Please note that damage deposit will be returned as soon as the cleaning service informs us that nothing was damaged or missing as well as that there were no excess cleaning Fees as a result of the tenant conduct. If those return options do not work for you we can refund via Paypal or wire transfer; however, the fees of these services will be carried by the tenants ($3 for Paypal, $30 for wire transfer).

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything neccessary to prepare delicous meals. Items not on the list below are wine, beer and champagne glasses as well as lots of pots and pans that are all in excellent condition. Furthermore, you'll find cassroll dishes and baking equipment.

Our living area is very comfortable and seats 6 people comfortably. The cozy fireplace, flat screen TV and surround sound system all add to the vacationing experience.
Adjacent to the living area is a private deck with a patio table & chairs as well as a BBQ.
The dining area is in between the kitchen and the living area and the table seats 6 comfortably.
Location: Super convenient and close to town. Right on valley trail, walk away from village stroll.
High living standard: Updated throughout to the highest standard. Has everything needed to make it feel like home.
The unit is situated across the street from Marketplace Lodge which contains the IGA grocery store, liquor store, drug store, Starbucks etc. There's also a free shuttle that will take you from across the street of the front of the building complex to the base of the hill in the winter.
Our condo had a recent makeover with new carpets, in ceiling lighting, living room chair, surround sound system, BBQ, private hot tub, guest room twin over queen bed, lines as well as lots of new kitchen supplies. It's kept to the highest standard to ensure you will have an unforgettable vacation.
The complex also has an excellent fitness facility with an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and excersize room. The pool area is fully visible from the top deck and about a 50 steps away from the front door.

We are located in village north, very close to downtown Whistler, right across the street from Marketplace Lodge on Northlands Blvd. At Marketplace Lodge, there is a grocery, liquor and drug store as well as Starbucks and many other stores for convenient shopping. It's about a ten minute walk to get to downtown to lots of excellent restaurants and nightlife that Whistler has to offer.
The free shuttle to ski lifts is just across the street and the condo also backs onto the paved Valley trail, a perfect place to start a bike ride or lace up the roller blades or hiking boots to start your adventure.

|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Any excessive noise complaint results in a FINE OF $300 to cover strata noise fine costs.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||We are not responsible to return anything you leave behind, but we will do our best to find anything that is left behind and return it to you in a timely manner. Please notify us as soon as possible for items left behind such that we can coordinate with cleaning staff to find your item and return them to you.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for removing garbage which exceeds the capacity of the garbage bins provided to the disposal area.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. If excessive housekeeping is needed as a result of guest usage after departure, this will be charged to guest.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Internet usage is free, however illegal downloads are forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.|
|Liability||We will not be held or take responsiblity for any liability. We will not be held or take responsiblity for injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our condo.|
|Locking Door||Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment. We will do our best to rectify issues as soon as we hear about them.|

