Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Whistler! Stay at the Aspens and enjoy its ideal ski-in ski-out location on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain.

Enjoy a newly renovated 1 bedroom condo, slopeside on Blackcomb mountain. Step out the ski gate, click in and ski/board away. At the end of the day stop just short of the end of Merlin's run at the Aspens gate which is located adjacent to the complex’s hot tubs and pool. Check your skis in with the ski valet or drop them at the ski shop in the building lobby for an overnight tune-up or repair.

A southern exposure provides great light year round. Wake up in the morning and check the conditions on the mountain and ski runs from your bedroom, living room or balcony. Your private condo sleeps 4 comfortably with one king size bed and one queen size Simmonds Beautyrest sofa bed. A cozy fireplace will warm your toes after a day of activity; the newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped to prepare whatever meals you chose to bring; and wide screen TVs in living room and bedroom will keep you entertained with HD cable, DVD player, free Netflix movies, and a Playstation PS3 for the kids.

The Aspens is located in the upper village on the slopes of Blackcomb mountain. Blackcomb and Whistler mountains are connected by the Peak 2 Peak Gondola which holds records for the highest and longest unsupported cable car span in the world. With enormous lift capacity, elevation of 2,184 meters (7,165 feet) and an area of 1,925 ha (4,757 acres), Whistler Blackcomb is one of the most-visited ski resorts averaging 2 million visitors a year. By many measures Whistler Blackcomb is the largest ski resort in North America; it is 50% larger than its nearest competitor in terms of size, and has the greatest uphill lift capacity. However, the variety of terrain is what sets Whistler Blackcomb apart from the others: Whatever kind of skiing you like to do, WhistlerBlackcomb has it, and lots of it. The resort also offers excellent instruction for kids and adults. The kids’ ski camps are renowned far and wide.

The Aspens has a ski shop in the lobby for rentals, repairs, and service. There is also a ski valet to securely store your skis or board at no charge. It is, however, customary to tip the valet.

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not tolerated. The Aspens has dedicated security staff around the clock. See Terms of Eviction below.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is not available.
Liability Guests hold owners harmless for any personal or property damages or thefts of personal property while in the property.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact the front desk in case of emergency.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 4 persons.
Property Damage Renters will be held liable for all damages and loses.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

About Us

As a kid, I grew up on the Canadian prairies and learned to ski there - on ski 'hills' ;). I quickly became enamored with the sport and wanted to ski in the mountains. I first came to Whistler to ski in 1978 and have kept returning ever since. My dream, and my families' dream, has been to have a vacation home at Whistler. This year our dream came true. We have updated and renovated our condo to a style and standard that we feel anyone, not just ourselves, would enjoy. Great location for a family ski trip. Easy ski in/ski out with complimentary ski valet - this is a huge bonus, especially with little ones. The room was beautifully updated, clean and cozy. Walking down the hill to upper village and to whistler village is a really easy, pleasant walk. The pool and hot tubs were a perfect after ski treat.

Stayed at the place for 3 nights. Fantastic location (true "ski in ski out"). The unit is very well maintained and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The actual complex is decent but the hot tub and pool were great and that's all that really mattered to us. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend the place.

If you are at Whistler to ski - this is the place. Not many, if any ski-in, ski-out places so the location is perfect. We walked down the side of the hill to get to the village and skied down to get to the lift. Great to just ski right in when your done. The unit is spotless and comfortable. Not a single issue. We will likely book this exact unit again.

The Owner of This Unit, Keith, was more than helpful in the time period leading up to our stay. He answered every question promptly and helped facilitate every requested change. The condo was great and only a few minutes walk to the lower village. I will definitely stay here again and book through Allura and Keith again. The info packets sent prior to our trip were very helpful and covered all topics. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, etc.
