MAIN FLOOR:- The entry area then into a large Living room with wood fireplace and through to a small room then onto verandah with hot tub down external stairs to yard and ski trail back inside and  into the Dining room with windows overlooking uninterrupted views dining rom table seats 8 through into the fully equipped Kitchen through door which leads back into the entry which has a door leading into a full Bathroom and another door leading into Bedroom #.3 then back into the entry and up the stairs to the top floor.

TOP FLOOR:- Double doors lead into large Master Bedroom with walk-in-robe and a small balcony then into Bathroom with 2 person Jacuzzi and views, views, views, back out of the Master Bedroom to Bedroom # 2 then past Laundry Facilities then on to another bathroom.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable within 45 days of arrival date. If cancellation more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a 10%cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property,or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise excessive noise is prohibited.
Housekeeping Guests are expected to clean the kitchen including loading and starting the dishwasher.The cleaning services we provide for our guests is as follows. We will supply enough towels linens and supplies to last the duration of your stay. *IF YOU STAY 8 NIGHTS cleaning would consists of a general clean, changing of all bed linens,general clean of bathroom sinks, tubs, counters, toilets and mirrors. Replace all used bathroom linens with fresh ones Replenish all Kitchen and laundry supplies, tidy the living area, Tidy the Living area and vaccuum if needed.Remove all garbage from wastebaskets and put in new liners.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury while in our home,while in transit or while on the property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10.
Noise Restrictions quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Parking & Ticketing 2 car spaces provided for main house and 1 car space for suite resident.
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damages incurred while the guest is staying in the property,even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short or long term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Eviction for excessive noise,property damage and disturbing the peace. Rent will be forefitted

Dave and I hope you have a wonderful stay at Silver Star Resort and hopefully staying in our beautiful Chalet and remember there is alot more to do in Silver Star then just Skiing or Snowboarding why not plan a visit to Tube Town or go Ice Skating......Youngsters could visit the Mini Sleds area (suitable for ages 7-12) or there is always our favourite a horse drawn sleigh ride or Dinner Tour where you can be picked up in a 12 passenger snow-cat and taken to an enchanting cabin setting and feasting on delicious offerings of sumptuous food and wine and return transportation to the villiage is by Horse drawn sleigh.There is also Nature Tours that are specially designed for you and depending on the season ofcourse there are Bears and Berries Tours, Ghosts of Silver Star Tours, Mountain Wildlife Tours, Mushroom Safaris and Snowshoe Tours. If Skiing or Snowboarding is your main interest maybe you could learn to do professional Big Air Jumps in the new aerial training site (that's if your game) and there is Dual Moguls Race Course site of the 2004 Jr National Freestyle Championships the course offers thrill seekers 902ft of excitment complete with wireless timing this FIS certified course ensures fast paced activities for those who accept the challenge There is also 16 acres of terrain park (with amazing boxes,rails and spines).Why not have a go at Cross-Country skiing and there is also a Rock-climbing wall and a wonderful Spa. A comfortable home close to everything you need for a great time

All communication with the owners of this beautiful home was prompt and personnel The home was well suited to our 3 generation reunion that included 6 adults and 5 children. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The house itself was roomy enough to provide everyone with the space they needed. All ski trails and the village are easily accessible along with the carpet for beginner skiers and the tube park. A great snow shoe trail is only a few meters from the back door! I can see that this would also be a great spot for summer bike riding adventures. All in all everyone agreed that this was a great way to get our family together and that we'd do it again in this same house!!

We had a fantastic time at alpenglow, the house is ideally located (just a hop, skip and jump from the wee village), and is so very cute - just like the pictures. Debbie was a dream to deal with, if I had a question she would answer it immediately, and wouldn't hesitate to call...even though she's all the way in australia. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day skiing. The living area is also perfect for families, with three couches, a big dining room, and open kitchen. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at alpenglow. Owners are great to deal with and very helpful. Again we love the position of the house being close to everything and having amazing views. We are planning to come back again next year for my husbands 40th!!

We are a family of 5 and went with another family of 4. We rented out the main house and the suite. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to everyone. What amazing views, just breathtaking. The house was very clean and warm and close to everything. The ski way at the bottom of the property was a real bonus. Thankyou so much for the wonderful stay, we will be back!!!

My friends and I had an awesome stay at this cabin! though our only complaint was that the is tiny, for a cabin that fits 10 people. We only had 8 people there and we couldn't have more then 3 people in the hot tub at once without it over flowing. Also the bath tub in the en suite you could fill it up even half way without the hot water running out. There was also no laundry detergent there. But all in all it was a good trip everything else was great and we all had an amazing time! Ps: ski in Ski out is really ment for skiers here its two flat for a snowboarder to put on you board and go you have to push yourself with one foot most of the what till you get going. which isnt far anyways.

Our home can also accomodate an additional 4 people in the suite below which has a locked connecting door which can be unlocked for a large booking We have checked with our hot tub maintenance company and they have assured us that most hot tubs at Silver Star are the same size as our hot tub We have installed a new larger hot water system to the main house and the suite. We have asked our cleaning staff to ensure there is laundry detergent supplied with each new guests

House was in a great location.We loved the master bedroom but could not go out on the deck because snow was not shoveled. Hot tub was really too small for a group of 10. Hot water ran out very quickly when only afew showered. We weren't sure what to do with our garbage on the 2 nd or 3 rd day. I t would be nice to have a garbage pickup half way through the stay. But all in all we had aton of fun. It was a great way to spend New Years. Thankyou!!

We have taken on board the problem of the snow not being shoveled on the bedroom deck and have addressed this with weekly checks. We have also installed a larger new hot water system. Our cleaners collect garbage regularly now when left out.
