Welcome to our beautiful Gleneagles home. Located on the Chateau Whistler Golf course our home features spectacular views of Rainbow, Sproat and Whistler Mountains. Recently renovated with heated slate floors, handscraped hardwood flooring, stainess appliances and more. Our Cozy wood burning fireplace will be an added comfort after a long day of skiing. Our home sleeps 6 persons and is a short 2 minute walk to the free village shuttle bus that will wisk you directly to the Blackcomb Mountain Gondola base or the Whistler Village Gondola base. Don't miss out on our lovely home. Your vacation will be spectacular we are sure of it!

Not ski in/ski out you say! Before you move on consider a few things. It takes a mere 5 minutes to reach the Blackcomb base gondola on the free village shuttle. Many properties in Whistler have a longer walk than that to endure. Peaceful setting and perfect for families. Lost lake and the cross country trails are right beside the condo. The village is only 5 minutes from the condo "FREE PARKING"  A disappearing luxury in Whistler that is for sure!

The free village shuttle bus stops right at the driveway for the condo and literally takes 2 minutes to walk to from the condo front door. In 5 minutes you will be at the Blackcomb Mountain Gondola base. It really is convenient to take the shuttle.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please remove all outdoor footwear before going up into the condo. Absolutely no ski boots up the stairs at any time as they will leave permanent marks in the wood floor.
Bike Storage Common secure bike storage room in underground garage. We do not recommend this room to store expensive mountain bikes. Bikes under no circumstances are allowed in the condo. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Please respect quiet time in this complex
Forgotten Items by Guest If you have forgotten an item we will gladly post it back to you at your expense.
Garbage Removal Please do not store garbage on deck or outside condo as this will attract wildlife. Please dispose of it in designated garbage rooms in underground garage
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed internet. Internet outages due to weather or supplier are not the responsibility of owner
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not lock automatically. Please ensure you have locked the door when you leave
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency numbers provided in literature in condo.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. We were so happy to be able to stay here again and will be the first place we try again. There was tons of room for all of us - clean comfortable-perfect for the 6 of us (couple plus our young adult children).

Just a minor thing (meant to leave you a note) - not sure if you know that the dryer's timer doesn't appear to be working properly and it doesn't get to right temp (stays lukewarm). Also hair dryer in master bath - unexpected extra (thank you!) unfortunately just blows air -again no heat. This was just a minor thing and didn't take away from our enjoyment.

We had an amazing weekend and THANK YOU for allowing us to stay. We'll be back - and highly recommend to anyone. Just a short walk to the village and easy to get around! Thanks again

We had a great time staying at this location! The extra towels under the sinks really helped, great idea! The garage was confusing to open, extra instructions on that would be good. The only problem we had was that the bathroom in the master bedroom had a heater that was constantly on, and we did not know how to turn it off. However it was not a big deal for us so we did not contact Kim because of it.

Overall the stay was fantastic, the place is beautiful and very well priced! Thank you so much!

It was a great apartment with fantastic space, ideal for a family of five. Unfortunately the heating was unbearable and we could not get the apartment cool enough. We slept badly and could hardly breathe at night. What a shame, it was a beautiful house! Also couldn't use the TV room as we couldn't get TV to work and there wasn't a DVD library as we would have expected (our Dvds are for the UK only).

Whistler did not disappoint, had sunshine blue bird days and huge snowfall allowing excuse to have non-ski day! Condo was nice and clean, spacious. Basic decor, no pictures on walls, would be nice to add a splash of colour, very beige. Two double/king rooms very comfortable, third more suitable for children with bunks than another couple when staying for six days! No fire log provided as stated, kitchen very basically stocked, such as no cheese grater. No games, cards, Dvds etc! Poor lighting options, ie overhead but high ceilings so challenging when reading. Surface cleaning eg dusty under sofas. Ceiling speakers a nice touch! View from living room lovely! Window seat big and cozy spot! Bottom line, big and spacious but no real added bonus/features except that in Whistler and had fabulous skiing!

Beautiful condo in close proximity to village and many fun activities. Weather was perfect this weekend. Just a short walk to Lost Lake and a swim really hit the spot. Condo itself is super comfortable and had more than enough room for 5 adults and a toddler. Take note of the parking info in the arrival document. Towing is in effect in the front lot! Get your car in the garage as quickly as possible. We narrowly avoided a tow situation that really seemed unnecessary. While this was annoying is should not reflect on the condo itself. I just mention it as a friendly reminder/warning. Great weekend! Great friends. Great condo in a beautiful setting. Thanks!

Great location close to Lost Lake Park

We were looking for a location outside the Village for our stay this year with good access to trails for biking and walking. This unit was a perfect location fronting right on the trail that leads to Lost Lake Park. A 5 minute walk or ride and we were in the park. The unit is very comfortable with plenty of space for our group of 5. By far the best feature was the small den on the main level. The television is located in this room just off the main living/dining area but kept the TV noise manageable for the adults while our daughter could relax and watch a movie. Also in this room a great queen size window seat area where she basically spent all of her time in the unit. A very cozy place to snuggle up. The unit was well furnished and very clean when we arrived with nice appliances. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs worked well for our group. The only issue we had was there is no ladder provided for the bunk beds (if it was there we could not find it) and this seems a bit unsafe. We had a minor issue figuring out the heat and the management company came right over to make sure we figured it out. All in all a great stay in this unit. The 2 minute drive to the village was no issue for us and we were happy to be located close to the park. For skiing the shuttle comes right to the driveway or you could cross country ski right into the park.

Spacious home but lacks a few essential items

This home was very spacious for our needs - 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout is good with 3 bedrooms up and a large open dining room and adjacent tv room on the main floor. A bbq on the deck was nice as well. The location is good, only a few minutes walk from the village. We have only a few complaints: - the bedroom for the kids includes a bunk bed. The bunk bed had no ladder and no visible means for a young boy to climb up safely to the top bunk. He was pretty upset. - during the daytime the condo was quite hot (we stayed during the summer) with no air conditioning or fans to cool the upper floor. Air circulation was poor so we had no way to deal with this. - there were dead flies on all window sills, a little un-sightly imo For other families or during the winter time I suppose these may be minor issues but it put a damper on our stay.

Excellent accomodations! Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants etc., right on the bike and walking paths but far enough away from the action to be peaceful and quiet.

Caution - slippery floors ahead!!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by roofers who were going to be present our entire stay from 8am-8pm - no warnings when booking this place, and our management contact claimed ignorance of this minor detail, despite notices posted everywhere at the complex. While we were very impressed by the beautiful surroundings in this home (the attractive website pictures do actually match what you get), it quickly became apparent the wood floors and stairs were going to be a major hazard. Not comfortable and too cold to be walking in bare feet, we wore socks (weren't warned to bring slippers with sticky soles), and the main floor became a skating rink at every turn. We were especially baffled by the slippery bare stairs which slope downwards and needed a carpet runner badly. Our first night there I slipped on the top step and fell down the entire 16 wooden stairs. The lumps and multiple bruises I acquired made it a great start to our vacation.
