WELCOME to our spacious and newly renovated 2 bedroom and loft unit in the Greystone Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain in the world class resort of Whistler, home of the 2010 Winter Olympics. This ski-in & ski-out property is located on Blackcomb Mountain and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, night clubs, tennis, golf, or the Valley Trail. There is also a free shuttle bus to the village.

After a full day on the mountains, or pursuing your favorite activities, enjoy a refreshing swim in the year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, unwind in the indoor or outdoor hot tub, just relax on one of the new leather couches by the fireplace and watch a movie in the comfort of our home.  Why not take a nice long bath in the newly renovated bathroom, appointed with granite counter tops, slated walls and heated slate floors after a long day outdoors?  

Our fully equipped kitchen featuring new granite countertops, new custom designed cupboards and stainless steel appliances provides all the convenience of home for preparing your own meals. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably.  We offer 3 flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure, one in each of the rooms, a complete entertainment system including a DVD machine, CD and an IPOD docking station for those who want to play their own tunes.  Free WIFI anywhere in the condo.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refunable except if booking can be replaced with a 10% administration fee. 45 days or more prior to arrival - deposit refund less 10% admin fee. Less than 45 days prior to arrival-refund only if we are able to replace the booking and to the value of that booking, less a 10% admin fee applies
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, we are unable to hold reservations with full payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Full information package by email. Provided by mail or e-mail once final payment is made.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Eviction for persistent disregard of Noise Bylaw.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival and after departure. A midstay clean is available if stay is more than 7 days. Plenty of extra towels are provided.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or other while they are on our property in in any other location in Whistler. See posted rates.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour availablity. Locally available
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people overnight. Property sleeps a maxium of 8 people. if any additional people are found to be staying in the unit, this may result in eviction.
Property Damage Guest authorizes a credit card charge upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage charges may include, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost ro broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges related to security company or police involement regarding property occupant; behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our property is zoned for both short term and long term rental use .
