Property Description

Hello Welcome to our Luxury Montebello Vacation Property,


This property has a ground floor entrance. You can enter through the Private Garage or the front door. Once you enter through the front door you will have a room where you can leave your shoes and jackets, once you go through the door, down the left is the spare bathroom and washer/dryer, continuing straight ahead will be the kitchen to your left, living room and dining room. To your right will be the stairs which take you to 3 Bedrooms on the second level. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king size bed. Down the hall, bathroom, then 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which can be converted into a King, and next door is the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed, and a large balcony. Once on the main floor, past the living room will be the entrance to the patio with a private hot tub and BBQ. It is surrounded by lucious trees and is truly very private, where as majority of Montebello property's private hot tub's are in an open common area. Whilst sitting on the Patio and hot tub, you will be facing East so you would be looking at Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain.

Living area has 3 newly purchased sofa's, one is a large deep rich brown leather sofa purchased from Restoration Hardware... seats 5 people comfortably.  One sofa is a pullout which sleeps 2 people. The couches are on a dark beautifully pattered rug that surrounds a large rock gas fire place... off to the right is a 42 inch flat screen TV with HD cable, ipod connectvity and loud speakers.

Dining Area

Dining room has a large 8 person oak wood table.... A lovely chandelier hangs above the table. Behind it is the patio door so when it's a lovely summer evening you can have the warm breeze come your way whilst enjoying a lovely candle lit dinner.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Montebello II consists of full-time residents and part-time owners, some of which occasionally rent their units to guests. In consideration of this, and Strata rules and requests, we primarily rent to adults and family units.

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 All guests must be 25 years of age to reserve and stay in our property. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone, or through a third party and do not meet the minimum age requirements as stated. Children are welcome providing a parent or guardian of the children are 25 years or older and also staying in the property. We do not accept ski camps.
Babies, Kids & Teens Must be accompanied by an Adult, Minimum age of 25 years old.
Celebrations & Special Events Owner must be told what the celebration and special event is prior to booking.
Groups Renting Multiple Properties We are open to renting to groups that are renting multiple properties. Montebello is a great property for this type of booking because of the close proximity of all the units to one another.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted Smoking is not permitted inside the townhouse. Smoking outside is permitted, however please ensure that windows and door openings are closed to prevent any smoke from entering unit. Cigarettes must be safely disposed of, and not left in the garden, or surrounding areas.
Non-Smokers Only Our Unit is a Non-smoking unit
People with Restricted Mobility All bedrooms are located upstairs, however there is a Queen pullout couch on the main floor that sleeps 2 adults.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 6% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals Delayed arrivals are not a problem. Refunds will not be issued for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival /check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $250 fine to the guest.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival and departure . Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request, at additional cost.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler. Renter agrees that the owner or rental agency is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft or loss of any personal items, in the unit or premises or nearby premises.

Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you may incur. A damage deposit of $1000 is charged to the guest with the balance of reservation payment, and is refunded via cheque within 2 weeks of the guest's departure, provided no damage is incurred by any member of the guests party. Damage deposit will be returned provided a satisfactory inspection report is received from housekeeping after check-out. Charges will be deducted or retained for: Any items placed by the fireplace and damaged due to the excessive heat put off from the fireplace. Any additional cleaning services required due to the condition in which the chalet is left. Any security company call made to the home during the stay. Repairing or replacing items due to negligence or accidental breakage during rental period. Any damage caused to the premises due to negligence on behalf of the renter. Replacement of any missing inventory. Smoking in unit at anytime OR for bringing a pet into the home without prior knowledge and approval. Any unnecessary service calls made to the unit at the guest request. Breaching any portion of this contract. Changing or unplugging any of the AV components, this will alter the system and require a service call. Any false information provided will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is located in a legal rental zoned area.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, common and private property damage, and disturbing the peace will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
