We are conveniently located on the Village Walkway in Whistler Village North - meaning you are close to everything. You can walk quickly to the grocery store, coffee shops, great restaurants, and hiking trails in addition to being convenient to the ski lifts. Our home is located in the Tyndall Stone Lodge which we have furnished for our own comfort. The kitchen is fully outfitted and there is not only secure garage parking for one car included but also in-suite laundry and a gas fireplace to enjoy.
One of the best things about our condo is that it overlooks the new Celebration Plaza with children's play structures, a winter ice skating rink, and a wonderful sumer outdoor concert venue.

We have great rates for a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo within walking distance of lifts! We also have free wireless internet in the unit and a wonderful view from each of our 2 balconys. Our condo is a corner unit which gives it the luxury of having windows on both sides. There is an entry hallway with lots of hooks for hanging wet clothing. The spacious living room is accentuated by a large fireplace and a window seat to snuggle into. A deluxe queen custom pull down wallbed in the living room is available for comfortable sleeping, and moreover, no back-aches from a fold out sofabed!! The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. Adjacent on either side is a bedroom with private access to its own bathroom. Simply put, this is a very comfortable home.

Those sleeping in the living room will appreciate the comfort of a pull down wall bed. We didn't want our friends sleeping on a sofa-bed so we installed a deluxe custom built wall bed which is just as comfortable as the beds in each bedroom.

|Less expensive places to eat||McDonalds, and KFC are located very convieniently to our Condo. Gaitors Restaurant located next to the Shoestring Lodge is a favorite place for the locals.|
|My biggest money saving tips||Buy groceries at the IGA store just steps from our Condo and do some creative home cooking. Also make use of our complimentary Allura Resort Card which will give you savings throughout the Village.|
|Our favourite season in Whistler and why.||Our favorite season is Autumn. The colors are georgous, there are no crowds, the air is brisk, and the skiing is about to return.|
|What makes Whistler so special and unique?||Whistler is rated the #1 ski area for multiple reasons. The skiing is such that experts and intermediate skiers can ski together, skiing different runs down and meeting up at a lower level. The Village is noted for it"s archetecture and "pedestrian-only" design. It abounds with shopping, great restaurants, and superb night-life. Whether it"s skiing, golfing, hiking, shopping, or just relaxing; you will find it at Whistler.|
|Best places to eat||Grab a bite to eate in Squamish. It"s good break in the drive from Vancouver to Whistler.|
|My safety tips for drivers new to Hwy 99||Try to arrive in daylight & plan for bad weather/accidents!If you are arriving late at night (YOUR TIME), either stay in Vancouver, or opt for the 24 hour airport shuttle via Whistler Star Express. The drive is challenging in the dark. <br> Check out Guest Services for info about the shuttle (you get a discount!) Please note that this is not a great place to teach your son/daughter to drive..skilled drivers only!!|
|What I like about the drive||If the weather is nice, the drive from Vancouver to Whistler is one of the most scenic highways in North America. Take your time and allow yourself several stops to see the sights.|
|How far a walk is it to the Whistler Conference Center from your unit?||Approximately 7 to 8 minutes.|
|Are there any other additional charges on top of the price quoted?||Not from us, If you have more than one vehicle and cannot get a visitor space, there is pay parking in a lot a block away. If there is damage beyond normal wear, missing items, excessive cleaning charges or if there is smoking in the unit, you will be charged for repair or extra cleaning expenses.|
|Is the entrance to your unit from the ground floor or do you need to use elevator?||It is on the second floor. The shops are on the ground floor. There is an elevator or you can use the stairs.|
|How do your rates compare with other comparable condos.||We don't know of any comparable units. Our furnishings are much nicer than the commercial management's units, yet we generally have lower rates. |What happens if we can't get there due to weather and arrive a day or two late. Do we have to pay for days we do not use?||We will not be responsible for lost days due to weather, transportation problems, illness, or other losses that are out of our control. There is travel insurance available to cover such loss.|
|Is your unit smoke free? (we are sensitive to smoke)||ABSOLUTLY, YES !|
|Is the unit air conditioned?||No, We have 2 floor fans provided, but we have not had to use them. Since we have a corner unit, we have windows on 2 sides providing great ventilation.|
|Is there a washer/dryer in the unit?||Yes, It is a compact, stacked washer and dryer that works great for light washing. Heavy items must be taken to a commercial laundry.|
|Is there room to place a portable crib in the 2nd bedroom?||Probably. It would be tight though and might be better placed in the living room.|
|How close is the pool and hot tub?||Just out the door and down one flight of stairs.|
|We love your place and want to come back the same week next winter. Will you hold it for us?||Yes, Our goal is to have everyone return again. A 25% deposit will reserve your week for next winter.|
|How much alcohol can we bring into Canada?||Each person 19 years of age or older is entitled to bring 24 - 12oz bottles of beer, or 2 - 750ml bottles of wine, or 40 ounces of hard liquor.|
|Can we access the internet from your condo?||Yes, if you bring a laptop, you can get a two week subscription from a local internet providor for a nominal fee. The phone number is provided in the condo. There is also computer access to the internet at the "Mailbox" and an internet cafe. Both of these are on the first floor of the Tyndall Stone Lodge. Also, several other internet cafe's are located in the Village.|
