Our 2 bedroom condo is furnished with 1 king size bed and a queen size bed. For an additionl person a roll out cot.
The condo features: Kitchen with European style cabinets, granite countertops,s/s appliances and wine cooler. The dining room and living room is open to views of the city. The unit is about 980 square feet and faces north, viewing the north shore mountains, city and ocean.
In addition, our unit is 1/2 block away from the Canada-Line Skytrain Station, 20 minutes direct from the airport and 7 minutes on Skytrain to Vancouver Convention Centre. We offer early check in upon request.

Our condo is located in downtown Vancouver, the International Village district. We are located in the Espana building, phase 2 tower on the 16th floor. The building is conveniently located across from Rogers Arena and BC Place Stadium, around the corner is Costco and Sky Train.
Ciniplex Odeon movie theartres are right across the street in an Asian style mall with shops and restaurants. T&T Market is a large grocery store, conveniently located around the corner of the building. Vancouver's Chinatown is minutes away by foot.
Our location is conveniently and centrally located for touring the city of Vancouver; Andy Livingstone Park, Edgewater Casino and Science World are minutes away. It is a 5 minute walk to the Seawall and an easy walk to a water taxi to visit Granville Island. Should you want to see shows, we are within 10 minutes to The Centre of Performing Arts and Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Only three stops on the Skytrain brings you to the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre. One stop on the Skytrain brings you to Granville Street, the food and entertainment area. Visit the old Gastown clock and see the shops and restaurants in this historic part of Vancouver, just a mere 3 blocks away. We are husband & wife who live in the sub-burbs of Vancouver. We love the city of Vancouver as it has so much to offer, anytime of the year. If you are a winter person you can enjoy our famous mountains for skiing and showboarding as well as the beautiful displays of Christmas lights. If you enjoy the Autumn months come and visit a wine festival and enjoy strolling around Stanley Park and the seawall. If the warmer weather is more suitalbe for you then rent bicycles or a boat to discover the many beautiful areas of the city. Take a water taxi to Graville Island and check out the local culture. If you are interested in any of our professional sports teams they are practically right next door to enjoy.

Derrick made our stay very easy. The check in could not be easier. Once we contacted Derrick from the airport he was waiting for us in front of the apartment. He was easily contactable if we needed anything, not that you need any thing else if you staying here. We are a family of five with three small children, It is modern only 3 years old brand new apartment with all you need. The dinning room is small. The apartment is faintastic and secure. Easy walking distance from rogers arena, BC stadium, downtown Vancouver, gas town, canada place, Olympic park and science museum. Under ground secure car park, not that you need a car if you are staying here.The apartment is on 16th floor with lift and quite secure. Any requests we had Derrick was just more than happy to oblige. He returned our damage deposit in cash at the end if our stay. There is a subway sandwich place, two pizza places close by. The pizza shop under the building was very good. There are two super markets small one 2 min walk a larger one 7 min walk. Train station is at your door steps. There is a small shopping complex across the road from the apartment. We highly recommend this place and would like to thank Derrick for being such a fantastic host. We would certainly come back here again and recommend to our family and friends.
This condo is a great place to stay while in Vancouver! It's location is very close to everything you need to see and do in this city. Walking into the property, you immediately sense an "at-home" feeling. The condo had everything we needed for our extended stay in Vancouver. We loved the fact that groceries, shops, and restaurants were very close by. After long days of touring around Vancouver, this condo was a great place to wind down and relax. The pool and gym were great! We also loved that there was a small library for our 4 year old to read some children's books. Pam and Derrick were so lovely to deal with. They were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Their instructions and tips on the use of the condo were very helpful. They was readily available whenever we had any questions and concerns. That is something you do not normally receive at hotels and their immediate response was appreciated. If we are ever in the Vancouver area again, we would definitely want to stay here again!
