Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of $ 500 is added to your initial payment. Pending there is no damage on inspection the deposit is returned to your provided home address via cheque or email transfer for Cdn. and US clients.  Unfortunately, there is not a system in place to apply the damage deposit  back on your credit card. Note. United states residents are charged a $500 Cdn damage deposit.  You can convert to US funds, as we have a US bank account.  The same amount will be returned by chq. (in the mail) or email transfer  in US funds

Our condo is located at the north edge of the  Whistler village and close to the ticket center and main gondola.  

From the condo It takes approx 9-11 minutes to walk to the main gondolla and ticket center .

Bus # 4 runs every 7 minutes during the ski season to the gondolla and ticket center.  The bus stop is 30 seconds from the townhomes back door.  Two minute bus ride.

Bus # 4 runs every 15 minutes during the summer. and off season.

Wheelchairs Wheel chairs can be ramped to the front door of the condo. There is ramp access along the north side of glaciers reach, through the garden pathways and up to the condo. There is one approx. 8 inch step to navigate and 1 step 6 inches down into the condo.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Thank You for reviewing our Policies.    Please be advised you must be at least 25 years of age, we only accept credit card payments.  

Once you have booked online and have made your final payment  detailed check in Instructions will be automatically emailed to you.  A password to digital door locks, back up lock box codes, key information will be provided.

Damage deposits are returned within 1-3 weeks via cheque to your submitted address.

Cancellations Made by Guests Sorry no cancellations. Any amount paid will be forfeited on cancellation. Date changes are NOT permitted.
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check In instructions sent on final payment via email.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time Check in time is 4 PM
Check-Out Time Check out time is 1030AM . On check out please remove garbage, wash dishes and if you feel up to it strip the beds. Late Check- outs or early check-outs are permitted for a $ 40 fee. Email correspondence is required between myself and the cleaners/maintenance to allow variations of these times. This fee is also part of our sound financial planning. PLEASE HAVE EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY READ AND STUDY THE PROVIDED CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS TO PREVENT DAMAGE-FIRE-INJURY AND EXTRA COSTS>
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise If an excessive noise complaint occurs where security or the RCMP is called and it is reported to strata $ 250 will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Housekeeping Excessive cleans of beyond regular 3.0 hour cleaning will result in a fee of $ 25 per extra 30 minutes. After long term bookings guests are expected to do a deep clean. IE. Vacuum under all beds, couches. Clean all bathroom surface areas. We are charged double time by our professional cleaners on Canadian statutory holidays thus we charge a cleaning fee of $ 135 extra on Canadian stat holidays and our guests double time on excessive cleans during these days PLEASE HAVE EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY READ AND STUDY THE PROVIDED CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS TO PREVENT DAMAGE-FIRE-INJURY AND EXTRA COSTS>.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property. For your own safety and the safety of others every adult MUST read the check in instructions. Important hazards are highlighted.
Maintenance Emergencies
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight.
Property Damage Report any property damage caused. Failure to report damage will result in a full forfeit of your damage deposit. Report missing Keys. Lost keys result in a $250 charge. Please replace smaller damaged items (Wine Glasses,Mugs, Knives). Damaged items for example a broken wall mount soap dispenser will cost its purchase price. Time to drive to the store and purchase. Time to remove and dispose of the broken item. Time to deliver and install the new item.$ 55 per hour is charged to fully replace the item. Example replacement cost will be $ 140 for a wall mounted shower soap dispenser. A damaged TV will take time to shop for a new one. Dispose, order and re install. $ 2000-3000. Time to travel to Vancouver from Whistler may be required. $55/hr. Best practice is to be responsible and not damage the property.
Noise Restrictions No noise policy in effect in this complex after 11pm. .This is a family complex, please respect other guests staying in the complex. Noise complaints will result in an Automatic $ 200 deduction off your damage deposit as we are charged by strata if there is a noise complaint.
Parking & Ticketing Use any underground non reserved stall or stall 22.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for unlimited rental or owner use. I use the property often and I'm from a construction background further being able to keep it well maintained.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage There is plenty of closet space for Ski and Snowboard storage.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise or violence could result in eviction.
Bike Storage The master key can be used for the bike compound in the underground parkade. Bike washing facility available for bike cleaning. Bring your own 10 foot hose.

When do I get my damage deposit back? Your damage deposit is sent back via mail and cheque within 2 weeks of your departure.


How much noise can I expect. Occasional noise can be heard from the upstairs clients. People are for the most part respectful. In the mornings people trucking around the complex with ski boots can on can be heard. All noise can be masked out by a bathroom fan. There is no night club music. The energy of Whistler and Traffic can be heard 3/10 beginning at 730am. (3 being the least amount of sound)

We did love staying here, perfect location and accomodations, the kitchen was super nice! We loved the high temperatures outside but inside was uncomfortably warm and stuffy as the one a/c unit in the the 2nd bedroom window did not reach any other room and the few windows don't have a screen so are not safe to open:( we will definitely stay again if a/c is added or at least ceiling fans!

