I should state that I visit whistler several times each year, and have stayed in other units in this complex many times. The location is phenomenal, so close to everything, yet still quiet and peaceful. This unit was well appointed given its size, which is perfect for a single person or couple for a few days. The tv setup and cable package was better than expected.
Now for the not-so-great. The mattress is rather uncomfortable, if you have any back issues, this might not be the place for you. Also, the hot tub being in front of another unit's entrance and window is extremely awkward. We ended up not using it as there were people sitting on their patio and it felt as if we'd be intruding. Lastly, on the day we were leaving, we went out for coffee at 10am, returned, and the door code had expired an hour early, locking our belongings in the unit. The property manager never responded to my calls or text, and I had to contact maintenance to help us get in so that we could get our things and check out on time (11am).
Overall, ok experience with some pluses and minuses. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but if you needed an inexpensive place for a few days, you can't beat the price or location.View Full Review

This was a good stay in Whistler - a lot cheaper than staying in a hotel. However the room is small -very small. Which given what we were in Whistler for (snowboarding) this was fine. The walls are thin - you can hear every single neighbour, next door, above etc. So if you are after peace and quiet, this won't work for you. The bed could probably do with an update, not the most comfortable mattress or pillows. However the doona was amazingly warm and comfy.
The location was great, a really close walk to the Marketplace and the Village, and right outside is the bus stop for the shuttle to the lifts. So location is great, but room could do with an update. The free wifi and Netflix was great though!

This is our second time booking with Matt. Upon arrival there was a small mishap due to cleaning lady stuck in traffic incident. Matt responded quickly by email even tho he was out of his office that day. By the time we had return from walking around the village, the room was straightened out and ready for us. He also comped us for the first night's stay.
The location of the unit is great, across the street from the market place, short distance walk into the village. Toaster, microwave, small fridge, everything we needed for the short two nights stay.

I had a great time staying at the condo. everything was well kept and clean. although i didn't spend much time at the room, it was a great location for my time in whistler.
If i had any complaints i would say the xbox needs a program update to be functional and a remote for the dvd player would be nice. I will definatley recommend this place and service to my friends. looking forward to another trip to whistler!View Full Review

The location and price of the accommodation was excellent, for this could not be faulted. Whistler has a great vibe, though can be pricey. This apartment was very reasonable and also had access to a swimming pool and hot tub (which was HOT!)
It was a little confusing in the run up to staying how I was to obtain the keycode to get in (this was sent via email, but this was continually missed by myself as it wasn't from a recognised email) Upon arrival the door was actually unlocked and open. There is no real kitchen, though there is a microwave and coffee machine (which still had coffee from the previous time it was used) The private hot tub was actually outside someone else's window and as a result felt quite separate to the apartment.

My 4 stars are very minor --- there was some debris in the bathtub, and I had trouble with the door keypad, however the owner responsiveness was terrific and we were able to access the unit upon arrival. the location was top notch and the accommodations were exactly as described.

The room is small but the price is right for what you get. It's super close to everything which makes walking convenient, and the keyless entry was nice. The underground parking requires precision and is a bit intimidating but I got the hang of it quickly - larger vehicles may have more difficulty. Matthew was very fast with his correspondence right from the start, and was the perfect host. Nothing was a problem. I loved the easy access to the unit and a keyless entry, yes I am not good with keys. As soon as you walk into the unit it has this warm welcoming and homely feel to it and has the finishing touches that other units simply do not. The bed is very comfortable and I loved having Netflix! The unit is extremely convenient to the shop, Whistler mountain or Blackcomb base.

1) Room is quite dark over the table containing the coffee maker and chair area, and during the day we had to have the outside door open in order to see what we were doing at the table. We were concerned about spilling coffee or otherwise damaging this table. The table needs an overhead lamp and a working surface so that it is possible write or to spread crackers and jam for breakfast or make a sandwich. I am a Celiac and need to make my own gluten free snacks.
2) The parking spaces are very narrow and we had considerable difficulty finding a non-reserved space which would accomodate our mini-van.
