Our exclusive Blueberry Hill house gives you the opportunity to experience the best of Whistler: entering the main living area will take your breath away with its vaulted ceiling, 30ft windows and spectacular south-facing view of Blackcomb mountain & the Whistler golf course! This view can also be enjoyed from the wrap-around deck whilst enjoying a hot-tub, BBQ or bear spotting!
The main living area has two spacious seating areas (one nestled around the open stone fireplace), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that would make any chef happy. The second living area downstairs is equipped as a movie room, giving your group the flexibility to entertain in seperate rooms (kids & adults!).
Most mornings (before 7am) & evenings, during the summer & fall, you can spot a couple of black bears wandering around the Whistler Golf course from our private deck - an exciting (and safe) experience if you have not seen a bear before!
To unwind aching muscles after an active day choose from the steam shower, the sauna or the hot-tub on the deck.
Our garage is fully equipped to accommodate bikers & skiers/snowboarders with storage racks and a tuning area/stand.
We have a strict "no parties" policy - please do not book our house if you are looking for a house to party in.

The property has three levels:
Entrance area into the grand, high ceilinged living area with 30ft floor to ceiling windows. Open style kitchen with double ovens, gas & electric hobs and complete cooking equipment. The living area comfortably seats a large group & has an array of entertainment features. Open style dining area with lazy-susan table that seats 8 - 13 people. Coffee-bar area. Large deck with gas BBQ and a 6 person hot-tub overlooking the golf course.
A mud room with heated floors provides plenty of space for ski gear to dry out after a day on the hill!
The double garage is on this level, set-up for ski & bike storage with tuning areas - suitable for two small cars or one large car. There is also ample parking outside on the driveway.
This is an open loft style area with a king-sized bed and lounge area leading on to the private master bedroom. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows, a double bed & two walk-in wardrobes. There is a large bathroom on this level with a jacuzzi bath, steam shower, double sinks and a private balcony.
As you walk down the stairs from the great room, on your right is a large bedroom with full length windows, an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and deck access. To the left is a fully equipped laundry room. Ahead is a movie room with 42 inch flatscreen TV. Off the movie room there is a fourth bathroom with sauna. The movie room leads into the den which has been furnished with one queen & one double bed. The den then leads into a small room that has a double bed/single bed bunk-bed. This whole level has access to the lower deck.
The loft bedroom is located on the top floor of the house: accessed by an elegant half-spiral staircase that leads up onto the bright and spacious loft. The comfortable king bed is just out of view from the main level, tucked behing a pony wall. There is a lounger chair and a wardrobe. This is my favourite sleeping area of the house as you get to enjoy the vast open feel of the house (and the view) from the comfort of your bed!
The loft leads into the private master bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed, floor to ceiling windows and matching walk-in wardrobes.
The master bathroom is also on the loft level: it has a jacuzzi bath, a steam shower, b-day, twin sinks & vanities and it's own private deck overlooking the golf course.
The en-suite bedroom is on the lower level (below the main level) and is the largest private bedroom of the house. It has a queen bed, balcony access, lots of windows, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. This is the best room for setting up the kids pack & play as it's stays really quiet.
The fourth & fifth bedrooms are also on the lower level. The fourth bedroom is a large space with a queen bed on one side and a double bed on the other. This room again has balcony access and an almost full length wall of windows. The fifth bedroom is accessed through the fourth bedroom.
The fifth bedroom has a double bed/twin bed bunk and a large built in wardrobe. This room has no window, but stays pleasantly cool in summer & warm in the winter.
A stylish private bedroom located right at the top of the house. It has a double bed, floor to ceiling windows and matching walk-in wardrobes.It shares the master bathroom, just steps from the door.

A large granite surface/breakfast bar is the main focus of our open plan kitchen. Our kitchen is very well stocked - we try to make sure we have all the utesils, pots, pans and serving ware you could possibly need... if you can't find something when you're at the house just give me a call!
We have 3 gas burning rings, 2 electic rings, 2 full size ovens, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, a microwave, drip coffee maker, electric & hob kettles, rice maker, electric fondue pot, blender, electric mixer, salad spinner, slow cooker, sharp knives, an array of pots & pans (large enough for big groups), etc.
We also have 2 full crockery sets (each can serve 13 people), plenty of matching cutlery, a selction of matching glasses (including champagne flutes, small and large wine glasses, tall tumblers, short tumblers and small glasses) and new placemats... so you can easily seat 13 people at the dining table in style.
For cooking we provide good quality salt & pepper grinders, olive oil & canola oil drizzlers and a spice drawer.
