Welcome to our crozy one bedroom townhouse located in the North Village at Glacier Reach. Premier location! It's only a 10min walk to the lifts for both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Only 2 blocks to the North Village and 5min to the Main Village. Walk to everything including shops, restaurants, bars and all other amenities!!! Great quite location but still close to the action!

The townhouse is located in the North Village which is full of shops, restaurants and night life. You can also walk to the Main Village in approx. 10min. You can also walk to the ski lifts for Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in approx. 10 min. You can also take the free shuttle across the street from the townhouse and be at the lifts in 3 min.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for your delayed arrival ie: road conditions, accidents, etc.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guest can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Bike Storage There is a common Bike storage room in the parkade.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Any above average noise will be dealt with the Security Company. Security Company will evict guest causing excessive noise.
Garbage Removal Please remove your garbage and dispose of it in the garbage room in the South Parkade.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage There is free internet access. The access information will be given after reservation confirmation and final payment.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests while they are on our property, or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people.
Noise Restrictions No excessive noise after 11pm in the condo and the common areas such as pool/hot tub.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tennants, or guest of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with on line payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for short term vacation rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage You can store in the condo. There is also additional Ski/Snowboard storage in the common storage room in the parkade.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Ed was very accommodating and responded immediately to my request to add an extra day and to check-in a day earlier. Everything went smoothly during our stay. Unit is clean and kitchen (although we didn't really use it) is very well equipped plus stocked with useful spices, tea etc for guests.

My husband and I stayed for the long weekend and found the condo to be accurately described and shown in the pictures. We found it to be stocked with all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The queen bed was extremely comfortable as well as the living and dining furniture. The pre check in information was very helpful and concise. We met with friends for hiking in biking and to enjoy the BBQ championships in Creekside. I would return without hesitation in the future.

Nice quiet condo for a short getaway. My cousin & I brought up our daughters (3&5) and stayed two nights. We were able to walk to everything which was great. The hide-a-bed was not in the best shape so we used the mattress on the floor nbd. When I had questions Ed was very quick to call back and answer, & was really helpful. we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Ed
