Glacier's Reach #4 is a ground floor condo with a rear & front deck area. There is a BBQ on the front deck, and on the rear deck is your private hot tub. There is an open plan living, dining & kitchen. In the lounge you can enjoy the stereo system, flatscreen TV & gas fireplace. There are 2 bathrooms each with bathtub with shower, toilet & vanity. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite.
The condo is equipped a washing machine, dryer & dishwasher.

Right across the road from the condo in Marketplace you will find a Supermarket, Drugstore, Liquor Store, Post Office, Bank & some great restaurants. The Ski lifts are only a short walk away through the picturesque village stroll, or you can take the free village shuttle from outside marketplace to the lifts.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Excessive cleaning costs will apply if the unit has been left very dirty and garbage has not been removed.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise will after 10pm will not be tolerated. Eviction may occur if complaints are made by our neighbours.|
|Housekeeping||Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at guests expense.|
|Liability||Guests are liable for any damages caused during your stay.|

How long to stay?
|Winter||7 nights or more is the best for a Winter ski trip. Gives the weather plenty of time to deliver lots of snow, and then some beautiful bluebird days|
|Summer||Come for a long weekend or a few weeks. Great nightly rates mean you can really settle into life in Whistler without breaking the bank|

Parking & Cars
|Do I need a car in Whistler?||If you stay at Glacier's Reach #4 everything is in easy walking distance from your condo. So arrive, park you car in our secure onsite parking & relax|
|Drive or take the bus to Whistler?||Either is a great option. If you drive then on the way back to Vancouver you can stop off at all the scenic viewpoints on Highway 99. The bus also follows the same incredible highway so be sure to sit on the left side of the bus heading north & the right side of the bus heading south.|
Our family loves all that Whistler has to offer, skiing in the Winter & mountain biking in the Summer. We hope that you will enjoy Whistler as much as we do.

Again we had a great stay from Aug 3- Aug 8, 2014. Some minor issues. Barbeque was dirty (below burner tray needs cleaning ). This caused excessive smoke which set off smoke alarms for Unit 5 to go off. Someone already parked in Unit # 3 stall on Sunday when we arrived. On Monday unit #5, (while smoke alarms going off) said we had parked in their stall 4. I thought there was no designated parking. I did move our vehicle to the now empty Stall # 3. The Kitchen oven was not totally clean and there was some dust build on the inside of the main washroom door panels and cobwebs on the roof by the fridge. These were minor issues. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend unit #4 to friends and our family members.View Full Review Owner Has Responded
