This large two bedroom, three bathroom townhome has everything you need to make yourself completely at home, and it's in a fantastic location-quiet but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and more! There are no hotel taxes or parking fees as this is an owner-direct private rental (GST only applies). We accept payment via credit card, money order/bank draft, cheque, direct deposit or wire transfer. We don't request a pre-paid damage deposit as we trust our guests will treat our home as they would their own, but guest are required to complete a damage agreement. Our spacious 970 sq. ft. townhouse is split over two floors (plus entranceway level), with the bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, 23" flat screen tv and full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, while the second bedroom contains firm, very comfortable twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) and an ensuite bathroom with large glassed in shower. There is a double pull-out sofa in the living room. The two bedrooms/ensuites are on the upper floor, while the living room with gas fireplace, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and third bathroom (with shower) are on the main foor.

We offer complimentary cleaning services after your departure. Please make sure you depart by the provided checkout time (usually 11:00 am), so that the cleaning service has time to prepare the unit for the next guest's arrival at 4:00 pm that same day.

The townhouse is situated in the Symphony development, at the edge of Whistler Village North--just a 5 minute walk to the Marketplace Shopping center and a 10 minute walk to the main Village.
Whistler's Marketplace shopping square containing banks, coffee shops, grocery, video, liquor and drug stores and is just across the road. Whistler's main village, with its many fine shops and restaurants, is just a five minute walk beyond.
There are two bus stops less than a block away, where a free shuttle comes by every 5 minutes to take you on a 3 minute ride to the base of both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. This is the perfect location--close enough to walk to everything, but slighty away from the noise of the main Village! Once you arrive, there is no need to drive during your vacation.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All cancellations are subject to a a 4% cancellation fee to cover the credit card processing fee of the deposit and/or full payment if made. A 10% cancellation fee applies if cancelled 30 - 90 days prior to visit. Within 30 days 25% will be retained, and within 5 days, 90% will be retained. If the cancelled dates are rebooked by another party within the 30 days prior period, your payments less 10% will be refunded.|
|Courtesy Hold Reservations||We are happy to put a hold (block) on dates for 24 hours. Please email your request to us. After 24 hours, the hold will be removed and the dates will be available in the online system for general booking at any time.|
|Delayed Arrivals||Refunds will not be issued for delayed arrivals that have nothing to do with the condition or availability of the townhouse.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Package emailed or mailed to you, including townhouse and parking details and access code to the front door keypad. No door key to misplace!|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. |Reservation Changes||We will try our best to accommodate changes to reservation dates, and availability will be assessed on a case-by-case-basis. No fee will be charged to change from one available date to another.|
Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. If you need to check in early, please let us know and we'll try to arrange it. We do need time to have the townhouse cleaned after departure of the previous guests. No early check in is possible if guests are departing the same day you arrive.|
|Check-Out Time||11:00 am. If you need to discuss late checkout, please let us know, however, we need to have the cleaning service in before the next guest arrive.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Keep conversation levels low in the hot tub area out of respect for families and other guests. Noise in this area is not permitted after 11 pm and occupants may be evicted for noise.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary cleaning service immediately at the end of your stay. The service will arrive shortly after your departure time to clean the townhouse, including linens, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. (please clean and put away your dishes)|
|Liability||The owners of Townhouse 25 are not liable for injuries or damage that occurs to persons while staying in the townhouse.|

|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||4. No more than 4 people allowed per night.|
|Property Damage||Guests are required to report damage that occured during their stay and are liable for replacement costs on missing or damaged property. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,. charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking iand pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. By accepting a reservation at Symphony 25, guest authorizes credit card charges up to C$500 upon departure to cover any damaged caused during their stay.|
|Missing Items||A $50 replacement charge will be levied if the high security key to the underground parking/garbage/hot tub area is lost. Guests will be charged replacement costs for other missing items.|
|Policy Updates||Policies will be reviewed every 6 months or less.|
|Terms of Eviction||We reserve the right to evict guests for noise and damage-related reasons. No refund will be given to guests who were evicted for noice or damage reasons.|

