Location & Map
Located in the Village North, one of the most central and desirable locations in Whistler. It is close enough to walk to the village and the slopes but secluded enough from the heavy buzz of the village to provide a quiet, peaceful environment. The ski lifts and gondolas are an 8 - 14 minute walk (depending on whether you are in ski boots, snowboard boots or flip flops!), and there is a free short shuttle bus to the base of the mountain that operates very regularly.

Across the road from the complex is the Whistler Marketplace containing Whistler's largest grocery store (IGA Marketplace), numerous restaurants, cafes, a Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Starbucks, a pharmacy, a beer and liquor store and more!

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be provided for longer stays.|
|Liability||Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||7. Guests must adhere to the agreed number of guests. Violation of agreement will result in the termination of your stay.|
|Property Damage||Damage includes, but not restricted to, noise complaints, common or private property damage, extra cleaning charges, lost broken or missing common or private property items, smoking, or pets in condo. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Lost keys will incur a $75.00 charge. Owner reserves the right to request guest account inactivation.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||We are zoned for nightly rentals.|
|Terms of Eviction||Excessive noise, common or private property damage, smoking, excess number of occupants, damage to property may all result in eviction. More than one complaint from security will result in eviction.|

A very nice, clean, and spacious home in a great location. Great for a family vacation, there was more than enough room for all five of us. We enjoyed how close we were located to Whistler Village, with a grocery store and restaurants just a short walk away. We really felt at home during our stay, in the evenings it was nice to have the option to stay in and select a movie from the provided selection. After a long day of hiking we enjoyed resting our legs in the hot tub. Pretty much everything you need is available, unfortunately the washing machine and dish washer were having problems, but this was just a minor inconvenience for us, as we only spent four days in Whistler before heading to Vancouver Island. Paul and Sarah provided fast communication and were very informative. We made use of their information booklet and took their suggestions when it came to going out for a meal. Our vacation was a very positive experience and we would recommend this property to anyone traveling with a family. Everything was truly walking distance with grocery and liquor store conveniently located nearby. Easy 10 minute walk to base of hill - wearing street shoes - up the pedestrian walkway. Two bedroom was spacious and we easily slept and accommodated our group of four married guys out from Ontario for a ski vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything functioned well. Temperature control on hot tub was adjustable so we could ensure hot enough and not too hot. Arriving at the property and gaining access was easy, safe, and secure with great underground parking. Instructions on how to gain access where straightforward. No surprises, great stay. Oh and I misplaced and so left my earphones behind but once back home I enquired they found them and mailed them back to me! So nice, great service.

My family of 5 stayed here for a weeks skiing over New Year. The home is well appointed, with ample kitchen appliances. The owners provide many extras; dishwasher powder, washing powder, shampoo etc.. as well as the basics in the kitchen. The location is great, we had a rental car which we never used; easy walk to the grocery store, restaurants and village center. We used the free bus to get to the slopes each day, its a short walk and we never had long to wait

Loved our stay in this unit. It is neat and clean with well appointed kitchen and good bathrooms etc. The hot tub is fantastic after a day on the slopes! It is very near the main shopping area of town and 10 minutes from the village/gondolas which is a bit of a drag after a day on the slopes, but really not that bad. Considering the price, I think this was excellent value for money