Situated on the 16th floor this property is well equipped and very centrally placed with most of the downtown areas in easy walking distance. Derrick offered good advice before we arrived - a taxi from the airport made very good sense for 4 people with luggage. A car is almost a liability in Vancouver and we only picked one up on the third day of our stay - making use of the very convenient garage then and the excellent public transport system prior to that with the great value day passes. The two bedrooms were very comfortable - there was no conventional dining table which did not bother us but could others. The shared shower room was a little unusual to UK eyes - one could be sitting on a toilet with someone from the other bedroom showering on the other side of a gently frosted glass panel - a bit too together for the reserved English. I did have concerns about the arrangements for returning the security deposit but I need not have worried - it was, as Derrick predicted, in my mail at home when I got there. All in all a good experience and we unreservedly recommend.
Derrick and Pam were super to deal with in arrangements. They were helpful with travel plans and suggestions on how to maneuver the city. Our check-in and out times were dicey because of airlines, but they were very accomodating. My family stayed 5 days, and the location was ideal for trips throughout Vancouver. We fell in love with the parks and ferries, and walked quite a bit. Most special was that the restaurants are varied and quite good near the condo. Vancouver gave us a gift of being warm and rain free from april 30 thru May 5. Would recommend, especially if you are a hockey fan.
We stayed here for a few days to check out Vancouver before heading back home to australia. From initial contact Derrick and Pam couldn't have been more accommodating and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and in overall fantastic condition in a great location next to a main skytrain station. I travel frequently for work and don't think I have ever stayed somewhere as impressive as this apartment with as nice owners like Derrick and Pam. They were also extremely accommodating in offering a late check out at no extra cost as our flight back to australia wasn't until the evening. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.
We came back to Vancouver to visit the homefolk and could not have had a more enjoyable visit, in large part due to staying in this lovely condo. Derrick/Pam were unbelievably gracious and accommodating: we arrived from NY via a red-eye flight and Derrick was kind enough to meet us at 2am to hand over the keys! Also, as we were traveling with our three small children, they allowed us to use their fold-up cot. The condo itself is perfect in location and condition. You are within easy walking distance of Gastown, Robson St shopping, Yaletown, the Seawall, the Science Center etc. It is also well situated to take advantage of the fun little water taxis that take you to Granville Island, or the SkyTrain/Seabus etc. The condo is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed - no need to worry about laundry/dishwasher detergent or extra linens or having enough hangers. In summary, there is absolutely nothing we would change and we look forward to staying here again!
We just returned from 9 days in Vancouver with our 3 children ages 10-12. Derrick and Pam were terrific from the moment we contacted them about our interest in their unit up through the follow up once we were home. They did not mind my many detailed questions prior to arrival. They are very warm and hospitable and had all sorts of area information waiting for us, such as tourism and transit information. The unit was extremely clean beyond any other rental we have ever stayed in which was one of my highest priorities when deciding to be a repeat guest in any acccomodations. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable. It is very well appointed... I did not expect a shoe rack, umbrella stand and coat hooks too! They really thought of everything. It was great that the WiFi was hooked up just prior to our arrival and we made great use of their computer as well for some area research and reservations. The kids loved the Play Station to unwind after a busy day of tours. There were plenty of linens and all the necessities for dishes & laundry, etc. The location could not have been more convenient and was so nice to have a free and secure place to park our rental car. It is right next door to transit and walking distance to many things and necessities. The workout center, pool & hot tub were very nice and also very clean. They returned our damage deposit promptly. We know we will stay here again should our travels bring us back to Vancouver. Thanks Derrick and Pam for such a wonderful place to stay!
One word - wow!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience...from the time we arrived to the time we left we felt completely welcome and at home. The unit is super clean, super comfortable, and well appointed. The views are stunning and the location is ideal for visitors and hockey fans alike. Owners Pam and Derrick are professional, thoughtful, and have anticipated guests' needs perfectly. Despite the very luxurious surroundings, we honestly felt like we were at home, and were instantly comfortable. Can't wait until we can return.
Travel to Vancouver often and stayed here a few times. Grab a cab right out front or just walk across the street to see the Canucks. Great location, new building ,larger unit , nice view and Derek always makes it simple. Much nicer than a hotel room. Highly recommended !!
