Welcome. This is a view of the living room that is located on the upper level. It includes all new living room furniture, a 46 inch TV, beautiful stone gas fireplace and heated floors through out.
While enjoying your dinner or sitting on our comfy couch, enjoy panoramic views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain. Or better yet, step out onto the deck for your morning coffee or to barbeque your evening meal. Sit, relax, and take it all in.

Our spacious dining area has seating for up to 10 on a lovely maple table and another 4 at the bar counter. Visit with the cooks as you are relaxing at the table enjoying the wonderful mountain views.

Fantastic kitchen with loads of counter space for cooking together! Lovely granite counters, sub zero frig, and and rich maple cabinets. You'll find basic staples, fresh coffee beans, tea, storage containers, ziplocks baggies, and spices to cook that favorite meal. Feel free to use our bean grinder, espresso machine, blender and mixer. You won't be missing out on any of the fun as the kitchen opens to the dining room and living room!

Walking down a set of stairs, you'll pass the laundry area with washer and dryer on your left. Then you'll reach the bunk bed room. This is not just a kids bunk bed as it was hand built out of lovely warm oak and is a full over a full with a twin trundle underneath. Guests can watch TV while lounging in bed. Ample closet space for all!

Our rates are based on minimum stay requirements, 2-7 nights depending on season, so for stays of less than the minimum, please add $CDN 200 cleaning fee. Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars. A 5% Canadian HST tax will be charged for arrivals after April 1st 2013.  We do not charge any other Hotel tax, cleaning or parking fees. When you check in, you'll have a clean unit and paper supplies. Mid stay touch up clean & restock for stays over 7 nights. Full clean or more frequent linen change or supplies available upon request at a fee of $40hour.

****Please Note.....There will be an additional cleaning fee of CDN $200 for departures on Christmas or New Years day.

We have done our homework (!) and offer competitive pricing for this excellent unit. It all boils down to you get what you pay for and we hope that you will think the same after you have stayed at our townhouse.  Property Description

Walking directly in from your own private garage, you enter the home leaving your wet clothes/boots/gloves to be dried on the 8 pair boot dryer. Warm up those cold toes on the cozy heated slate floor! The downstairs includes a full bathroom(soaker tub and shower) for use of bedroom#3, which has a full over full sized bunk bed with twin trundle underneath. The first master bedroom, with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom (soaker tub/shower), has the private hot tub located right outside the slider on the patio. Before heading upstairs is a laundry center with full washer and dryer equipped with all of your laundry needs. At the top of the stairs your eyes are drawn to the beautiful river rock fireplace which is the focal point of the great room, decorated with comfortable designer furnishings in rich warm colors. The entire opposite wall is covered with windows looking out onto the Montebello neighborhood and Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The green and black granite countered kitchen, which is part of the great room, has cupboards full of every imaginable accessory from espresso machine to rice cooker. Have a leisurely meal at the dining table with seating for 8. Maybe you'd prefer a snack or drink at the bar counter or outside on the patio with glorious views. Left of the stairs is a powder room and second master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are 95% refundable with 3 months notice. All other payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information,arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4 PM ( Strictly adhered to ). With prior arrangements,we can provide an area to keep your luggage until the preparations and cleaning are completed.
Check-Out Time 11:00 am. Please honor this so as to give our cleaner enough time to prepare for the next guest.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund of any kind. First time security is called a $CDN200 fine is imposed(as per strata). Second time we are ore security called is eviction
Garbage Removal Please take bagged garbage to the complex garbage shed on your way out.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure| complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights. Short stays (under the minimum) will be charged for cleaning.
Internet Availability & Usage We have a wireless internet system that you are welcome to use. Either our computer in the unit or your own laptop. Instructions in unit and checkin information
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler, BC. The athletic equipment is for your enjoyment but we assume no liabilaty for injuries resulting from using our equipment
Maintenance Emergencies by 24 hour pager. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 11-strictly enforced. Will be evicted if more than 11 overnight occupants|will not be able to re-book in the future
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Our complex wide rules require quiet time from 11PM to 8AM in all outside areas immediately surrounding the homes. The outdoor hot tub, as per development rules, is not to be used after 10 PM unless there is absolutely no noise at all. The neighboring unit bedrooms are within easy hearing range, so to avoid any noise violation penalties, restrict the use of the hot tub after 10 PM.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes payment on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Resort Information Provided at the time of booking confirmation and folders in unit. Brochures and information packets for dining, rentals, activities etc
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage,disturbing the peace;excess of 11 overnight or underage occupants without our permission. If we or security is called a second time, you will be evicted without compensation of any kind including damage deposit.

For Skiers and Boarders Only

Best lunch strategies If you&quot;re like us, you don&quot;t like to take time or spend the money on lunch. Bring up a fanny pack with trail snack, candy or power bar, and water bottle to munch on the chair rides up. Other choice is to make a lunch and bring it up in a back pack. Store it near one of the day lodges on the hill where you can get it and have a quick, inexpensive bite in the lodge. There are microwaves in the lodges also for a warmed up meal.
My Weather tips! Don&quot;t make the decision whether or not to go up on the mountain based on what you see in the village. On top, the conditions quite often are very different. Check the Allura web site for updated reports at the different levels on the hill.