|I have never rented direct from an owner before. What can I expect from renting from you?||If you have never rented directly from owners before then welcome to a very easy, comfortable and (most) affordable option for lodging accommodations at Whistler. In terms of what you should expect from renting from owners directly (like us) it is simple: a great place, at a great price with great service. Our suite is fully set-up with linens, kitchen, towels etc. We have on-site support to help you in the unlikely instance you encounter any problems. In fact many do not realize this, but many of the same properties available from AlluraDirect website are provided by commercial property managers. Of course you will pay a lot more money for them.|
|What is included in your rental property?||Our suite is fully equipped with everything neccessary to ensure you will be more than satisfied during your visit. Please see descriptions above and amenties for clarification or press the Email Owner button for more clarification.|
|How can Owner Direct renter offer their place at a reduced rate compared to Hotels and commercial property managers?||Owners like ourselves cut out the expensive middlemen and are therefore able to pass savings onto their guests. LIke many others, we've chosen to rent our unit out ourselves so we are in control over who will rent it and at what times we will use it ourselves.|
|What happens if I need emergency support during my stay. i.e. I lost my key.||We have an emergency contact who lives in Whistler who is available 24 by 7 to attend to your needs. So if you lose you key, need more towels etc. we are only a phone call away. You are completely looked after. All this information will be provided to you upon booking.|
|How do I gain access to the suite?||It's a coded entrance. You will be given the code with the rest of the check in information prior to arrival.|
|Do you offer alternative forms of payment other than online credit card transactions?||Yes, we can accommodate alternative payment options. My husband and I rented this property along with another couple and had an absolute blast! Frank, the owner, was very responsive to my emails whenever we had questions, getting back to us usually within a couple of hours. The description of the condo is extremely accurate and everything was where the check-in information said it would be.
The hot tub was a great feature as we enjoyed relaxing in it after a long day on the slopes. It was also really nice to have a grill! Even in winter, we made use of the grill since it was on a covered patio. One additional feature that was a nice surprise to my husband and I was that the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. It was great to store all our gear since we brought a lot for skiing.
Lastly, I'd like to comment on the cleanliness of this condo. I saw a few reviews prior to renting the unit where some people had said that certain areas weren't up to their standards, but when we got there everything was freshly washed, vacuumed, and scrubbed. Every part of the condo lived up to our expectations and was as clean as staying in a hotel.

My family of four loved our stay in this roomy condo. It had great mountain views out the windows, a well supplied kitchen and most importantly a central location. If you don't know Whistler this location is just across the road from the village stroll and ski shuttle. Couldn't be more perfect. Plenty of room to relax, a private hot tub and comfy beds. The vacation home was great. Unfortunately we did not take advantage of the hot tub. Next time. Only recommendation is to have a light in the entrance foyer. The light above the stairwell was not bright enough to light up the entrance especially when coming in at night. Or a sensor light above the clothes rack in the entrance.

We regularly visit Whistler, and thoroughly enjoyed this accommodation. It was in a quiet area, but very central to everything. The 2 bedrooms and ensuites are completely separate ( on different floors), so I really enjoyed the privacy of our room, but loved the common rooms. The kitchen and living room was not huge, but absolutely perfectly laid out. This accommodation was definitely the best value I've had in Whistler, and we've been visiting for 23 years.
My only suggestions would be stocking salt, pepper, and sugar in the cupboards, it makes planning a meal a little easier :)

This condo has the nicest private hot tub we've yet encountered, and soaking in it was a delightful plus one icy cold evening, while admiring the gorgeous view from the upper deck.
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glassware, cookware, etc., and all the appliances worked well. The living/dining area was a bit hard to heat, as it depends totally on the gas fireplace, but the bedrooms and bathrooms had baseboard heating which was more than sufficient. All the furniture was comfortable and fairly well maintained, and the bathrooms were well stocked and very clean.

We stayed in this property in late October, so the price was great and the complex was quiet. I would stay again. Frank the owner was quite responsive, and everything worked well. He's efficient and seems to have been doing this for awhile, so his system is practiced. Everything from making the reservation and paying, receiving the check-in package, to the clearly labeled parking spot, to having the deposit returned quickly after we left, worked like a well-oiled machine.
It's not uncommon to find a dirty condo in Whistler, because the workforce would rather be snowboarding than cleaning. However, our place was very clean when we arrived, so it looks like Frank has found a good cleaning team. We met a women who was about to clean the place on our way out, and she was friendly and nice.
I would have given it five stars all around, but I docked one star for the crafty camera work that make this place seem bigger than it is! It's certainly a spacious place, and I'm confident the square footage is accurate. However, it's just not as expansive as the pictures make it look.
If this place is available, you should book it. The price is good, location excellent, and process easy.View Full Review

This was a great property. very beautiful and relaxing with our own hot tub...it can't be beat. The location is awesome and the amenities are great. The bunk bed and the upstairs bed were a bit creaky is the only complaint we would have. Outdoor pool and hot tub are also very good.View Full Review