We provide all the cleaning basics you need in the kitchen: a new sponge, polishing cloths (for the granite/glass), windex, kitchen surface spray, washing up liquid, dishawsher tablets, bin liners, broom & dustpan & a hand-held vacuum.
There are two distict living areas in our house:
The great room is an impressive space, with south facing, floor-to-ceiling windows (30ft) and an open plan feel. There are two grouped seating areas, a dining area with a coffee-bar and a well-equipped kitchen. There is access to a large, sunny deck with flowers & patio furniture (in the summer), a BBQ and a hot-tub.
The movie room is below the great room - it has a 42 inch flatscreen TV, a games console, comfy leather seats and soft throw blankets to curl up under.
The dining area is a section of the main living area: it has a beautiful round, glass topped table with lazy-susan rotating center. It has a set of 8 matching chairs, plus 5 spare folding chairs if needed. The table is perfect for 8 to 10 people, but can seat 13 if you don't mind being cozy!
We have lovely new slate grey placemats, 2 full serving sets and a good selection of matching glassware.

The property is in the exclusive Blueberry Hill neighborhood, at the end of Nighthawk Lane, giving it an undisturbed view of the Whistler Golf Course and Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The village is a 5 minute drive, a 10 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop that has a regular service to the village.
We are not ski-in/ski-out, however, in the winter we provide free taxi vouchers so that your group can get to and from the lifts easily each day.

What a great place to stay!!! The views were fabulous. We loved that there was a great walking trail that took you right to Whistler village. It's the end unit and the space was just right for our 4 families. Great living area for all of us to hang out and a great first level area for the kids to romp around. Would definitely stay here again! And great service by the property managers. They were there in an instant if we needed anything, like more firewood for the snowy nights!
The dream ski holiday home- every need catered for. Keltie made the check in process so stressfree and simple and we were made to 'feel at home' immediately. The pleasant walk into the village took only 10 minutes for our nightly dinners and an easy and much needed stroll back after a big satisfying feed to relax in front of the tv. The daily soak in the amazing hot tub with the magnificent views was therapeutic and took away all the aches and pains making us ready to hit the ski slopes. An extremely memorable holiday and we endeavour to make a return visit and stay at this wonderful home in the near future!
Our family greatly enjoyed our time at Nighthawk Lane. Very clean and homely feel to the house. We enjoyed looking at the views sitting beside the fireplace and the hot tub. We are arranging time off for next year to visit again!
First off I want to say that then house is a beautiful house, large spacious and has almost everything you need aside from the cheap old school Nintendo 64. What I have a problem with is the people who ran the place. They were rude, caused unnecessary problems and just terrible people. What happened was my friends and I decided to rent the place out for the weekend to have a thanksgiving dinner and just to relax. We had some extra guess who rented another house in whistler but joined us for dinner. While cooking the the food during the afternoon, keltie and her co-worker decided to pay us a visit. Without knocking, they decided to just let themselves. Upon seeing the extra people they jumped the conclusion without even listening to what we had to say and started to threaten us to leave the premises within the hour. We tried to tell them that the extra guess were not after dinner and we were willing to pay extra if that was the problem. They would not listen and started to say that they will call the Rcmp to kick us out if we didn't leave. We then told them that we don't live in whistler and some of the people there have been drinking so we would be unable drive and also that our turkey was just put into the oven. Their response was that its not their problem and we need to get out before they call the Rcmp and started to make up some hotel act where they have the right to kick us out. Luckily for us one of our friend was a property manager and knows the law. They are not allowed to kick us out unless there was some sort of disturbance to which there was none. So we told them to go call the Rcmp to which they said they would do. They came back an hour later making up some [--] about how they will be nice and let us stay the night but we now have to pay them more and also leave at 8am (the original agreed time for checkout was noon). My guess is that they made up that crap about having the ability to kick us out and threaten with the act of calling the Rcmp. First of all, you do not send someone on a two hour drive on the sea to sky hwy if they have been drinking. Have the decency to look out for others well being. Second, how did these people expect us to take a half cooked turkey back into Vancouver to have our dinner which the turkey was already in the oven. All I can say is keltie Moore and her co-worker are heartless lying [--]. Not only that but it took her a month to return my deposit. We left the place spotless , better than when we arrived and i have the pictures to prove it. While we were there, there was no noise complaints from any of the neighbours and keltie tried to make up some sad story about someone 2 blocks having cancer and how we have disturbed them. If we did then we would have heard from them or the Rcmp not you keltie. So for those who intend to rent this place I suggest u don't unless u like to get disturbed by the a manager that has no regard for u, the law or your safety. Also while keltie and her co-worker just barge into the house without permission or even a knock, all they bought with them was hostility which just ruined everyone's mood and made the experience an unenjoyable one.
