Welcome to our crozy one bedroom townhouse located in the North Village at Glacier Reach. Premier location! It's only a 10min walk to the lifts for both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Only 2 blocks to the North Village and 5min to the Main Village. Walk to everything including shops, restaurants, bars and all other amenities!!! Great quite location but still close to the action!

The townhouse is located in the North Village which is full of shops, restaurants and night life. You can also walk to the Main Village in approx. 10min. You can also walk to the ski lifts for Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in approx. 10 min. You can also take the free shuttle across the street from the townhouse and be at the lifts in 3 min.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable|

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||There is a common Bike storage room in the parkade.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Any above average noise will be dealt with the Security Company. Security Company will evict guest causing excessive noise.|
|Garbage Removal||Please remove your garbage and dispose of it in the garbage room in the South Parkade.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||There is free internet access. The access information will be given after reservation confirmation and final payment.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests while they are on our property, or at any location in Whistler Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4 people.|
|Noise Restrictions||No excessive noise after 11pm in the condo and the common areas such as pool/hot tub.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tennants, or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with on line payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||We are zoned for short term vacation rentals.|
|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||You can store in the condo. There is also additional Ski/Snowboard storage in the common storage room in the parkade.|
|Terms of Eviction||Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!|

We rented this property because my husband was participating in ironman and we needed a quiet, centrally located place to stay. This place was extremely well located in relation to the village and to the ironman route! It was clean and well equipped and provided very good value. The property was very quiet, which was important to us and has been a problem in the past when we've stayed in hotels in the village.
It was a bit dark and the air conditioner did not work well and was very loud - as a result, it was very warm. Laundry worked well and came in handy. Couldn't figure out how to use the main room television but just watched the one in the bedroom. The property was beautiful, well-maintained and the pool/spa area looked very nice.View Full Review

The condo was great, nice and cool, when really hot outside and a perfect location, close to the grocery store. Didn't have enough toilet paper though, had to go and buy our own. only had one little bar of soap, bought our own pump soap for washing hands .had only one kitchen garbage bag, but loved the garberator . the couch was so uncomfortable but liked having a little table to sit and eat at.
I would say the biggest inconvenience was the painters had blocked us in and out. the path was blocked so it was hard to get our stuff unloaded and in condo because ladders were everywhere, and they woke us up early one morning while working. overall a very beautiful place to stay. thank youView Full Review Owner Has Responded
Clean, Good Value but needs new Mattress and Couch

I would recommend this property only if the two issues we found were resolved. The only big issues we found was the mattress on the bed felt like a collapsing cardboard box and was very uncomfortable. The couch was also very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep on either. Great little condo although a little dark inside, but as you should be spending all your time outdoors in Whistler that really doesn't matter. My only compliant is that that the sofa is very uncomfortable, but we really didn't sit on it much.. see above :) The overall price was superb and the condo was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. My husband and I stayed for the long weekend and found the condo to be accurately described and shown in the pictures. We found it to be stocked with all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The queen bed was extremely comfortable as well as the living and dining furniture. The pre check in information was very helpful and concise. We met with friends for hiking in biking and to enjoy the BBQ championships in Creekside. Nice quiet condo for a short getaway. My cousin & I brought up our daughters (3&5) and stayed two nights. We were able to walk to everything which was great. The hide-a-bed was not in the best shape so we used the mattress on the floor nbd.
