 Property Description

Our Townhome Entrance is Private and at Street Level. The Front Entryway has a Large Closet, and a Door leading to the Private Garage. From the Entry, a Hallway leads (past a Bathroom and Laundry Closet) to the large Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. This Living Area has floor to ceiling Windows and a Sliding Door leading out to the Patio and Hot Tub. The view is of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. From the Living Room, with large Fireplace and Vaulted Ceiling, stairs lead up to the 3 Bedrooms and 2 more Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has views of Whistler/Blackcomb. The 2nd and 3rd , Bedrooms have views up the valley and the Coastal Range and the 3rd Bedroom has a private deck. The Master Bedroom has a Private ensuite Bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has an ensuite Bathroom with double entry shared with the 3rd Bedroom.

We are a few minutes' walk to all the Village amenities and the free Village Shuttle Bus. The Valley trail is just across the street. Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooking rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking on . Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come / first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete Resort nformation and arrival / check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment. Coded entry instructions will be sent 5-7 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute Reservations.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Check with us prior to Arrival. Early Check-in may be Available.
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM. Contact Us. Late Check-out may be Possible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge up to $200 CDN in the case of excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Eviction without a refund.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping is available for extended stays. Mistakes happen! If for some reason there has been an housekeeping error and the property is not ready upon your arrival at 4 pm PST, we will refund your first night. The property will be promptly cleaned the next day if we are unable to get it cleaned the same day. In the event of a housekeeping emergency, there is a complete set of clean linens accessible within the property.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are staying on our property or at any other location in the Whistler Resort area.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 / 7. Complete Emergency contacts provided in the Townhome Information Folder.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10. Maximum 8 adults + 2 children. Eviction if more than 10 overnight adult occupants.
Missing Items Guests authorize a Credit Card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Posted on the Patio. If you have problems with neighbors call our Security Co., Sea to Sky Security at 604 905-3910
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $1,000 CDN charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Resort Information Provided at the time of booking confirmation and with our in-Townhome Information Folder!.
Terms of Eviction Respect our Home and Neighbors. Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 10 overnight occupants without permission - all are grounds for eviction.

Guarantees Policies

Policy Description
My Web Site Guarantee We guarantee that we will honor all rates posted on our web site at the time that your reservation request is submitted. If any amenity changes after you have confirmed your booking with payment, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel with a full refund.
Reservation Guarantee Property Sales / Damage - We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CDN per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.

Getting Check-in Information.

How do I get check-in information? When we receive confirmation that your balance of payment has cleared, we will send you all the details you need to traval, locate, arrive and gain entry to our home.

Checking In

How do I check in? 5-7 days prior to arrival we will forward the code to our electronic door lock. You simply arrive, use the code given to you and walk in the front door. It's that easy!
What is check-in time? Check-in time is 4:00pm.
Can I check in early? We try to accommodate early check-ins. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to arrival with your request. It all depends on whether we are able to ensure that the house has been cleaned following the check-out of the previous guest.
Will it cost me more to check-in early? No.
Is it a problem if I arrive very late at night? Not at all. Ours is a private home with private entrance. You simply arrive open the lock box, use the entry key and walk in the door. No deadlines!

Checking Out

How do I check out? First Review our "Departure Routine" on In-House Instructions. Then all you have to do is close the front door lock the door and return the entry key to the lockbox! Just make sure you leave behind, in the house, anything belonging to it, i.e: SPARE KEYS, CDs, Tapes, Books, etc.
What is check-out time? Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Can I check out late? Please request a late check out at least 7 days prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Will it cost me more to check out late? Only if you are checking out so late that our cleaners can't get in the same day, and we do not have another guest coming in: we will charge for an extra night. There is no extra charge for a regular late check-out.
What if I'm not ready to leave at check-out time? This creates a problem with the cleaners trying to get in to do their job in time for the next guest to arrive. Check-out time is mandatory unless we have approved a late check-out.

Emergencies

What if something goes wrong while I am staying in your home? We will provide you with a 24 hour on-call, in-resort, emergency contact number. Also, in our home, you will find a full collection of all the information you could possibly want, and more.
What if the house has not been cleaned when I arrive? We are pleased to say that this has never happened, and we doubt it will. BUT, if it does, call the emergency contact person and the situation will be remedied as quickly as possible. If the problem can't be remedied until the next day, we will compensate you for the inconvenience. Check our Policies!

Things to Bring!

What should I be sure to remember to bring? Anything of a personal nature which you just can't live without: Favorite CD, DVD, Video, Medications, etc. Other things to bring: Hot Tub Sandals, Bathing Suit.
What do you have that I wouldn't expect? Lots! A Port-a-Crib, 2 Booster Chairs, 8 Bathrobes, Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Gadgets, Very Comfortable Beds & many extra Pillows!

Hot Tub.

Where is the Hot Tub located? The Hot Tub is right outside the Living Room on a Private Patio.
How Private is Private? The Hot Tub is for your use only. It is not shared by guests in any other unit. The same is true of the Patio. However, the Patio and Hot Tub can be seen from other units, so private does not mean "Secluded."

Where can I get Discount Lift Tickets? Buy on-line on AlluraDirect.com. You will get the full discount, you can pick them up in advance and get preferred Customer Service at the Base.
Where can I get good equipment rentals? We have a specisl arrangement with Affinity Rentals. Order on-line or wih Discount Cards available in the Townhome - You get a significant, overnight storage, preferred Customer Service and advance pick-up. This includes Demos!
What about Transportation? The AlluraDirect.com website has information about getting here. Also, check to AlluraDirect.com website for services and discounts from Whistler Star Express, Rental Car Agencies and Star Limosine. Book through AlluraDirect.com.

As owners - We are a Family / Group of six USA citizens who fell in love with Whistler about 10 years ago. This Group includes Brother and Sister-in-Law who reside in Virginia (Retired Air Force Colonel, Teacher & a Notre Dame alum); Daughter and Son-in-Law residing in Rhode Island, Senior Partner with Deloitte Consulting (former Army Officer & both URI grads); a close friend living in Olympia, WA working in Govt. Relations (Native of Georgia, West Point grad. & former Army Officer); and myself (Retired Navy Captain & Annapolis Grad.) – calling Union, WA home. While we all love skiing – it was much more than skiing that influenced us to select Whistler as our second home. Hiking, Biking, Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Shopping, Eating, and just plain Hanging-out have captured our year-round fantasy.
