Cozy livingroom with sliding door and access to the private hot tub, large windows for lots of natural light and a big flat screen tv awaits you for your relaxation. We have just installed brand new flooring, new blinds and a new sofabed.  A gas fireplace for those intimate or relaxing evenings while you watch the snow fall or to cozy up for a great movie, show or sports event.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the diningroom with a brand new dining set can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

Our home is ideally located in the Glaciers Reach complex with close proximity to the trails and village amenities.  With several trees in front of our home and a small grass play area, we are ideally situated away from the street traffic. Our warm and inviting livingroom with gas fireplace and big screen tv awaits your arrival from a hard day on the slopes or a day on the trails.  We are ideally located in close proximity to the pool area and free shuttle service.

Secure Ski and Bike Storage There is a secure ski and bike storage available in the garage. Please ensure you have a safety lock for your bike and proper ski locks for your skis....we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your items.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE LOCATION.....we are conveniently located in Village North directly across the street from the IGA grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, McDonald's, Starbucks and many more shops.  The free shuttle route (WINTER SEASON ONLY) is right across the street and easily accessible but if you wish to take a stroll through the Village, then you will be there within 5 to 10 minutes.  We are located steps to the village trails with a paved route providing great access for biking, hiking or rollerblading through the trees.


All property title and ownership are verified independently by at the time that the property is listed.
AlluraDirect takes no further measures to confirm property ownership beyond this initial action.
Owners who participate in the online credit card processing system have undergone additional screening through their payment processing application.
All owners must agree to's Terms of Service Agreement, which outlines minimum mandatory standards, terms of account termination, and the formal guest complaints process.
All customer complaints against owners are tracked and kept on record. Owners with more than 2 complaints spanning a subscription period are automatically terminated. Owner accounts are now immediately terminated under a subset of zero tolerance clauses in the Terms of Service Agreement. You are free to contact to get independent owner verification from our office.
Your credit card information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology.
AlluraDirect's transaction processing system is handled by one of Canada's largest institutional and online transaction processing companies, in conjunction with one of Canada's largest Chartered Banks, The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
AlluraDirect's servers are protected by multiple firewalls, and are located in one of Vancouver's top, high security hosting facilities.


