Our condo is located in the back of the Sunpath property, away from the noise of the Whistler nightlife. The entrance is tiled and has a storage cupboard for your ski and snowboard clothes. You then go up a set of stairs to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It is comfortably designed, with access to the first of three private balconies. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double and single bunkbed and the second private balcony. This room also has a television and DVD player. The next bedroom has a queen bed and television. The master bedroom has a full, ensuite bathroom, a king size bed, and a television. Off of the master bedroom is the private hot tub.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and snacks. The crock pot offers you the option of returning home from a day of skiing to find dinner ready!
Our condo offers an open living area with access to the main balcony and a view of the wooded area beyond.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Will result in eviction.|
|Garbage Removal||Please do not leave garbage in our condo when you check out. An additional charge may be placed on your credit card if our cleaner has to remove and dispose of your garbage. The garbage room is located in the parking level of the building and the door can be opened with the Common Area key.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. If cleaning is required during your stay, this can be arranged at the expense of the guest|
|Liability||Guest is liable. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.|
|Locking Door||All windows and doors of our condo are to be locked when it is unoccupied.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||Please contact Whistler Reception Services. Available 24 hours/day for emergencies.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||9. Excess occupation will result in eviction from the property.|
|Missing Items||Missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card.|
|Property Damage||Guests assume financial responsibility for property damage incurred by themselves or their guests. Guests authorize up to $1000.00 charge on their credit card, after departure, in the event of damage. Damage includes, but is not limited to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken, or missing common or private property items and smoking inside the property.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||Zoned for nightly and monthly rentals.|
|Terms of Eviction||Noise, damage, smoking, complaints and over-occupancy will result in eviction. No refunds will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.|

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was very spacious, and plenty of room for everyone to sleep and move around comfortably (if not extra room). We got plenty of use out of our ensuite jacuzzi and didn't even require going down to the common area. The place was equipped with hair dryers and plenty of extra blankets/pillows and towels. The fireplace was perfect after a day in the cold, nice and close to everything & free shuttle bus stop right across the street.
We would definitely book this place again! Thank you!

BBQ sucks and maitenance never responded

Overall the condo is good, however, there were some disappointments. The BBQ is only a camp sized bbq. A condo that sleeps 6 should have a bbq that can cook enough food to feed 6. Also no propane was provided and we had to go to the store and buy some. This should be included. There was a loud noise we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We stopped by the reception and they said they would send someone right over, 1/2 a day later received a phone call saying that they spoke to the owners. Who said there weren't any children's toys that would be making that noise. They said they would send someone over to see if they could figure out what the noise was and nobody ever came by. Fortunately we were able to figure out that it was the smoke detector on low batteries. We took the batteries out and left a note upon departure.View Full Review
Comfortable family home in good location

We had a lovely stay in this quiet condo. The location is good - less than a ten minute walk to skiers plaza. We didn't experience any noise from the neighbours or the nearby road. Our party consisted of four adults and two children (aged 5 and 2) - the living space was not enormous but was standard and what we expected. The master bedroom is lovely and spacious, the other two bedrooms, while not huge, are clean and tidy and perfectly adequate - we used our travel cot in one. The private hot tub is fabulous and we made good use of it. We didn't use the shared amenities much - the pool although 'heated' was quite warm enough for us. The hot tub was very nice but didn't offer the same ease as the private one! The kitchen was well equipped and the baby equipment was clean and in good condition. There are plenty of towels in the condo (both in the bathrooms and for the tub). We stayed in april and had no trouble with parking - there is one nominated space for the condo but the non-reserved spaces were plentiful. The owners were very helpful and communicative and went to great lengths to resolve a query we had during our vacation. It was not a problem for us, but don't stay here if you can't climb stairs (you probably wouldn't be in a ski resort anyway!). We would certainly consider staying here again.

We found this condo extremely well suited to our family. The kitchen had great amenities and was very modern. The condo have 4 tvs .. this is one of the reasons we picked this condo. We found the condo very homey and had a good feeling staying in it. The location was perfect for us. The parking spot in the underground garage was very close to the door to the condo so was a help in carrying our suitcases up. The convenience of being able to park a second vehicle was a bonus.

I traveled with my family, we arrive late at night, and they received us with all attention to delivery me the keys. The home is very clean, kitchen well equipped, big TV, Xbox,Cable Tv in all rooms, excellent internet, but a lot of steps for us with Stroller. Location its great! The best for us was the attention that Beth gave to us, she got everything we need! 100%

Owner was very helpful when we noted our arrival was likely to be after closure of the check in desk (it was still open). Great hot-tub for relaxing after a day on the bumps!

Service was excellent from Beth, from Whistler Reception Services as well. Good price and perfect location right across Northlands Blvd from 7/11. We had two families of 4 staying here and it was great - lots of room for the kids to play in various rooms (living room, master, 2nd bedroom) the location is nice to be so close to the village groceries and shops. and coffee. Master bedroom is spacious, has ensuite and a hot tub on the deck. Main area has large table for 8 adults. kitchen is nice and clean. There is a crockpot here!!! imagine a hassle-free slowcooker meal after skiing all day... The grounds seemed strangely quiet, I feel like less than half of the suites were occupied. Which was nice both because it was quiet and because we didn't need to worry if the kids were noisy. Drawbacks would be: the large set of stairs to walk up to enter suite (after opening door). entrance area at bottom of stairs is very small and with our 4 small kids and 4 adults was a challenge no main floor bathroom

Nice condo. Only minutes to the village. Parking spot right beneath the unit. Nice storage area at the entry for skis/poles/boots. Small not tub off master BR and communal pool and hot tub close the to the unit. Fits 6-7 people comfortably. The only complaint would be the 2nd room with queen sized bed is super tight to maneuver in. Should probably have a double instead of queen. Great for family or a close group of friends.

Check-in was smooth and as soon as we had moved in our luggage everyone was soon feeling very comfortable. Highlights Very clean and warm. Kitchen was fully equipped for a wholly self-catering holiday. Really convenient for Whistler Village. Easy check-in. Niggles. Only two partially used rolls of toilet paper provided. It took until 3pm the next day to get more from the reception despite multiple phone calls. Annoying when one has spend over $1000 in rental. Watch out for the bed slats falling out. Insulation tape is not the solution to this problem.
Thanks for your review. I'm terribly sorry the toilet paper was so sparse. We have been working with our cleaning company on this issue. Since your review, the bed in the Master bedroom has been replaced. Falling slats are no longer an issue.

This was a wonderful place to stay...just a short walk to everything. The kids had a blast ending the day in the pool and hot tub and the private hot tub was a great way for the adults to relax.

Pros: Good location. Cons: King bed in master bedroom is broken and leans to one side. Bunk bed had loose supports that fell while children were asleep. The hot tub was not cleaned and all of us who used it got a rash the next day. There were only two wine glasses in the unit. The patio was extremely dirty and we had to sweep it upon arrival. The Vcrs do not work. The washing machine is tiny for a 3 bedroom unit.

Should you stay with us again, please contact Whistler Reception (where you checked in) if you encounter any issues such as an unclean hot tub. Our maintenance company should be visiting weekly to maintain the hot tub and the situation can be promptly fixed. The bed in the master bedroom has since been replaced and additional glasses have been added. The DVD player in the family room is wonderful for watching movies and the VCR has been removed.