For Skiers and Boarders Only
|Best lunch strategies||Go in for lunch earlier around 11:30 am, or late around 1:30 pm to avoid the crowds. Otherwise, you pretty much have to stalk a table where it looks like the users are finishing up their lunch, and as ask if they are done as soon as they stand up to put their jackets and helmets on. It's a dog eat dog world when it comes to seating. Also best to bring your own lunch and use the microwaves near the condiment area, otherwise you risk long line ups and cold food by the time you get back to your table (assuming you were able to get one in the first place--which reminds me, always secure a table before you buy lunch, otherwise you are standing around holding a tray full of even colder food.)|
|How I avoid feeling pain the next day!||I'm not sure if they mean from the skiing or drinking but either way, ibuprophen is your friend.|

|My Weather tips!||The weather is highly changeable at all times of the year, so always bring goggles and a neck tube, and wear layers. Carry a backpack (you can hang it for free inside the lunch lodges and no one touches them), so you can remove a layer if you are too warm.|

|Worst thing about the drive||Some people are in a rush--let them pass by and take your time, particularly when the roads are snowy. Good idea to carry chains for when the snowfall is deep.|
|Best places to go swimming||during the winter, go to the Community Center (the tidal stream and tubes are great fun for kids)|
Our family has been skiing at Whistler/Blackcomb for many years and finally purchased the townhouse in 1999. We live in Vancouver and enjoy coming to the resort in the winter to ski and snowboard, and summer to hike, rollerblade and relax with family and friends.
We have managed rental properties for many years, and prefer to stay in owner direct accommodation when travelling. Our family has rented and exchanged homes with other property owners all over the world, and love exploring new locations.

The townhouse was just so cozy and comfortable and so well equipped . In particular, it more than meet our requirements for an adult family of five. It was so nice to use the hot tub at night and chat to other residents. The beds were comfy, nicely furnished, and had the extra comforts of home. Supermarket, bank & pharmacy & bottle store were all so conveniently situated across the road.

We were extremely happy with this unit. We'd booked something else that didn't meet expectations so already in Whistler we found a place to relocate to for a dozen days. It was not only much larger and nicer than where we started out, but much quieter too (two sleepless nights in the first place from the noise weren't much fun).

i traveled to Whistler with 2 ski buddies from australia and stayed in Sandra Keen's condo, over the years we have stayed in a number of condo's in the same area and always through the same owner direct booking service. Sandra's condo has everything you could possibly ask for, its a clean modern apartment in a well kept complex, supermarket was a few min walk the village was an easy 10 min level walk and the ski shuttle bus was a few min walk. we ate in some nights and also tried many of the great close by eateries, cooking in was easy as the big kitchen had everything you needed, a bonus was WiFi as we all have either laptops or Iphones to keep in touch with home. we will come back to this place again leo zaccone

We had a lovely time at Symphony 25. The rental process was extremely easy and efficient. I received receipts and the check-in package in a timely manner. When we arrived, the instructions were clear on where to park and how to enter the condo. I really liked that all we needed was a code to go in and out of the condo. Having topick up and keep track of keys has always been a pain in the past. The condo was comfortable and clean, and equipped with everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Arrived in the dark and amidst blustery snowfall but house was easy to access, warm and very welcoming. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation finshed to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Good supermarket was only a few minutes walk away as was the shuttle service to access all areas of the village and the slopes. Walk to the village and the slopes was easy and only 10 - 15 minutes. Skiing very good as was the service at equipment hire, lift passes etc. Lots of good restaurants. Reccomend the Premier Pacific coach service to Vancouver, exceptionally friendly driver and much cheaper than PCL. Overall: Lovely accommodation, Sandra was helpful before during and after booking. Excellent location. Very good holiday and would love to return perhaps in summer!