The policies set out on my property page are firm. Your acceptance of these policies are required and binding upon full payment of the accomodations. The COMPLETED guest stay agreement MUST be returned via fax or email. Please note we DO NOT charge a damage deposit at the time of booking. However, by booking with us, you authorize that the credit card can be charged up to a MAXIMUM OF $500CDN for any damage, missing inventory, additional cleaning or security company charges for noise violations.  Should damages exceed $500.00 you will be provided with an itemized list and you will be responsible for full re-imbursement. This additional charge will be added to your booking and you will be instructed to either go back online to pay for this charge or provide us with your information to process this payment. We appreciate your co-operation in adhering to our policies which have been put in place for our protection and all of our guests.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 21 STRICT POLICY....Reserving guest must be at least 21 years of age. If there are any other guests that are younger than 21 years of age they must be accompanied by either a parent or adult guardian OVER the age of 25. PLEASE NOTE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR GRADUATION, STAGS OR STAGETTES. If we are made aware or notified that you do not meet our age requirement, you will be asked to leave and there will be NO REFUNDS issued.
Babies, Kids & Teens Our home is ideal for kids and teens with close proximity to a grassy area just outside our front door and a kids playground right next to the IGA Marketplace (in front of Blenz coffee house). Note that for toddlers or babies, we do have stairs. Please ensure that a parent or guardian is in attendance at all times
Celebrations & Special Events If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding or similar event, we welcome your celebration
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We will accept long term guests...please contact me for pricing
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in our home. If we are advised that someone has been smoking, your credit card will be charged $300.00CDN to allow us to have it professionally cleaned.
Seniors Seniors are always welcome but please be aware that this is a 2 level townhome.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties We DO NOT accomodate graduation, stag or stagettes unless ALL GUESTS are over the age of 25.
Pets Absolutely NO PETS. If there are signs of pets in our home, your credit card will be charged $300.00 to allow for professional cleaning of our home.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests First night is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival the balance will be refunded ONLY IF A REPLACEMENT BOOKING CAN ME MADE.
Delayed Arrivals Please contact me if your arrival date has changed. I am not responsible for late or delayed arrivals and there will be no refunds should this occur unless previously agreed to
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information All information is sent via please be sure to check your spam or junk folders. Check in information is sent approximately 5 days prior to your arrival date or sooner if required
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract This is incorporated into our correspondence and indicates that you are complying with all policies as set out on my property page. This completed guest stay agreement must be faxed or emailed back to me before a check in package is sent.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay the balance by the due date as stated on my property page and correspondence that you receive will result in cancellation of your reservation. Deposit will be refunded LESS the first nights rate.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.
Reservation Changes If changes to your arrival and/or departure dates need to be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If there is an additional amount owing, this amount is due and payable within 24 hours.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Please DO NOT bring your bikes into our home. There is a secure bike storage in the underground parking garage. Please ensure that you have a sufficient lock. We are NOT responsible for any theft a/o damage to your bike
Check-In Time Our check in time is 4:00pm. Please DO NOT come any earlier unless prior arrangements have been made
Check-Out Time Our check out time is 10:00am. Please DO NOT stay past this time in order to allow our cleaning staff ample time to prepare for our next guests. Contact me to discuss the option of a late checkout
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed onto the guests. If our cleaning staff have notified us that the property has been left in severe dissarray, then the additional cleaning costs will be passed along to the guests
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will NOT BE TOLERATED. If you have received a warning regarding excessive noise and continue in this fashion, you will be asked to leave by security and will forfeit any refund for time remaining on your reservation dates
Forgotten Items by Guest If you have left behind any personal items, please contact me immediately so that we may try to have them sent to you but we are NOT responsible if the items can't be located. If we do need to send something back the cost of shipping will be added to your reservation and must be pre-paid
Garbage Removal We ask that you please remove all garbage upon your departure and have it placed in the garbage bins located in the underground parking garage.
Housekeeping Complimentary housekeeping is provided before arrival and again at departure. For stays of 10 NIGHTS or more, we will arrange for a mid week clean, towels and sheets can be washed at your discretion. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that all personal belongings, valuable and clothing are put away. Mid stay cleans do not apply to long term bookings of 30 nights or more.
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless internet is available. Instructions on how to access the wireless internet is provided in our guest booklet in our home
Liability We will not be held or take responsibility for any liability, injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home
Maintenance Emergencies Contact information will be provided to you in your check in package. As well, they are located inside our home
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Property can accommodate up to 5 people only. Please ensure that no more than 5 people are staying in the home. If we are notified of any more than this, you may or will be asked to leave without a refund being given
Missing Items This is not tolerated. Please do not remove any items from our home for your personal use as we are notified by our cleaning staff if items are missing. This not only affects us but our future guests. I will refuse future reservations if items have been removed and you will be asked to re-imburse us the costs to replace any items
Parking & Ticketing Please adhere to all parking regulations throughout the resort and in the complex. We are NOT responsible for any parking infractions you may receive.
Policy Updates Please check my property page prior to your arrival for any policy updates. I reserve the right to make updates to my policies in order to ensure that both the owner and guests are protected
Property Damage Restitution will be sought for damage and this is strictly noted in our guest stay agreement that you must sign. Any property damage will be charged to your credit card that was provided at the time of final payment
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is zoned for nightly rentals
Resort Information Some brochures and resort information is provided for in our home but you may also take advantage of the activity centres in the village that can also help you
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please DO NOT bring your skis or snowboards into our home. There is a secure ski storage in the underground parking garage. Please ensure that you have a sufficient lock. We are NOT responsible for any theft a/o damage to your ski or snowboard equipment.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise or disturbances will NOT be tolerated. This may or will result in eviction from our home and NO refund will be issued. If we receive a fine because of any disturbances caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest per our guest stay agreement

Guarantees Policies

The property was well maintained and updated just as described. The location was excellent with easy walking access to the Marketplace shops & network of trails throughout Whistler. It contained all of the amenities needed for a multiple night stay and was perfect for a family of four. I would recommend this unit & manager for anyone visiting the area.

What a fabulous place to stay! The outdoor private hot tub was such a nice addition to a beautiful condo. The location is wonderful as well. The bus is right across the street and takes you right to the lifts. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

A fantastic unit in a fantastic location. We could walk to everything and so convenient with the marketplace and village just across the road. Right on the valley trail for bike riding and Lost Lake is just a 10 minute ride or 25 minute walk away. The unit is clean, comfortable and has everything we needed for a great stay. The spa on the deck is perfect too. We highly recommend this unit for a perfect place to stay in Whistler.

Apart from the ideal location, convenience to everything and great amenities; the one thing that stood out by leaps and bounds was the lovely owner Teresa! The house was the perfect size for a group of 5 and could have even taken on another person or two if you needed it which is definitely a bonus and all a 10 minute walk to the mountain gondolas. The decor was tasteful and the fact that the kitchen came fully equipped as well as fresh towels etc. really meant that we could enjoy our time together without worrying about what to bring with us. Everyone felt well looked after which is all one could ask for. If you're ever in search for a getaway who's owner has got you covered this is it!

This 2 bedroom gem of an apartment is hidden just behind Whistler's Market Place, making it ideal for those who enjoy hitting the slopes in the early hours and have a tendency to forget to buy that extra carton of milk. The flat itself is furnished to perfection, Teresa has thought of every thing for you, just sit back relax and enjoy the hot tub experience. My stay here at Glaciers Reach East Lodge was nothing short of a sublime and there is nothing from stopping me wanting to stay here over and over and over again!

What they say is true, location, location, location....and this townhome has it. It was fully equipped with all that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and the private hot tub was great. The new updates that the owners are doing are very nice and looking forward to seeing the finished product. Teresa was wonderful to deal with and answers all of our questions in a very timely manner. I look forward to coming back again and would recommend this home to others, if not for location but with the communications we had, which were great.
