Our townhome has unrestricted panoramic views of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains from two decks. It is a short walk to the village and lifts and one block to the Olympic medal ceremonies venue.  Located across the street from Marketplace Shopping Centre and the free shuttle bus, Glacier's Reach is the ideal setting.

The suite has in-house laundry, gas fireplace, high speed internet, a new flat screen tv and a jetted tub.  FREE secure underground parking, bike and ski storage and local phone calls are included.

Glacier's Reach complex offers a year round heated pool and hot tub. The Valley Trail is just outside the door, perfect for a long walk or cross country ski through the forest to Lost Lake.  Property Description

Our townhome has a private ground floor entrance with ski storage. Up the stairs is the cozy living room area with a deck and mountain views. The couch pulls out into a double bed. The kitchen and dining area are on the same level. A few stairs up is the bathroom with a jacuzzi soaker tub and shower. The master bedroom is on the upper level with it's own large deck and incredible views. There is a comfortable queen sized bed and the room is totally private from the rest of the unit. The washer/dryer is also located on the upper floor.

Our townhome has recently been updated.  It is very clean and has two separate private decks, both with views of the mountains and southern exposure.

The development has a secure underground parkade. Our townhome has a jacuzzi bathtub, washer/dryer, and a free parking stall in the parkade. The unit has high speed internet, flat screen tv, dvd player, a hairdryer and air conditioning in the bedroom.

Glacier's Reach is located within walking distance to all of Whistler's most popular restaurants, the gondolas, shops and boutiques, the Sunday Farmer's market in the summer, the theatres, liquor stores, grocery stores, salons, etc. In other words, once you park your car, there is no need to use it again until you leave.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a guest stay contract.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Property Sale
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be charged to the guest.
Excessive Noise 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service.
Garbage Removal Garbage containers are located in the parking garage. Do not leave garbage outside the unit...garbage attracts BEARS and we will be fined by the municipality.
Housekeeping Includes clean upon arrival; cleaned after departure.
Internet Availability & Usage High speed internet provided.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.

On a Personal Note

Our favourite season in Whistler and why. It is difficult to choose but Spring and Summer have become favourites in our family for hiking, kayaking, canoeing and mountain biking. The village has several sidewalk cafes, street entertainers and the Farmer"s Markets are always fun on the weekends.

The Drive to Whistler

Best things to see on the way to Whistler The scenery is awesome so try and make the trip during daylight. There are a several Provincial Parks to picnic and swim; the BC Museum of mining at Brittania Beach; the bald eagles at Brackendale; Shannon Falls
My safety tips for drivers new to Hwy 99 Realize that you may experience rain, ice, snow and definitely curves. Do NOT plan to drive at night if you have never driven the highway before. The trip from the ferries at Horseshoe Bay to Squamish is 45 minutes and from Squamish to the village of Whistler takes from 45 minutes to an hour. Be careful!
What I like about the drive I"ve driven the Sea-to-Sky Highway hundreds of times but never tire of the gorgeous scenery. You may see wildlife, black bears, eagles, deer and coyotes.

North Arm farm is about 4 minutes further and if it is open drop in for produce, pies, berries and preserves and visit the farm animals from Spring to Fall months