I would recommend this property, provided that the cleaners do a better job in the future when doing check-outs.
The owner was easy to contact and prompt with replying to questions. On the day we were scheduled to check in he let us know that the previous renters had partied the night before and were late leaving the condo so this could delay our check-in time a bit. It didn't, but the cleaning job wasn't as good as it should have been.
There were splash marks on the dining room wall, stains in the living room carpet, dust on stereo shelves and coffee table, the dining and patio tables were sticky and needed to be wiped down, and the decks hadn't been swept. Pots, pans, and dishes were put away in the kitchen cupboards clean, but not dried. I stepped on a bottle cap when I got in the hot tub. The bathrooms and the bedsheets were clean, but there was quite a lot of hair on the carpet on both floors that the vacuum had missed.View Full Review
A DIY Bride's Dream

I stayed here during the weekend of my wedding and as DIY bride this place was perfect. A lot of the condos in the area felt really small but this one had the room to let me put my decorations together, ice 100 cupcakes and box them, as well as many other final wedding decor details. I also liked that this place had a tv in the bedroom for the bunk beds. I was able to shuffle of my 5 and 2 year old to watch movies to keep them out of trouble as I got ready. That room also had an en-suite attached so I could keep everything for my kids contained in one area.
The hot tub was fantastic and relaxing. I have found a few places were the hot tubs looked rundown and you pushed one button and the temperature would stop working and you would have a cold tub the next day. Not this one...it worked tip top...wish the bylaw would have allowed me to stay in and relax longer. Security will make sure you are out by 11pm.
The owners are fantastic and generally quick to respond to questions if they are near internet access to respond to emails. They were super accomodating about early arrival although i don't know if their cleaning staff were made aware as when I arrived she was still there cleaning. The place also smelt like wet dog at first but once she was done and I left the patio door open for a couple hours the smell was gone and did not come back for the rest of the weekend. Not sure what actually caused the smell but it is not a hindrance for me to come back again in the future.View Full Review

Very clean, comfy, well equipped condo. The location was perfect - right across the road from the ski bus stop and the supermarket at the top end of the Village Stroll. Previously have found most condos we have rented to have totally inadequate kitchen equipment, but this one had everything and we could cook our own Christmas dinner no problem. There were a couple of problems with the lights and the hot-tub, but the owner did everything he could to sort these out as quickly as possible. Recommended.View Full Review

We had a very pleasant stay at the condo, as it emitted a warm and cozy atmosphere. The private hot tub was a definite bonus! It's conveniently located across the street from IGA and nearby restaurants, and the village is only a short 5-10 minute walk. The bedrooms and open kitchen area were spacious, but most utensils and dishes had to be rewashed as they appeared oily and unsanitary upon our arrival. Stay Dec 12 - 19th 2014 We have stayed at Glaciers Reach before but at a different unit for the past few years. We were very happy to stay here and this unit was very cozy, clean, and welcoming. It was our home away from home for the week and couldn't have asked for a better place. The unit's location is perfect! Right near the main pool and hot tub of the complex, but the unit has its own hot tub which was relaxing after day of skiing/snowboarding. The condo was in a great location and had great amenities. We rented the condo for a couple of days to show my sister and her husband Whistler and they had a fabulous time. Having the A/C in the heat was great, made it a lot easier to sleep.
The check in instructions were fabulous and we had no issues finding the parking and the unit. The owners were very responsive to any inquiries and were very prompt on returning the damage deposit. There are some minor things that need to be done with the bathrooms with grout, etc so only 4 stars on the cleanliness but it would not prevent me from recommending the unit as it was a great place overall.View Full Review

This is a great condo to base out of to explore Whistler. The two bedrooms are on separate floors which is nice, plus two full baths. WE LOVED the hot tub! We took part in a yoga festival at Whistler and the hot tub was muscle saver. We ran low on some household supplies while there. We emailed the owner and he had things there the next day.
