Our beautiful, well-appointed studio unit is situated in one of the most ideal locations in Whistler.  A perfect place for family and friends to relax after a long day on the slopes.


A great 3rd floor location in Village North. Enjoy picturesque mountain views from the patio. No vehicle required at our unit. You are steps away from shopping, restaurants and everything Whistler has to offer. It is an easy walk into Whistler village, and access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. There is a grocery and liquor store conveniently located around the corner from Deer Lodge, along with retail outlets, activity providers and many restaurants.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests 30 days notice required. First night is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the balance will be refunded only if a replacement booking is made.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. Sorry, we are not responsible for circumstances that may cause you to be delayed arriving to the unit.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Delivered via e-mail prior to your departure. Please contact Mountain Hideaways if you have not received information prior to departure.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Payment is due according to the schedule set forth in the rates and payment section. If payment can't be made on the due dates, please contact me immediately. If payment arrangement can't be made then cancellation of reservation will be put through and NO refund will be issued.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guest Stay Policies

BBQ Not Permitted Due to strata laws..bbqs are not permitted on the balconies.
Bike Storage Available in underground parking area. Please ensure you bring your own lock.
Check-In Time 4 pm. We try to accommodate for early arrivals. Please contact Mountain Hideaways.
Check-Out Time 10am. We try to accommodate for late departures. Please contact Mountain Hideaways.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If property is left in unsatisfactory condition..excessive cleaning charges will apply
Excessive Noise NOT TOLERATED. If noise complaint is received..this could result in immediate eviction.
Housekeeping A cleaning crew will prepare the unit before and after your stay. For stays of 7 days or more, we will arrange a mid-week clean and change of towels and linens if needed (no charge). Daily cleaning is not provided.
Internet Availability & Usage Free high-speed internet
Liability No liability is implied or offered in our unit. We will not be held or take responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home or anywhere in Whistler resort.

Terms of Eviction 24 hr. Security Company is on duty. Excessive noise or disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Excessive noise may or will result in your eviction of our home and NO money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.

Great apartment for the mid price range traveller

Very nice self catering apartment located within the village. We spent 5 nights here over Christmas and really enjoyed it. The place provides all the convenience of a home - an apartment rather than a hotel (and is not serviced daily like a hotel either). Check in is well managed and hassle free, although are essentially just supporting the apartment owner who is responsible for leasing the property. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed, comfortable couches and fireplace. Comfortable fold down bed which is very easy to put down daily. Would highly recommend to the mid range traveller.

Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Wall bed was surprisingly comfortable. There's a small balcony as well looking over the village stroll. The property manager Jason was available anytime i needed something. Great rate, clean place. Hot tub and gym just across the lodge, 30 sec walk. Overall i would definitely stay here again. Thx for the great service!

This is a great little space and home away from home in the heart of the village action. I travel to Whistler quite a bit and this place has by far been the most value for money. It's a nice clean cozy condo in an awesome location.
