Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Not Suitable For:
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Delayed Arrivals Delayed arrivals are not a problem. Refunds will not be issued for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival and departure. Mid stay cleans are included for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Notify local contact
Maximum Sleeping Capacity No more than 10 occupants. Excess occupants will result in eviction and no refund
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre-approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is located in a legal rental zoned area.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, common and private property damage, and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Snow Guarantee We cannot guarantee snow conditions, which are out of our control. If there is mountain closure during your winter stay, please contact us about a partial refund, which may be possible but not guaranteed.

Had a great stay as usual at another fantastic Montebello property. This was my first time renting from Darren and everything went smoothly from setting up the reservation all the way through our stay. Will definelty try and stay here again in the future as this is one of if not the largest floor plan in Montebello. Place is huge compared to all the other floor plans in the development (we've seen all but one floor plan now)! Tons of space to spread out compared to the other 3 bedroom + den units we've stayed in.

Its all perfect...however, it is not Ski in or Ski out, so be prepared to drive to parking lots or take a bus. Slightly too far for walking.

A little late in the review, but definitely on my To do list - the place was fantastic and very comfortable. No complaints at all, everything was nearby, 10 min walk to village and the neighbourhood was very quiet and relaxing as well. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway with family/friends. I look forward to returning in the near future!

We have been coming to Whistler for years with our children, now our adult children and our grandchildren. The last few years we have stayed in Montebello, so we can all be together. It was perfect for us...a bedroom for each family, and lots of room in the garage for our bikes.

We love the location...close enough to the village with a short walk, yet nice and quiet at night. We will be back next year!

Spacious, luxurious home for a ski vacation

The home was quite spacious with 3 bedrooms, a den and 3 bathrooms with a private hot tub. Our group of 9 fit comfortably in the home. There is a keypad for the garage and front door so that you don't need keys and can simply arrive at the home (vs. checking in at an office). The only downside was that we ended up driving to the village to ski everyday (it's a 5 min drive, 20 min walk and it was unclear when shuttles would swing by). We parked in the Holiday Inn garage for $8 CAD per day (6AM- 3AM).

At night, we ended up walking to the village which wasn't a big deal since we didn't have our ski gear.

Overall, it was a great space and we really enjoyed our stay. Stephanie was also a very responsive host who sent us all the relevant information in a timely manner and responded to emails within hours. We even extended check out time by 1 hour; it was nice of her to accommodate our request.

This beautiful home was perfect for our 2 families! The location is perfect. A 5 minute walk to the market and village and 5 minutes to the lift. Very clean very secure. It has everything you need. The owner was very kind and responded to our inquiries immediately. We will certainly book again. We absolutely loved our stay.

It's a beautiful home! lots of room! We had 2 families and it was plenty of room for all of us. The location is perfect...10 minute walk to the village. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Townhome for all

The Montebello is situated really close to Whistler village (about 10 to 15 min walk depending on where in the village you like to go). It has gorgeous views of the mountain and the townhome itself is absolutely lovely. Spacious, clean, well appointed with everything you would need - it is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to either hit the slopes or just have a really great place to rejuvenate in. Only suggestion would be to make sure you get the hot tub temps where you would like them well in advance of looking to use it and the stereo system doesn't work with the iPhone Ios7 (or at least we couldn't get it working). Overall the house was phenomenal and we would definitely return!
