We spent four days in the flat in Feb 2012, The place is modern and at the same time very cozy and warm. Kitchen area was connected to the living room which makes the place look more open.  The kitchen was fully equipped. You could say whom furnished the place had good taste and had an attention to detail. (Black granite and cherrywood finish) Heated bathroom floors were pleasant especially being winter. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna which was only 20 meters from the flat. We also enjoyed that it was close to Whistler Village, Starbucks and French Creperie

Recently we had the pleasure or dealing with Kevin Kaban regarding his town home at Glaciers Reach.  This was supposed to be for the extended stay for the winter season 2012/2013. Unfortunately on this occasion it did not work for us to move forward in this booking however in every dealing we had with Kevin he was professional, honest, informative and more than reasonable with his pricing for this stylish modern town home. What initilally attracted us to the presentation and furnishings and finish, it was far superior to all others we had looked at.  We are sad to have missed the opportunity to stay on this occasion but would highly recommend his condo and we will be referring this on to other travelling friends.

What a great location! The IGA supermarket and BC Liquor stores are less than a 2 minute walk away, with another supermarket located in the village square just another 5 minutes more. The hot tub is directly outside the rental, and although it is a shared facility I rarely saw anyone else using it. In the mornings the lifts are less than 10 minutes walk away through the attractive village trail or a 1 minute bus ride. The bus stop is just across the road and is free if you get on the right one (Number 4). The rental is extremely clean, up to date and stylish so It was never a chore having a night in. All in all I would recommend this rental to anyone and would be using it again on a return to whistler.

Stayed at the townhome Feb 6-9, 2012.  Had a great stay.  Convenient location one block away from Whistler square.  Updated appliances. Well maintained and clean.  Ground floor is nice for luggage haul.  Pool/Jacuzzi right outside the door. Gas fireplace and adjustable lighting, nice touch for evening relaxation.  Looking forward to next year.

Enjoyed the central location, right across the street from the Village; bike trail is right out the back door; the pool and hot tub were a treat to relax in at the end of a long fun day; loved the heated floors in the bathroom; the condo was a nice size for two couples as the master bedroom had an on-suite as well as a mini-kitchen; having a washer and dryer was also convenient.  really enjoyed our two days at Whistler and plan on going back and staying at the same condo! Great place!

Loved the location and ground level. Liked the idea of being in the  Hub of the village. Was able to walk everywhere.  Easy access to Restaurants and the Grocery store.  Liked the cleanliness, the bedding towels, everything was exceptionally clean. Really liked the idea of the master bedroom having a separate entrance to the outside and that way while staying with my daughter and her friends they could come and go as they pleased and more so in the morning while getting up early I didn't feel as though I had to tip toe around the place.

Rates

The rates posted do not include 5% Government sales tax.

Rates are based on sound financial planning.  We expect to achieve a fair and reasonable profit to ensure proper upgrades and maintenance of our townhome and to further assure that our guests, accociates, cleaning and small maintenance team will be offered a long term benefit of this small business. 

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of $ 200 is deducted from your final payment. Pending no damage the deposit is returned to your provided home address via cheque. Damage deposit cheques are written on the 10th of eath month and sent the following day. Unfortunately there is not a system in place to apply the damage deposit  back on your credit card.

  

 Please consider what you get in comparison for what you pay in a Hotel.

Our condo is located at the north edge of the  Whistler village and close to the ticket center and main gondola.  

From the condo It takes approx 9-11 minutes to walk to the main gondolla and ticket center .

Bus # 4 runs every 7 minutes during the ski season to the gondolla and ticket center.  The bus stop is 30 seconds from the townhomes back door.  Two minute bus ride.

Bus # 4 runs every 15 minutes during the summer. and off season.

By agreeing to our policies when booking you are agreeing to pay for any invoices that you may receive as a result of your stay due to additional cleaning, damage or loss to the unit.  All Rates do not include an additional 5% for GST .

          NO Refunds for cancellations after 24 hrs from booking time. If cancelling occurs within 24 hrs of booking time there is $ 100 charge.   Please see under Policies.  Cancellations Made by Guests.

Thank You for reviewing our Policies.    Please be advised you must be at least 25 years of age, we only accept credit card payments.  

Once you have booked online and have made your final payment  detailed check in Instructions will be automatically emailed to you.  A password to digital door locks, back up lock box codes, key information will be provided.

Damage deposits are returned within 1-3 weeks via cheque to your submitted address.

Cancellations Made by Guests	Sorry no cancellations. Any amount paid will be forfeited on cancellation. Alterations are permitted. Exact days for exact days for an $ 80 fee. Providing the alteration is within the same price range.

Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Check-In Time	Check in time is 4 PM
Check-Out Time	Check out time is 1030AM . On check out please remove garbage, wash dishes and if you feel up to it strip the beds. Late Check- outs or early check-outs are permitted for a $ 35 fee. Email correspondence is required between myself and the cleaners/maintenance to allow variations of these times. This fee is also part of our sound financial planning.
Complaints Concerning Property	Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise	Please use proper discretion and treat your noise levels in a manor you would expect others manage their noise levels.
Housekeeping	Excessive cleans of beyond regular 3.0 hour cleaning will result in a fee of $ 20 per extra 30 minutes. After long term bookings guests are expected to do a deep clean. IE. Vacuum under all beds, couches. Clean all bathroom surface areas.
Liability	We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property. For your own safety and the safety of others every adult MUST read the check in instructions. Important hazards are highlighted.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity	6 people overnight.
Property Damage	Property damage is charged. Cost of damage item plus $ 40 per hour of time taken to replace or repair damage. Lost Keys charge is $ 100 per set.
Noise Restrictions	No noise policy in effect in this complex after 11pm. .This is a family complex, please respect other guests staying in the complex.
Parking & Ticketing	Use any underground non reserved stall or stall 22.
Rental Accommodation Zoning	This property is zoned for unlimited rental or owner use. I use the property often and I'm from a construction background further being able to keep it well maintained.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage	There is plenty of closet space for Ski and Snowboard storage.
Terms of Eviction	Excessive noise or violence could result in eviction.

Noise

How much noise can I expect.

Occasional noise can be heard from the upstairs clients. People are for the most part respectful. In the mornings people trucking around the complex with ski boots can on can be heard. All noise can be masked out by a bathroom fan. There is no night club music. The energy of Whistler and Traffic can be heard 3/10 beginning at 730am. (3 being the least amount of sound)
