Our Whistler Norther Lights #42 condominium is a tranquil hideaway at the end of the Northern Lights Strata.

The open kitchen invites for cooking together without missing the conversation going on in the living room and the dining area.

Two spacious bedrooms on the lower floor and one large bedroom on the upper floor, all with en-suite bathrooms as well as one small additional bedroom, allows everybody to retreat and relax. Every bedroom has one HD-TV and in-wall speakers. In the living room there is free WiFi available.

Super large Hot tub (capacity 8 people) on the private balcony, ski runs are ski in and only a short 5 to 10 minute warm-up walk up away. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 on the driveaway.

The condominium has been set up for convenience.Enter through the garage door with your skis, place the skis in the rack; hang up your helmet and ski jacket, put your gloves and boots on the boot and glove dryer.  Enter a secure door into the main entry way. An additional walk in closet has 10 hooks for all of your jackets and backpacks.

The master bedroom with a king size bed and a very nice en-suite bathroom is accessed via the main entry way directly. Moving downstairs your in the living room / dining room area with the open kitchen and a nice fire place. On your way downstairs you get to the first small bedroom with two single beds. Further downstairs there is one large bedroom with a king-size bed and a small private balcony. The second bedroom downstairs has two queen beds. Both bedrooms on the lower level have an en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has an own HD-TV and in-wall speakers.

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We do not accept travel reseller bookings.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) Young adults age 17-24 not permitted, even if accompanied by adults who meet our minimum age requirement. No exceptions. If an adult books for a group of young adults, the whole group will be evicted without a refund even if the adult is staying at the condominium.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any day.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Check-In Time 4 pm. Early check in may be available so contact us prior to arrival.
Check-Out Time 11 am. Late check out may be available so contact us prior to arrival and check out.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. If guests cause the hot tub water to be drained and replaced due to un-clean use, the cleaning costs will be charged back to the guest.
Excessive Noise You may be evicted due to excessive noise that disturbs other guests. No refunds will be provided.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage and recycling to the disposal area at the top end of Tantalus Drive. We also request that the fridge be cleaned out and that the dishwasher be turned on at the end of the stay.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The Guests, or the guests and/or other invitees or trespasser(s) of the Guests, shall, at all times, hold the Owners of #42 4150 Tantalus Drive safe and harmless from and indemnify them, on a solicitor and his own client basis, against any and all actions, matters of actions, causes of action, liabilities, claims, demands, suites, damages, losses, injuries, loss of life, consequential or other indirect damages including pure economic loss, suffered by any person, organization or corporation, arising or in any way connected with the rental of #42 4150 Tantalus Drive by the Guests from the Owners of #42 4150 Tantalus Drive.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Strictly no noise. You may be evicted due to excessive noise that disturbs other guests. No refunds will be provided.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guests assume all responsibility for property damage incurred by them themselves and their guests. Damages include excessive cleaning, repair costs, replacement costs, call out charge costs and fines with respect to the condominium and the Northern Lights Property.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Welcome to our condominium rental page! We have focused on making every stay in our condominium as enjoyable and convenient as possible. We have an affinity for IT which you might experience more or less when staying in our condominium. We like skiing in the winter and hiking, biking and golfing in the summer time. As we are Swiss we love cheese; therefore you'll find all tools to make a real Swiss Fondue or a Raclette with a chees wheel.

Fantastic Cabin

Our group of 10 had a great time at this cabin! The kitchen is VERY well equipped. They have everything you can think of. The layout of the cabin was great as well for the size of our group. The only issues we ran into was having a hard time figuring out how to work the TVs and music deck as well as a lack of toilet paper in a few of the bathrooms. Thank you again for having us and we would definitely consider returning. :)



Unforgettable Holidays

We have been in BC Canada for three weeks for holiday this summer and we decided to make it complete with a one week stay in Whistler. For that purpose we rented the house from Mrs. and Mr. Nietlispach. The house offers 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 3 modern bathrooms, a generous living room with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen which includes a gas cooker, dish washer and a huge fridge. In addition, there is also the possibility to use the BBQ which we did several times. Our personal highlight we would say is the heated whirlpool on the balcony which offers space for 8 persons. While relaxing in the pool we could join the great landscape of the mountains and the wood on the opposite side of the valley. The house is located close to the centre of Whistler and is within easy walking distance of approx. 10 to 15 minutes. So there is basically no need to use the car locally. It is a very quiet and anonymous neighbourhood and consequently very inviting place for relaxing holidays. However, Whistler also offer to exercice a lot of sports activities as hiking, biking, canoeing in summer and of course skiing in wintertime. We can summarize that we spent an amazing week in the house and in Whister. We can simply recommend it and will certainly come back again in the future.

We had such a wonderful time at this fantastic house. Great location so close to the village and to all the sport activities. The whole house was spacious, beautiful and extremely well equipped.
