We would like to welcome you to our vacation home. When we aren't using it ourselves, we enjoy making it available for guests.

It is ideally situated in a quiet townhouse complex close to everything, but far enough from the village centre to avoid the noise. (If you are interested in partying, there are other more suitable properties).

There is a ground floor entrance, where you can store your skis, leading up to a main floor living area. Bedrooms are upstairs, separated from the kitchen, dining room and living room. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay - browse the list of amenities.

 Property Description

Two story town townhouse with keyless lock outside entrance. The entry hall has a bench and a closet for skis, boots etc. It is separated from the main floor by a staircase.

The main floor has the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a deck off the dining room with table and chairs. A storage closet is also provided.

The townhome has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. There is a large deck off the bedrooms with table and chairs. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.

This is a quiet townhouse development. If you are interested in partying, there are other more suitable properties to book. The property has a security service to handle excessive noise complaints.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 25 years of age. The member of the party who is making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age with a valid credit card and will be held responsible for the rest of the group. We reserve the right to ask for ID to ensure that the age requirement has been met. Any reservation made under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or the party will be required to vacate the property. All additional charges and payment will be the responsibility of the party should they need to move to another property.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We do not offer long term stays. If you wish a stay longer than two weeks, please contact us.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking. If you smoke you will be charged a fee to refresh the unit.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) Please contact us before booking. A prepaid damage deposit may be required.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties We do not accept graduation, stag/ette or other parties in our home due to noise and cleaning & damage costs.
Pets Absolutely no pets. The next guest may be allergic to your pet so out of consideration to them please do not circumvent this policy.
Wheelchairs This is a multilevel unit with stairs between levels. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Arrival Days Bookings may begin any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance of payment is refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our website takes live reservations 24 hrs/day 7 days/week, therefore we operate on a first come first served basis.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for arrival delays and do not offer refunds for unused bookings.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information E-mailed after receipt of balance of payment. Access codes and instructions are emailed after full payment for the booking is made. You are not required to go to a registration desk location to pick up keys.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of breach of these policies. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Bikes must not be taken into our townhouse our stored on our decks. A bike storage cage which requires the access key card for entry is available in the parking garage for use by all townhouses in our develepment. Bikes may be secured to racks installed in the cage but you will need to provide your own locking equipment.
Check-In Time 4pm. An earlier check-in may be possible if we are not booked the night before. Please check with us 1 or 2 days before your arrival date.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card in the event of excessive cleaning costs. See Property Damage policy
Excessive Noise Guest authorizes up to a $250 CAD charge on their credit card in the event of excessive noise complaint costs. Guests may be evicted for excessive noise. The property management has a limited noise policy after 10 PM. If there are excessive noise complaints a security service will arrive and request that the noise be stopped. There is a charge to the guest booking the property for this service. Further noise complaints may result in immediate eviction. If there is excessive noise from another property, the guest booking this property may call the security service at 604.905.9909 to deal with the problem.
Garbage Removal Please remove kitchen garbage and turn on the dishwasher if necessary before leaving. There is a garbage disposal room at the entrance to the parking garage. You need the access key card for entry. DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE PROPERTY. The strata and/or municipality may levy a fine for which you are responsible.
Housekeeping Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Liability The Owner is not responsible for any injury or accidents to guests or guests of guests or for theft, loss or damage of their property.
Locking Door Please keep the doors, including doors to the decks, locked while away from our home. You are responsible for ensuring our property is secure during your stay and when you check out.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour service. Emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Up to 7. Excess occupants will result in eviction. Please contact us if other arrangements are requested.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items, including a $60 CAD charge for a missing access key card.
Parking & Ticketing One reserved parking space is provided for guest use at no charge. Other unreserved spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
Property Damage Guest agrees to pay the cost of all damage and agrees that the charges are authorized to be placed on their credit card in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, missing garage key, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning The property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.

Clean place...

The unit was very clean and everything worked. If you are going out for a bike vacation the garage and bike storage is a bit cumbersome. The lower bunk bed was very hard and fairly uncomfortable. These were minor inconveniences. The place was very nice aside from that.


Ok, reasonable Whistler accomodation

This was a clean and well maintained condo in one of the older Whistler complexes. It was fine for a couple of days and very convenient for shopping being right across the street from IGa Marketplace. The condo could use some updating. Still had the old "motel type" bedspreads which are always a bit worrisome. The main bedroom bed was comfortable, but not the bunk in the next room. Also - be warned - there is no pool or hottub to use. We had thought it was part of the Northstar complex and that has a pool and hottub, but the Lagoons does not. Many of the Lagoons properties have their own hottubs, so if this is important check with the owners. The lack of a hottub was huge for us and our kids and we would not use this property again for that reason. However, if you need a clean and reasonable Whistler accomodation, this is fine.

Good accommodation option

We stayed at the apartment in January, and found the layout very good. There is a lot of space and is very comfortable. There were 4 of us plus a toddler(please note there are 2 lots of stairs). Only criticism is the internet connection was really really slow, and the place had barely even the basic cable TV package, we coudlnt even watch the canucks on TSN. Otherwise it was a good location, convenient to the IGa but less so for skiing. You can get a bus, or walk 10 minutes (which is ok if you are a snow boarder...).

The location was very convenient for all the activities we could possibly want to engage in. The accommodations were very comfortable, fully equipped, and the complex was lovely on the outside as well.