I rented the Nighthawk Lane property for Canadian Thanksgiving weekend, party of six adults and two children 5 and 3. The house offered so much room for everyone to have wonderful, large bedrooms to choose from, with privacy for each couple. The views were exceptional with lots of light coming from every room. Double ovens provided ease with cooking meals and the large kitchen was a dream for a family who likes to cook together. The house provided a secure environment for the little ones and the accessibility to the valley trail for running and biking was superb. The hot tub and sauna were immaculate and appreciated during our stay. Gorgeous views of the golf course provided a wonderful and peaceful sense of retreat for reading and hanging out. Keltie was superb to deal with and made extra trips with coffee grinder and fire logs for our enjoyment.
Spacious, great for big families or multiple families. Incredible view. Great location right off valley trail and 20 min walk to Village. Lots of parking. Very clean throughout.
We loved this place for our group of golfers. Lots of space, great views and easy walk to the village. Hot tub was a great bonus even in summer! Hope to return soon!
Everything about this place was great. Tons of room to sleep all 13 of us and never felt crowded. The owners were super easy to work with and very accomodating, even to the point of recommending places for us to eat and go out. Would absolutely rent this place again.
My group of 7 spent the most wonderful ski vacation at this house - it was exactly like breathtaking pictures on the website: house is in a very quiet neighborhood by the end of the street, surrounded by woods with privacy but a clear view to the distant mountains and ski trails - huge glass windows and surrounded decks on the 3 different levels allow you to enjoy the scene from anywhere in the house. The house is very well maintained and clean, rooms are spacious and have everything you will need for the stay, huge and well-equipped kitchen and dinning room that you can host dinner for a large group without problems.. the Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom, the Sauna room in the lower level and the outdoor hot tub are all the nice additions.. They also have free WiFi Internet in the home, both downstairs and mid-level LCD are hooked up with apple TV that streams Netflix movies and other contents to keep the family occupied. Both Keltie and Dan had done an amazing job in keeping the house in excellent shape and provided detailed and helpful tips on everything about using the facility and getting around town, we will definitely try to make it an annual event to visit Whistler and stay in this home again!
Our first Christmas away from home could not have been more wonderful. Keltie spared no details to make certain that we would enjoy the holidays. The home with its breathtaking views, large space, and open kitchen was ideal for our large group and allowed us to spend some memorable days together. The skiing was awesome ! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
We were a large group and stayed together in this house for a total of 5 days. I can't say enough about this most beautiful accomodation!!! The view is breathtaking and the house is so open and spacious that at no time were we ever feeling cramped or in anyone's space. The sleeping arrangements are such that everyone had their privacy as well as their own bathroom and actually felt like they had their own separate suite. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could ever need and had all the pots and pans and casserole dishes that you would have in your own home. The owners were superb and were on call for us whenever we had any questions. If you have a large group, this is definitely a place you will want to stay at for your time in Whistler!!!
We were welcomed by a beautifully decorated winter home complete with decorated Christmas tree, lovely poinsettias, warm fireplace, bubbly on ice, warm jacuzzi... amazing view of the mountainside and ski slopes...and so much more...Thank you Keltie for making our holiday vacation a dream come true...We will surely return again.
This was my first experience snowboarding/skiing and my first time to Whistler and it was an amazing one, largely in part to my stay at Nighthawk lane. From the start of initiating my booking of this property, Keltie (the property owner/manager) was a pleasure to deal with. She did everything she could to answer questions, and concerns about the property and Whistler in general before our arrival. Now on to the property: The pictures truly do not do it justice. It is a beautiful home and the furnishings inside are top notch. If you like to cook (as we did a number of the nights and every morning we were there) you will want for nothing in the kitchen. There are more than enough place settings, glasses, coffee mugs, pots, etc. to orchestrate feasts for even more than the 11 of us that stayed. The main living area is fantastic for large groups to converse and play games and the loft layout creates a feeling of infinite space. The bedroom layout is ideal for a group of 3 couples + other friends/kids since there are three king/queen beds (I forget which) with there own private space and the final room (actually 2 rooms) has 4 beds. The jacuzzi and sauna are fantastic to relax in after a day on the slopes and the property is situated at the bottom of a hill by itself so is very quiet and provides a great view! For people that are skiing/snowboarding, the location is convenient enough. It is only a 1-2 mile drive to Whistler village where all the lifts are. Our group had the luxury of 2 large Suvs so rather than wait on cabs or use the shuttles we drove and parked everyday which I think is the best way to go. Our group decided to make this an annual ski trip after our experience here and if/when we come back to Whistler we will surely be staying back at nighthawk lane. I highly recommend anyone considering this property to go ahead and book it!
