Our rates are based on current market value and are very competitive. All rates are posted in Canadian $ and are subject to 5% GST. Please note that damage deposit will be returned as soon as the cleaning service informs us that nothing was damaged or missing as well as that there were no excess cleaning Fees as a result of the tenant conduct. We will return the funds bei either depositing it onto your canadian credit card, interac e-Transfer or personal cheque. If those return options do not work for you we can refund via Paypal or wire transfer; however, the fees of these services will be carried by the tenants ($3 for Paypal, $30 for wire transfer).

Living Area

Our living area is very comfortable and seats 6 people comfortably. The cozy fireplace, flat screen TV and surround sound system all add to the vacationing experience.

Adjacent to the living area is a private deck with a patio table & chairs as well as a BBQ.

Dining Area

The dining area is in between the kitchen and the living area and the table seats 6 comfortably.

Location: Super convenient and close to town. Right on valley trail, walk away from village stroll.

High living standard: Updated throughout to the highest standard. Has everything needed to make it feel like home.

 

 Amenities

The unit is situated across the street from Marketplace Lodge  which contains the IGA grocery store, liquor store, drug store, Starbucks etc. There's also a free shuttle that will take you from across the street of the front of the building complex to the base of the hill in the winter.

Our condo had a recent makeover with new carpets, in ceiling lighting, living room chair, surround sound system, BBQ, private hot tub, guest room twin over queen bed, lines as well as lots of new kitchen supplies. It's kept to the highest standard to ensure you will have an unforgettable vacation.

The complex also has an excellent fitness facility with an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and excersize room. The pool area is fully visible from the top deck and about a 50 steps away from the front door.

Location

We are located in village north, very close to downtown Whistler, right across the street from Marketplace Lodge on Northlands Blvd. At Marketplace Lodge, there is a grocery, liquor and drug store as well as Starbucks and many other stores for convenient shopping. It's about a ten minute walk to get to downtown to lots of excellent restaurants and nightlife that Whistler has to offer.

The free shuttle to ski lifts is just across the street and the condo also backs onto the paved Valley trail, a perfect place to start a bike ride or lace up the roller blades or hiking boots to start your adventure.

The policies set out on my property page are firm. Your acceptance of these policies are required and binding upon full payment of the accomodations. The COMPLETED guest stay agreement MUST be returned via fax or email. By booking with us, you authorize that the credit card can be charged up to a MAXIMUM OF $500CDN for any damage, missing inventory, additional cleaning or security company charges for noise violations. This addl charge will be added to your booking and you will be instructed to go back online to pay for this charge. We appreciate your co-operation in adhering to our policies which have been put in place for our protection and all of our guests.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted We allow smoking on our patios. Please use the ashtrays provided and ensure all cigarettes are extinguished. Ensure doors are closed when smoking outside. If smell of smoke is detected inside the condo by cleaners, additional cleaning fees will apply.
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We accept travel reseller bookings but do not offer referral fees.
Not Suitable For:
People with Restricted Mobility Unfortunately the staired access to the property and interior is not suitable for persons of restricted mobility. We recommend hotels with elevators.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Travel Reseller Bookings - Referral Fee offered We do not offer referral fees for travel reseller bookings.
Wheelchairs Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Property Sale In the event that the new Owners do not honor your booking, I will make every effort to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you.
Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Bike Storage Please contact us.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Please contact us for early check-in time arrangements.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Please contact us for late check-out time arrangements.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Any excessive noise complaint results in a FINE OF $250 to cover strata noise fine costs.
Forgotten Items by Guest We are not responsible to return anything you leave behind, but we will do our best to find anything that is left behind and return it to you in a timely manner. Please notify us as soon as possible for items left behind such that we can coordinate with cleaning staff to find your item and return them to you.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage which exceeds the capacity of the garbage bins provided to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. If excessive housekeeping is needed as a result of guest usage after departure, this will be charged to guest.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet usage is free, however illegal downloads are forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We will not be held or take responsiblity for any liability. We will not be held or take responsiblity for injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our condo.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment. We will do our best to rectify issues as soon as we hear about them.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum sleeping capacity is 7. If violated it will result in a FINE discretionary to the offence or you will be asked to leave without a refund
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Replacement value of damage will be charged to your credit card that was provided at point of final payment.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Frequently Asked Questions

New to renting from owner directly

I have never rented direct from an owner before. What can I expect from renting from you? If you have never rented directly from owners before then welcome to a very easy, comfortable and (most) affordable option for lodging accommodations at Whistler. In terms of what you should expect from renting from owners directly (like us) it is simple: a great place, at a great price with great service. Our suite is fully set-up with linens, kitchen, towels etc. We have on-site support to help you in the unlikely instance you encounter any problems. In fact many do not realize this, but many of the same properties available from AlluraDirect website are provided by commercial property managers. Of course you will pay a lot more money for them.
What is included in your rental property? Our suite is fully equipped with everything neccessary to ensure you will be more than satisfied during your visit. Please see descriptions above and amenties for clarification or press the Email Owner button for more clarification.
How can Owner Direct renter offer their place at a reduced rate compared to Hotels and commercial property managers? Owners like ourselves cut out the expensive middlemen and are therefore able to pass savings onto their guests. LIke many others, we've chosen to rent our unit out ourselves so we are in control over who will rent it and at what times we will use it ourselves.
What happens if I need emergency support during my stay. i.e. I lost my key. We have an emergency contact who lives in Whistler who is available 24 by 7 to attend to your needs. So if you lose you key, need more towels etc. we are only a phone call away. You are completely looked after. All this information will be provided to you upon booking.
How do I gain access to the suite? It's a coded entrance. You will be given the code with the rest of the check in information prior to arrival.

Payment

Do you offer alternative forms of payment other than online credit card transactions? Yes, we can accommodate alternative payment options.
