Welcome to our luxury 2 bedroom condo!
Enjoy your vacation in this BRAND NEW( built in 2010!) unit finished with Italian tiles, top of the line kitchen with granite counter top, HDTV TV in every room, high end furniture and appliances.
This two bedroom, two full bathroom condo sleeps seven. Our unit is located in lover village, right on the ski hill, only metres from the the Village Gondola.Panorama Mountain Village.
This unit has its own private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with double/single bunk bed and a sofabed in the living room.
This condo is extremely quiet due to new construction. It also has air recirculation system that keep your air always fresh.
Also included with this booking full access to all resort amenities, including underground parking, 3 swimming pools (one with with water slides), multiple hot tubs, saunas and tennis courts.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Cancellations 30 day and more will get full refund minus 5% processing fee. If you cancel in less than 30 days (for any reason) and we are able to re-rent, you will receive a rebate equal to the amount we recover less a $50 handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.|

|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Access code is sent via email 48 hours prior arrival.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Quiet time is between 11PM and 7AM.|
|Housekeeping||housekeeping is not performed during guests stay. The unit is cleaned and linen changed only after guests departure.|
|Liability||Owners are not liable for any injuries or other problems sustained by guests.|

Great stay, super location

I stayed at this unit with 3 teenagers, and fun was had by all. We downhill skied, cross country skied and hikes Johnson Canyon, all very fun. The unit was clean and convenient, close to gondola.

As usual we had a great family trip to Panorama this year. What made it more enjoyable than previous years was the condo we rented. It was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds and having a TV with DVD player in their shared bedroom. The condo also included some great films for the kids to enjoy. Booking was easy and convenient with very clear instructions on payment options. The condo also gives you upper pool access which is a must if you have kids. We look forward to returning to Panorama again next year and hope to stay in this same condo.

We love staying at this condo in both the winter and summer. The area is fantastic to explore and Panorama itself is so much fun. The condo is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Panorama. The location is great near the Gondola. The owners make checking in/out super easy and the condo is always in great condition. This was our 4th stay and looking forward to staying again!

This updated condo is perfectly located right by the gondola. a great two bedroom with a pullout couch if needed can comfortably fit 4-6 people. Although there is no washer dryer in the unit there is one available for all horsethief guests if needed. Definitely one of the nicer horsethief condos.

Amenities were comfortable and well thought out for our family's needs. Temperature and air quality of the unit was great. The entire facility was clean, well-kept and quiet. The one down side was the tight entry and stair well. For a family with children there was little room for ski gear. We needed to plan our moves carefully. :-)
Beautiful Condo, Great Location, Great Owners

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. Very spacious with 2 levels. Bunk beds for the kids. 2 large bedrooms. The entire condo was very modern and beautifully decorated. It can get hot upstairs, especially at night. I recommend bringing a small fan to keep cool for sleeping. Deck was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. BBQ is older but it worked very well. The unit is very close to the gondola and main activity centre. No need to spend the extra money to stay in the upper village- this one is better. We have stayed in the upper village in the past and this one is larger with a better layout for families. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again.