Just for Kids!

Best rainy day kids activities The Meadow Park sports complex has a great swimming pool, whirl pool, rope swing etc along with weight room, squash courts and ice rink for the older ones.
Cool playgrounds Rainbow Park is accessible via the bike trail or car. Lots of grass and great water cannons to have fun with.

What makes Whistler so special and unique? Whistler in the winter is magical at night. After spending an incredible day skiing/boarding on one of the worlds most varied mountains, to be able to casually stroll through the village is a real treat. Window shopping, people watching, or taste testing the variety of restaurants scattered amongst the twinkling lights of the village is wonderful. Summertime Whistler offers so many outdoor options, you could spend weeks trying them all out

The Drive to Whistler

My safety tips for drivers new to Hwy 99 Try it in daylight hours and keep the speeds down. If you have time, pull off the road to enjoy the views, instead of trying to rubberneck as you drive this curvey road.
What I like about the drive This drive during daytime hours on a sunny day in the spring will take your breathe away.
Worst thing about the drive Leaving late at the end of a weekend and having to plod along with the procession of cars heading back to reality.

Best day hikes <b>Musical Bumps</b> up on top of Whistler. Take the Gondola up to the Roundhouse. You&quot;ll think you&quot;re in Heaven! We liked the loop from Burnt Stew to Musical Bumps and then back to the gondola to ride down.
Best places to go swimming Lost Lake---nippy but clean, clear, and refreshing!
Funky stores The Daily Planet ---at Function Junction 5 miles south of town. Unique home furnishings and knick knacks. Owners are really friendly.
Great walks to take Cheakamus Lake is an easy 1.5 hr walk with beautiful old growth forest, rushing river, and pretty lake.
Places to work out Whistler Racket Club-- small exercize room adequate for my treadmill needs and my teenage son&quot;s lifting. The 3 indoor/ 4 outdoor tennis courts are great. Hardly ever busy during the winter!
Unique experience Ride the Peak to Peak, the longest span, mountain to mountain in the world
Worst day hike Wedgemont Lake is beautiful but not recommended unless you are in <b>incredible</b> shape. I&quot;ve never hiked anything this steep!

It has all the amenities you desire from private hot tub and garage, fireplace, laundry, deck, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen.
What are the differences in the Montebello homes? Their pictures are so similar. All the Montebello homes have the same superb craftsmanship and quality furnishings. They differ in floor plan, size, location in the development, and personal touches.
Why should we choose your home over the others? We chose our home because the main living space is on the 2nd floor allowing the living room, kitchen, deck, and dining room beautiful mountain views and an open feeling. It was also important to us to have our hot tub facing the woods rather than the rest of the development, allowing for more privacy.
I love to cook! What kitchen accessories do you have? Almost anything you want from roaster, blender, hand mixer, all spices and condiments, Denby place setting for 12 along with serving bowls, a set of casual plastic wear for informal eating, wine glasses, espresso machine/grinder and commuter cups, cookie sheet, muffin tins, tupperware, plastic zip lock bags, tin foil, to casserole dishes---- you name it!
Specifically what extra amenities do you offer that gives me a better value for my money? We've added special touches for your enjoyment---- 8 pair boot dryer, wireless internet, baby supplies, tennis rackets. All the comforts of home!

Getting there -checking in/out

How do we find your home? We will send detailed information about our home along with driving instructions.
What about keys? With the driving instructions, we will send you the access code to the front door. In the unit is a set of keys for the hot tub.
What if we forget our driving instructions and front door access code? We will provide you with a list of phone numbers for us and our house cleaner.
What is check in time and can I check in early? 4 pm--Please check with us a few days before your vacation about the possiblity of early arrival. If someone is checking out that same day, then we cannot guarantee it will be ready before 4 pm. We will accomodate you if we can!
Can I leave my belongings there if I arrive before the home is fully cleaned? Yes, as long as the previous guest is gone, and you leave everything in the garage. Please prearrange that with us.
What time is check out? Can I check out late? 10 am--Like the early check in---check with us a few days before arrival to see if that is a possibility.
How do I check out? We ask you to complete a departure checklist --posted in the unit.

Getting around Whistler

How do I get to the lifts from your home? How about the village? There is a free shuttle, in front of Marketplace, that takes you anywhere in the village. 2 ways to get to the village by walking--1st- out the Montebello development and then right on Blackcomb, or 2nd through Montebello to Glaciers Reach and then Marketplace.
How far is it to the village? We are in Whistler North, 2 blocks from Marketplace, with grocery store, video, phamacy etc.
How do I get resort information?

Things to bring

What are the things people usually forget? Binoculars, cameras, sandals for hot tub, DVD's/CD's, swim suits, computer. Slippers, so you can leave your shoes at the front door.
What are the things you have there already that I may think I need to bring? Baby equipment, hairdryers, shampoo and creme rinse, spices and condiments, bath towels and alarm clocks.