This is a fantastic place if you're looking to get away with your family or friends. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiries. The place was tastefully decorated. It was very comfortable and it felt like home. The place was very spacious but yet had a cozy feel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated floors in the ensuite bathroom. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus when travelling with small children.

The kitchen was well stocked. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub after a day of mountain biking. The condo is located near the parkade which made loading and unloading really convenient. FREE underground, secure parking!! Condo appears to be well insulated as there were no issues with any surrounding noise .

Fantastic location, close to all amenities. Would highly recommend this gem to others. Thanks for a great experience!

Great spot. Stayed with my daughters, 9 and 12, and my dog. Really almost too nice for them. The condo was so beautiful and well appointed and I was constantly nervous about them. Hard to believe it's pet friendly. That being said it there was plenty of room and everything needed for a family that wanted to cook, do laundry, and relax "at home". We ate every meal in and wanted for nothing.

Everything very accurate as far as location. Right across the street from groceries, beer, drug store, etc. and only a couple of minutes walk to the village. Hopped right on the bus for the gondolas and were there in just a couple minutes. Very nice for a little one trying to manage all her ski gear. Communication and all instructions were great. We would definitely stay again.

Great place & location. Walk to MarketPlace for groceries, hot foods, BC liquors, main village restaurant and shops. Bus-stop to gondola and lifts is just across the street. Access to wifi, pool, hot tub..etc. Kevin is extremely responsive via mail. One area to improve on is lighting. The kitchen and living area could use more lighting to brighten up the place at night. But all-and-all great place for families.

We stayed at this apartment during January 2015 for 4 weeks and it was brilliant start to finish. The apartment is perfectly located, with every necessity available at the shops across the road including a free shuttle stop taking you directly to the ski lifts. The owner was very helpful prior to and after our stay and was a pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend this place enough - we will be returning without a doubt!!

'The' BEST condo/home-away from home!!! WE all loved every minute of our vacation and our little 5 year old daughter was delighted with the snow, the hot tub and swimming pool...not to mention the cozy bed. Everything was better than was stated, so Kevin K is very modest in his description because we felt that the place was great all around, clean, everything we needed was available, easy stroll to Whistler ski slopes and village fun. We skated, tried snow boarding for the first time, ate out a few times, shopped for almost new, second hand snow gear at 'Re-use-it-Centre' (great place!), went tubbing a couple of times, enjoyed all the beautiful lights if Whistler and Black comb...and did oodles more. This condo is amazing! You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. My friends spent more time taking pictures of it than they did relaxing! Some of us came for the snow, some of us came for the village, and no one was disappointed with where we chose to stay. You are literally right next to a free bus stop right to the gondola, however you can walk to ANY restaurant or bar within 10 minutes in the entire village. Liquor store and groceries couldnt be closer, as you can basically see them from your patio. I am already considering another trip very soon to whistler and will pray I get this condo. Our friends saw our pictures and are already considering booking ASAP.

Two words.......HEATED....FLOORS! They were a godsend. The nice washer and dryer was perfect when I came off the slopes and wanted to throw my wet clothes in so they would be dry for the next day. The beds were more than comfy and we experienced no noise from neighbors. The heated pool and hot tub is only about a 30 second walk and Kevin's condo is located closer to it than almost all other units.

Only disappointing part of this condo......NOTHING! Except having to leave and go home to my mediocre condo.

If you only read the first line of a review...all I can say is you will not be disappointed, this Townhouse is fabulous! Now, for those of you who read on... We recently travelled to Whistler to spend a quality time (3 days) with our dog who is nearing his final days. From our first contact with Kevin through to the moment we locked the front door on the day of departure we knew we had chosen the right rental. We have rented from owners in many countries, our experiences are generally positive, but we have also had some very bad rentals. Kevin's Townhouse is honestly a cut above the rest. The effort that has been gone to make the property "homey" was inspiring. From attractive Westcoast decor, to a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms with not one or two fluffy towels, bit a whole cupboard full....WOW, not a typical vacation rental approach! All the basics were there and then some. From shampoo and soap (body, laundry and dish) to Kleenex in every room, Kevin has gone to a lot of effort to make sure his guests are at home. The beds are very comfy, the bedding cozy, crisp and clean as was the entire property. The incidentals in the cupboards were perfect and are something many rentals just don't have, thank you. Let's talk location....for us it was ideal. Walk out the north? door, cross the not very busy road, walk through the grocery store parking lot and you're in the village and surrounded by world class restaurants, pubs and casual dining options as well as all the puttering you could want. Lastly, the entire experience went a long ways towards bringing peace to us during a very painful time. We were honest with Kevin as to the reason we were coming to whistler and that we would be accompanied by a sick four legged friend. He didn't hesitate to welcome us, no extra conditions, no concern about where Dante might lay, or hair that might fall out...his unconditional welcome meant so much to my husband and I. Our sincere Thanks Kevin for your kindness. So, pet owners, here you find a place where your beloved friend is not just tolerated, but welcome. We will be back after ski season Kevin...keep those bathroom floors warm!

