 Property Description

Our 2 bedroom condo is furnished with 1 king size bed and a queen size bed. For an additionl person a roll out cot.

The condo features: Kitchen with European style cabinets, granite countertops,s/s appliances and wine cooler.  The dining room and living room is open to views of the city. The unit is about 980 square feet and faces north, viewing the north shore mountains, city and ocean.

In addition, our unit is 1/2 block away from the Canada-Line Skytrain Station, 20 minutes direct from the airport and 7 minutes on Skytrain to Vancouver Convention Centre. We offer early check in upon request.

Special Features

Vacation Condo in the center of downtown Vancouver in the International Village District. Fully furnished and nicely decorated with an open layout. There is a 24 hour concierage and secured underground parking. The balcony of the condo serves to take in the lovely views of the Espana water gardens, the city mountains, ocean and false creek while sipping the Starbucks coffee from across the street. Our building is less than 3 years old with a large indoor pool, fitness facility and hottub. Many restaurants located in Tinsletown Mall and surrounding areas with an asian flare. Traveling is made simple without a car as Skytrain is just outside of building. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance or a short ride on the skytrain.

Our condo is located in downtown Vancouver, the International Village district.  We are located in the Espana building, phase 2 tower.  Our condo is on the 16th floor, conveniently located across from Rogers Arena, and around the corner is Costco and a Sky Train Station.

Ciniplex Odeon movie theartres are right across the street in an Asian style mall with shops and restaurants.  T&T Market is a large grocery store, conveniently located around the corner of the building.  Vancouver's Chinatown is minutes away by foot. 

Our location is conveniently and centrally located for touring the city of Vancouver;  Andy Livingstone Park, Edgewater Casino and Science World are minutes away.  It is a 5 minute walk to the Seawall and an easy walk to a water taxi to visit Granville Island.  Should you want to see shows, we are within 10 minutes to The Centre of Performing Arts and Queen Elizabeth Theatre.  Only three stops on the Skytrain brings you to the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre.  One stop on the Skytrain brings you to Granville Street, the food and entertainment area.  Visit the old Gastown clock and see the shops and restaurants in this historic part of Vancouver, just a mere 3 blocks away.  You may also choose to lounge in the swimming pool with hot tub, watch a movie in the movie room or play pool in the games room.  Whatever your desires, our location and building unit offers a traveller many conveniences.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

This unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed.  The doors are locked by a key with fob that also gives access to elevators, entrance and parking attached.  The loss of the key-fob is an automatic $120 charge (cost to replace.)  Our unit is a 5 person maximum, with the 5th person paying an additional $20 per night rate.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs After inspection from hired cleaner,loss of $100 damage deposit will result if deemed excessive cleaning.
Excessive Noise will not be tolerated. result in eviction
Garbage Removal must be removed before departure. instructions will be given to location
Housekeeping available for $100 fee. for 1 weeks stays or longer
Liability on major items and appliances damaged. personal injury and injury to guest of guests is not owners responsibility. damage deposit will be cashed on major appliance damage

We are husband & wife who live in the sub-burbs of Vancouver.  We love the city of Vancouver as it has so much to offer, anytime of the year.  If you are a winter person you can enjoy our famous mountains for skiing and showboarding as well as the beautiful displays of Christmas lights.  If you enjoy the Autumn months come and visit a wine festival and enjoy strolling around Stanley Park and the seawall.  If the warmer weather is more suitalbe for you then rent bicycles or a boat to discover the many beautiful areas of the city.  Take a water taxi to Graville Island and check out the local culture.  If you are interested in any of our professional sports teams they are  practically right next door to enjoy.
