 Property Description

Welcome to our brand new 1100 square foot modern property in the Glacier Lodge. This property is on one level with new wood flooring throughout an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. It receives morning and mid-day sunlight and faces The Fairmont Hotel and Blackcomb Mountain. There are 3 new bedrooms, two with king beds (can be split into singles) and one with a queen bed. Please request this configuration ahead of time when booking. There is also a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. The two bathrooms are newly tiled and fixtured and one is an ensuite.

The Glacier Lodge complex is unique in that it is a "hidden gem", quiet, and in an ideal location. It is a short walk to everything, no shuttles, no buses or taxis. Imagine.... ski in the morning and have lunch in your condo, then go back up the hill for the afternoon or spend the afternoon a few steps away in one of three spas located close by. eg. The Hidden Lodge (located in the complex), or The Fairmont Hotel or Four Seasons Hotel (located just a few steps away).

This renovated property is on the second floor of the Glacier Lodge.  This unit has three bedrooms with 2 king (able to split) and one queen bed plus a pull out sofa in the living room. Our property is located on Chateau Boulevard, next to the Fairmont Hotel, in Whistler's Upper Village. This location is favoured by those who want proximity to all Village attractions, while staying in a quieter neighbourhood. This area has a great selection of boutiques, ski shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our newly renovated property is conveniently located near the Valley Trail and the ski lifts at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests may arrive on any day of the week. There are no arrival day restrictions
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 8% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival date where applicable.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is received. Please remember to bring this with you to Whistler
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a signed guest stay contract.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests may rebook dates if they are still available. Deposit will not be recharged

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your stay, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is nonrefundable. If you have not paid the balance, it will be adjusted to reflect your shortened stay.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage
Excessive Noise This is a family oriented, quiet complex. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling etc. are not
Garbage Removal All guests are to remove garbage on days when the condo is not serviced or where required. P1 level of complex, no key required
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival, cleaning after departure and every 5th day if staying 6 days or more.
Internet Availability & Usage Glacier Lodge guests enjoy free internet access. Details on site. A tech support telephone number is provided. The front desk staff will provide access codes for the network as the code is changed every 2 weeks
Liability The guest making the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands
Locking Door All guests must lock door when leaving the property.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact owner directly. Details and contact numbers will be in your check-in information
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight. Additional occupants will result in eviction
Missing Items Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure.
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighbouring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot ot Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premises by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied against the Owner as a result of noise bylaw infractions by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is acceptable. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing Parking is underground and secured. Please pay on arrival at the front desk. Rate is $12. per day, and less per day for longer stays.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tennants or guests of tennants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Resort information is available in the condo and at the front desk.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage There is a ski valet service at the ski shop, lobby level. Skis and snowboards are prohibited in the elevators and condos.
Terms of Eviction Two complaints will result in eviction by security service. Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace
