** We have recently updated all our televisions, there is now a flat screen television in each room that is dvd and netflix ready.

Telemark 7 is a deluxe 3 bedroom cabin which easily accommodates up to 8 adults, located on Whistler Way which is minutes walk from Whistler Village. One of the biggest benefit of this place is that it offers you the opportunity to ski right up or from the cabin.

This splendid cabin was recently renovated to feature a beautiful gourmet kitchen lined with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The interior post and beams teamed with the river rock fireplace adds a rustic taste to the place. Our dining area offers seating for 6 and with the bar area off the kitchen seat 3 comfortably.

The master bedroom is furnished with a wood frame king sized bed and the luxurious en-suite has ceramic tile finishing throughout the shower cage and jets in the bath tub. The other bedroom measuring a generous 12’11×10’9 houses two queen sized beds and the third bedroom has two single beds.

Apart from the fantastic interior, you can step into your private cedar sauna after enjoying a hearty meal prepared with our deluxe BBQ set while taking in the breathe taking mountain views in the patio. Linens and towels are provided for our guest.

We accept wire transfer, cheque (must be made out to Bolld Enterprises Inc. at 513 - 55 Water Street, Vancouver BC V6B 1A1 3 weeks before check-in), certified bank draft and credit card (4% credit card processing fee will be applied to bill). There is a $100 cleaning fee on every reservation.

 Property Description

Walk into our cabin and to the right will be our gourmet kitchen with a bar at the end that seats 3 people. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living room, off the living room is our deck that offers the great alpine view. Our master bedroom and ensuite spans the whole upper floor of the property and in the lower floor, you will find our first bedroom that houses 2 queens sized beds, another bedroom that has 2 twin beds and a bathroom which have a private cedar sauna as well.

Location

Our cabin is located about 5 minutes walk to Whistler Village. Whistler is a popular ski destination nestled between the coast mountains of British Columbia. With its powdery snow winter and moderate temperatures rarely dipping below -10°C (12°F) in the valley and -15°C (5°F) in the alpine during the peak of winter, it is perfect for skiing and snow boarding. Apart from the perfect ski conditions, Whistler is bustling with activities in the summer too which is why it is rated the number one Mountain Resort in North America. Visitors are able to kick back and relax to spa services, shop in the 200 or more shops available and dine in the 90 restaurants and bars. There are also options to hit the trails for some hiking or enjoy a scenic bike ride in the bike park.

Whistler is located about 2 to 2.5 hours drive from Vancouver BC

 Policies

  1.  Reservation Confirmation

Please go to www.bolldpm.com/short-term-rental-application and fill out our application form. Booking deposit is 25% of total Vacation Rental amount after taxes (GST = 5%). Once we have received your booking deposit and your short term rental application, your booking is confirmed and our booking and cancellation policies will apply.

A booking is not confirmed until we have received your booking deposit and your submission of our short term rental application.

 2.  Payment schedule for Short Term Rental

The payment of your vacation rental amount plus taxes (GST 5%) is due 30 days before your arrival. If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, then full payment is due at reservation time.

If you have booked more than 45 days in advance, you are requested to mail a cheque for the final payment that is dated for one month prior to your arrival date and addressed to Bolld Enterprises Inc. The payment should be mailed with your signed agreement.

3.  Pets Policy

Pets are subject to Bolld Enterprises Inc. consideration and when given consent, additional damage deposits are required.

4.  Damage Deposit 

A damage deposit of $500 is retained during the length of stay. The deposit is NOT applied towards the rental; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

  • No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • No charges are incurred due to contraband or pets.
  • All keys are left in the property and property is left locked.
  • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
  • No linens are lost or damaged. No towels are missing or damaged.
  • The unit is kept in satisfactory clean and sanitary condition during the rental period by the renter.
  • The renter does not use the unit or allow the unit to be used for any illegal, unlawful or business purposes.
  • The renter has not breached any municipal, strata or other bylaws or rules and regulations in respect to the property.

In the event the foregoing provisions are not met, cost to rectify are applied from the deposit.

5. Cancellation Policy

RESERVATIONS CAN BE CANCELLED WHEN PROVIDED WITH 30 DAY NOTICE AND A 25% ADMINISTRATION FEE, ANY RESERVATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND ALL PAYMENTS LESS THE $500 DAMAGE DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Whistler cancellation policy for the winter peak season

Occupancy Dates are from Nov 16-April 30. Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE once received. On some rare occasions we are able to re-rent the property, in which case we will refund the additional amount of rent based on the amount the unit is re-rented for less 25% of the gross rent due.

6.  Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property and will result in a fine of $400 per occurrence.

7.  Minimum Age

Minimum age is 25. The owner of the credit card used for the reservation must be over the age of 25. If the minimum age is not met, the reservation will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

8.  Housekeeping 

Bed linens and bath towels are included in the rental unit, however, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. They are $100 per maid service required. Additional housekeeping is available at additional cost upon request. ALL BOOKING HAS 1 CLEANING SERVICE CHARGE ADDED.

9.  Act of God

No refunds will be given for storms or unforeseen road conditions. In the Winter season, your vehicle must have snow tires to safely & legally travel on Highway-99.

10.  Liabilities

The Property Owner and Bolld Enterprises Inc. are not responsible for any illness, accidents, damages, death, theft, costs or injury that occurs while in the property or the building area and its facilities. The Property Owner and Bolld Enterprises Inc. are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the renter. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renter(s) and others whom they invite to the unit and/or building area and its facilities are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the unit and building and facilities, and the renter(s) releases the Property Owner and Bolld Enterprises Inc. from any claims, loss, damages, and indemnifies and saves them each harmless from and against all claims, damages, actions or expenses suffered by or occurring to the Property Owner and/or Bolld Enterprises Inc. in connection with the foregoing.

11.  Payment Terms 

Failure by the Guest to meet the payment terms and schedule may result in termination of the reservation and forfeiture of deposits. Failure to adhere to items within this policy may result in eviction at the discretion of Bolld Enterprises Inc. In such cases all deposits and payments by the Guest are forfeited. If you prefer to pay by credit card, a fee of 2.9% of the processed amount will be charged for handling fee.

12. All garbage must be removed from property.

 Any illegal activities are prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise can result in an eviction.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability The Property Owner and Bolld Enterprises Inc. are not responsible for any illness, accidents, damages, death, theft, costs or injury that occurs while in the property or the building area and its facilities.
