Northstar at Stony Creek is renowned for its convenient, quiet location just across the road from all the amenities at the Marketplace in Whistler Village North. Northstar is also very close to the amazing Valley Trail System. Walk, run, or bike starting from your front door. Our unit's fireplace and the large year-round heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub offer a relaxing end to an active day. Use the provided concierge services to easily arrange all your activities.

Unit 113 is a particularly nice example of a 2-bedroom Northstar townhome. Its two story layout separates the main sleeping areas from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This offers guests the flexibility of enjoying the common areas downstairs without disturbing others sleeping upstairs on the unit's cozy, premium bedding.

 Property Description

Walk through the front door into a spacious entryway with ski and outerwear storage and bathroom with shower. This opens onto the living room, which has a warm seating area around the gas fireplace and a 37 inch plasma TV. The large, fully-equipped kitchen and connected laundry room joins to the dining area via a large pass through.  Access to the spacious, private deck is provided by the large slider.  Light fills the first floor through expansive windows facing both Whistler and Blackcomb peaks.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: the master with queen bed & tv, and the second bedroom which has a tri-bunk with double bed below and twin/single above.  The master bedroom also has an ensuite bath with jetted tub.

Our townhouse is right across the street from the Marketplace IGA grocery store, liquor store, Rexall pharmacy, McDonalds restaurant, kitchen store, candy shop, and 3 coffee houses!

We are within walking distance of the ski lifts.  For those who don't want to walk, the FREE shuttle to Whistler and Blackcomb lifts and villages is across the street from our unit.

Restaurants are also a few steps away.  No need to get in your car during your stay.

Policy Description
Arrival Days A check-in info. letter and map will be emailed 5 days or more prior to arrival. FRONT DESK REQUIRES VISA OR MC OF REGISTERED BOOKER FOR $500.00 PREAUTHORIZATION FOR DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Check-in info letter contains townhouse info as well as emergency contact info; the map is a directional map to the townhouse. It is the guests' responsibility to have this info/map with them when they arrive
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 45 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 44 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your cancelled arrival where applicable
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delayed Arrivals Not responsible for arrival delays.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information A check-in info letter will be emailed with map 5 or more days prior to the arrival date.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Online booking & reservation confirmation constitutes our contract. By accepting the booking confirmation and paying, you agree to follow all owner policies.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes May be changed in compliance with cancellation policy. Lengthening reservation possible if availability permits. Shortening reservations: The deposit calculated on original amount is non-refundable; if balance already paid your balance is similarily non-refundable. If balance is not paid, it will be re-adjusted reflecting your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Bike storage in secure garage. Guest responsible for locking bike within locked bike storage area.
Check-In Time 4 p.m. local time. At Whistler Reception Services in Deer Lodge. www.whistlerreceptionservices.com for front desk hours
Check-Out Time 10 a.m. local time. You will be charged $50 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the townhouse. The suite must be left in reasonable condition after your stay, with any dirty dishes put in dishwasher and started, as well as garbage taken down to the Garbage Room by guests before departure.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests assume all expenses for excessive cleaning costs. This cost will be charged to the credit card that the guest provides upon check-in
Excessive Noise Subject to eviction. Guests and any visitors they have visiting the property must adhere to Whistler noise ordinance 1660,2004. Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Forgotten Items by Guest Reasonable effort will be made to locate items. Items will be mailed to the guest, who will pay any postage or shipping fees.
Garbage Removal Garbage room in garage. Please remove smelly garbage from unit daily. Remove all garbage before 10 a.m. on checkout day.
Housekeeping Housekeeping cost included in rental rates; unit is clean on arrival. Cleaning service has a minimum $150 charge for any additional cleaning dates requested by guests during their stay. These must be scheduled through Whistler Reception Services and will be added to guests bill at checkout
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless internet included in rental. Access code will be provided prior to check-in.
Liability Owners not liable. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Door automatically locks when exiting. Key code needed to access unit. Code will be given at check-in.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Storage of ski and snowboard equipment in the unit. There is an area next to the front door to store skis, snowboards, and boots. Guests should use reasonable care in storing their equipment to not damage the walls of the unit, the storage pegs, or the bench.