Cozy and close to the village

We stayed for a week and found that this place was an ideal location. Just outside of the village- but an easy walking distance for even a 1 year old to do. My only suggestions would be that the jet tub have the nozzles fixed. Add at least one mixing bowl that can fit a salad in it. Also a few extra coffee mugs. Little things that are easy to fix. We very much enjoyed our stay and next visit we will see if this place is available.

We loved our stay, appreciated the clean, well-appointed unit with convenient front and back-door access, including the perfect back porch for a morning coffee. Perfect for a family, and even familiy pups. And fancy in-unit washer and dryer is a nice bonus. Clearly there is pride of ownership here. Only challenge: Kitchen and living room lighting, while lovely, were a bit dim for middle-aged eyes.

Best Place in Whistler

Our family went for a week to compete in Ironman and were pleasantly surprised with the how beautiful Kevin's condo is and how well it is situated in the village. The condo is clean, very well maintained and extremely well stocked with all of the comforts of home. The location could not have been more perfect and central to everything in Whistler. The location of Kevin’s flat at Glacier’s Reach was absolutely ideal! Market Place was literally across the way, from there you could walk towards the Village, where you have a variety of shops and restaurants. Having access to the Pool and Hot Tub was a great feature as well, whether it be summer or winter. The flat itself was clean and well organized, perfect for 2 couples. Kevin had a detailed list which made it easy for guests to get comfortable and unwind. The neighbors were quite nice, and the complex was extremely dog friendly ? Thank you again Kevin, you were exceptionally helpful, informative and professional with any queries we had with the flat.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful condo in the heart of Whistler Village.The location is perfect, minutes away from shops and entertainment. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The condo was very clean and modern with beautiful art work throughout. I loved the open concept kitchen,which was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The heated floors in the bathrooms and wall mounted blow dryer were another great feature.I will absolutely refer this condo to my friends and I plan to return again soon.

Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Kaban regarding his town home at Glacier Reach. This was to be for an extended stay for winter season of 2012/2013. Unfortunately on this occasion it did not work for us to move forward with the booking. However, in every dealing we had with Kevin he was professional, honest, informative and more then reasonable with his pricing for this stylish and modern town home. What initially attracted us to his town home was the presentation and furnishing and finish, it was far superior to all others that we had looked at. We are sad to have missed the opportunity to stay on this occasion but would highly recommend his condo and will be referring this on to other travelling friends.

Perfect Location, Stylish Rental!

What a great location! The IGA supermarket and BC Liquor stores are less than a 2 minute walk away, with another supermarket located in the village square just another 5 minutes more. The hot tub is directly outside the rental, and although it is a shared facility I rarely saw anyone else using it. In the mornings the lifts are less than 10 minutes walk away through the attractive village trail or a 1 minute bus ride. The bus stop is just across the road and is free if you get on the right one (Number 4). The rental is extremely clean, up to date and stylish so It was never a chore having a night in. All in all I would recommend this rental to anyone and would be using it again on a return to whistler.

Great location! close enough to the hustle and bustle of the nightclubs, restaurants and bars, but far enough away to escape the noise so you can get a goodnight sleep. The place has a cozy warm atmosphere that is also very up to date and modern. Loved the open concept kitchen. Made it easy to entertain. Me and my girlfriends ended up having a blast just staying in one night. We enjoyed a few drinks in the hot tub, and then made dinner in.

The location is ideal, everything super close. The pool, hot tub and sauna on the premises are also very welcoming after a day of activities! It was so nice to go on a vacation where you park your car upon arrival and don't step foot back into it until your departure - we walked and biked everywhere. I had a great time staying here it was very clean and i was surprised how much room the place actually had for our large group that was staying over the weekend. Its a modern updated condo. The person who owns put alot of time and effort to make the place look so amazing. You only have to walk 2 min away to get to a major store for food and stuff u may need. I will be back again this winter to learn to ski i would recommend this condo to anyone. Lee

This rental was breathtaking and very spacious. A five star place and centrally located in whistler. You can sleep in a bed with room for six to sleep, right in heart of village. We used the hot tub and pool outside. Liked that it offered free parking, and discount brochures in rental for whistler attractions. I would definately recommend this over staying in a hotel as it was very close to all ammenities, and very sheek "W" hotel style accomodations. Thanks again we had a romantic time.
