Situated alongside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course’s first tee with an unobstructed view of the mountains, Blackcomb Greens is a convenient location for both winter trails and lifts as well as summer beach seasons at Lost Lake.   It is steps away from the free shuttle and within walking distance to the village.

Enjoy the outdoor hot tub for after ski relaxation or unwind with the wood-burning fireplace adjacent to the double height window showcasing the beauty of the mountains and vistas. 

The open kitchen is well equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, cookware, tableware and cutlery for easy dining and entertaining.   Adjacent to the kitchen is the open living space with a flat screen tv and audio system.  

This unit offers 3 well sized bedrooms.  The master bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom.  The second bedroom holds a Queen sized bed, while the third bedroom has one twin over double bunk bed, a twin bed with trundle, and a flat screen TV / DVD.   Both bathrooms have heated floor tiles to keep the chill out during winter months.  

Guests will have a secure underground parking spot available to them as well as complimentary hi-speed wifi, cable TV, and in-house laundry facilities.

Non-Smokers Only This unit is strictly NON-SMOKING. evidence of smoking in the unit will result in a fee for excessive cleaning costs, which will be deducted from your damage deposit, as well as a charge for reimbursement of future lost revenue as a result of the smoking.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Under no circumstances will graduation and/or stag parties be allowed in this unit. Evidence of such will result in immediate eviction without refund of accommodation charges, and damage deposit will be forfeited.
People with Restricted Mobility
Pets Sorry no pets allowed. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Nonrefundable deposit of 25%. We will refund the remainder of your money or portion thereof if we can replace your booking. Refunds are made at the re-booked rate. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Whistler bylaws prohibit excessive noise after 10pm. Furthermore, this is a residential area with a number of full-time residents. Kindly respect our neighbors and these bylaws. Our strata charges a fine for noise complaints and these charges will be passed on to you if we are presented with them.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any harm coming to our guests while staying at our property or anywhere in the Whistler resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8
Property Damage Will result in additional charges as well as a charge for reimbursement for any potential future lost revenue as a result of the damages.
Rental Accommodation Zoning

My friends and I had a great time at this place. Everything is just as described and looks exactly like the picture. The place was very clean and easy to check-in. It was only a few minutes drive from the village. Price was very reasonable (or even cheap) for a place that sleeps 8. Owner is very nice and easy to get a hold of. No problems at all. Highly recommended.

This townhome was the perfect getaway for our family. Bright beautiful view, spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Nice quiet location with easy access to Whistler Village. Will definitely come back!

We just finished our stay here and absolutely loved it! It was so comfortable staying there- there was a lot of room, and a gorgeous kitchen with all upscale appliances that was well stocked (great for us because we cooked very meal!). (Though of note there was no spices, coffee filters etc like some condos have so make sure to bring your own!). The beds were very comfortable, and had beautiful views. Furthermore, the owner was so helpful and accommodating! Really went above and beyond for us! Only negative was that the shared hot tub was really small so we couldn't always get in if others were there. Also a little far from the lifts and village, but there are free shuttles that run 10-15 minutes apart so it's not too bad.

Just Perfect

Very beautiful, comfortable condo! Great big views from the open main floor living space (kitchen & dining area & living room) and from master bdrm, short drive to the lifts, great access to snow shoeing (just out the door). Stylishly furnished with up-to-date and thoughtfully equipped galley kitchen and bathrooms. Bonus - heated floors at entry dry your wet boots for the next outing! Could happily have stayed so much longer, but we enjoyed our three nights immensely. The owner was extremely accommodating and caring (thank you!) and the on-site caretaker couldn't have been more respectful and helpful. A mild criticism is that access to/from the parking garage entails a set of concrete stairs to a short path that takes you to the home's entry (with stairs to the main floor). We'd packed a lot of food, etc., so did this trek quite a few times moving in and out. On the flip side, you could say it was a warm-up exercise ;-) We'd stay here again, without hesitation. An absolute treat!

We arrived later in the day, opened the blinds and witnessed the most beautiful scenery. There was the golf course, the cross country trails, and the mountain still tipped with snow. The sun was setting and we sat on the balcony enjoying the warmth of the sun. We found the condo to be great. The bedrooms were spacious (especially the master bedroom with it's own beautiful master bathroom) and each of the bedrooms had windows which faced greenery or a view of the golf course. The kitchen was easy to work in and very modern. We thoroughly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace in the living room. The condo was bright and sunny and the kitchen, dining room, and living room all faced the scenic view. The condo is a mix of modern and yet quaint, with character. The location was perfect for us. We walked to the village and spent time there while the kids enjoyed one of the "kids' camps". The children liked the amusement areas in the village and we enjoyed strolling through shops. We found a good selection of restaurants and enjoyed sitting in the open air under umbrellas relaxing and enjoying the ambiance . It was fun being able to be part of the village activity and then go home to a more rural atmosphere within minutes. We had a great time going up the lifts to the top of the mountain, hiking different trails, and having lunch at the peak. Whistler is just as much fun in the summer as the winter. It is really a year round resort. We plan to stay at this same condo this winter.

Had a great stay here. Conveniently located near Whistler Village for skiing or shopping with great view of the mountains and golf course. Bright and lots of space inside. All amenities, TV, WiFi, modern kitchen, underground parking. Really liked the chalet feel to the complex. Kids really enjoyed the space outside where they could play. Had a great time here.

Nice place. Great atmosphere. Has all the amenities. Terrific view. Fireplace. Close the the golf course, and will be ski in/out in the winter. Terrific beds. What's not to love?