We rented Nighthawk Lane for a girls weekend. It was the ideal space for our group of 13, offering lots of open area's for the big group but also smaller spots to catch up one on one without being in too close of quarters. The kitchen/great room is ideally set up for a big group to prepare food & cook and relax together. The variety and layout of the bedrooms allowed for quiet (good for those who sleep in and for the little ones) and privacy. The place felt like living in a treehouse (although a very luxurious one!) and I loved waking up to the big windows looking out onto the trees. It is a very quiet & private spot while still being close to town and the valley trail. Keltie was friendly and accomodating and I'd certainly consider renting it again for other events.
Nighthawk lane is close to, although not in Whistler Village proper, which is one of its benefits. The open spacious plan allows larger groups to gather and entertain in comfort. the private sleeping areas make sure everyone gets a good night's rest. Enveloped on two sides by trees, the property gives the illusion of complete privacy in a sub-division . If you're lucky enough to get the first bedroom on the lower floor, you'll feel as though you're cocooned in a forest canopy. The modern and well appointed kitchen make food preparation a joy and because of the open concept, even the cook can participate in entertaining guests. If you're looking for luxury and privacy, while close to the best skiing in the world, this place is for you.
This is a perfect corporate retreat set up and children would love it here too! The home have a stunning view of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains and the Whistler Golf Course. Many thanks to Keltie and Dan in making our getaway a most relaxing time away from the city!
Our stay in Nighthawk Lane exceeded all our expectations. What a beautiful place, with views across the golf course to the snow capped mountains and the Peak to Peak Gondola. Sit in the spa and soak up this magical view and sunshine. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun, overlooking the view, or watching the sunsets over the mountains is just breathtaking. Everything you need is here, wonderful kitchen, warmth, space, beautiful decor and quality furnishings. It is a place for the whole family to relax, or to enjoy with friends, there is just plenty of space. Wildlife nearby, from bears to squirrels. Having your own transport is an advantage to reach the shops, and sights around Whistler and beyond. Staying here has to be one of life's highlights, . Cannot wait to return. The house was everything you would imagine it to be! There is plenty of room for relaxing, admiring the view, watching movies, cooking meals and truly enjoying yourselves. It exceeded all of our expectations(the pictures on the website do not seem to do it enough justice!) and I would love to go and stay again if the opportunity arises! Keltie and Dan take excellent care of the property and promptly answered any questions or concerns we had before we arrived. It really was the perfect weekend get-away for all of us! Thank you!
Very nice spacious house in a great location. The facilities contained within the house were execellent such as media room with Net flix subscription, tuning area for snowboards, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. Service provided by the owner was excellent.
The house, managed by capable and friendly lady, has that "Wow!" factor when you first walk in; the vaulted ceilings make a wonderful space and provide floor to roof windows with great views over Whistler Golf Course and the surrounding mountains. The living area is spacious and comfortable, and provides ample space for entertaining and/or relaxing. The balconies surround the house and provide fun outdoor areas for barbecuing (which we did a lot!), sunbathing and hot-tubbing. The house is situated in a friendly and quiet residential area, and is about a pleasant 15 minute walk along the valley trail to the village itself. Otherwise, a taxi ride is an inexpensive and quick alternative (about $10). The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils, the beds are extremely comfy and the bathrooms are many and gadget-packed (the steam shower and jacuzzi bath were my personal favourites). The decor is rather eccentric, but provides a welcome alternative to so many bland modernist interiors. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this house and would gladly re-book it were we to return to Whistler with friends or family in the near future.
We spent more than we intended, but this great location and excellent amenities made it easy to enjoy our extended family stay. We got special permission from the owner to stay with 17 of us - kids and grandkids. Enough beds and comfortable closets for the kids to sleep in. Fabulous great room including kitchen is super for all being together. Hot tub, sauna, and large deck were appreciated. Kitchen is very well stocked. Some minor negatives: bathrooms lacked sufficient handsoap and TP, and some of the linens could have used updating. I understand this has been done since our stay. Can't beat the location - quiet street, lots of green around, 5 minute bike ride to the village.
