't there (perhaps apart from an espresso machine!).  Basic cooking oils, salt and pepper mills, dried herbs and seasonings provided.  Paper towels, aluminum foil, clearwrap, napkins all provided!

Garbage Removal - Free There is no garbage collection in Whistler but the owners will deal with this for you. Please note that we are keen to re-cycle as much as possible and there are labelled re-cycle bins provided

Lift Ticket Delivery The owners can provided discounted lift passes. If you order them through them, they will be waiting for at the property when you check in which saves you waiting in line and wasting valuable ski time!

Our home is located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Nicklaus North where there is the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.  We are located off the 14th fairway.  Only a 3 minute drive to the local Nesters Grocery store and less than 5 mins to village, makes for the perfect location.  Meadow Park Sports Centre is across the road which has an excellent gym, squash courts, swimming pool (adult and child) and large skating rink.  Nick North is at the gateway to all the local hiking and biking trails.

We have a strict minimum age policy and will not accept any groups where the majority of renters are under the age of 30. Adults from 17-24 are of course welcome when accompanying an age eligible adult as part of a family. This is not a party house and no rentals will be given to groups who intend it for this reason (e.g. stagettes and graduation).

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

 About Us

Originally from the UK, we have lived more outside of it than in it!  After arriving from mainland Europe, Whistler became our home of choice 17 years ago.  We chose the resort for the amazing lifestyle and outdoor pursuits that are available.  As keen skiers, we are able to provide "local tips" of places to ski.  When summer comes, we are keen golfers, mountain bikers and hikers.  

We have been in the accommodation industry since arriving in Whistler and use this experience and knowledge to make sure that our guests have the best ever stay in Whistler.
