 Property Description

 Fully equipped chalet with a distinct and luxurious feeling. The homes main chalet is fully equipped with four/five bedrooms plus loft, larger kitchen, dining area & living room, laundry facilities and the lower level fourth bedroom that exists the outside, or it can make a great den for kids to hang and not bother the adult time.. Ideal for those in the group requiring more privacy.  We also have a connecting one bedroom apartment that can be locked off for separate family or nanny, or kids.  This area has its own tv, sitting area, kitchen and bath as well as separate bedroom with two single beds.

Living Area

Main living room with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows. Lounge on our couches in front of the river rock fireplace. Choose from our selection of CD's or bring some of your favorites.  Or just veg out in the loft area, or on our two balconies enjoying the view accessible from both places.  You can also use the basement bedroom as a den with tv and lots of movies and access to the outside.

Main dining areas with table seating for 6.  But can add more with the benches, and we do have the bar sitting area that can hold 2 more.  Gorgeous area where you can see the mountains thru the many windows, and access the hot tub from right there and you can even serve the hot tub from these windows!

Gorgeous large newly remodeled chalet with full time concierge service just like a hotel.   In a peaceful setting next to a creek, no one behind you on a quiet mountain culdesac.   Ideal for families wanting to spread out, or to share with another family.  Main chalet has vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace and larger living and dinning area. Smaller chalet has cathedral windows; spiral stair and gas fireplace. Ideal for those in the group requiring more privacy if it is available you can book the two together.  making tons of room. The full time concierge service can book skiing, babysitting, extra cleaning, restaurants, butler service, food delivery...you name it.  Did I mention views?  lots of parking, bus nearby!!

 Policies

Reservations Policy 25% deposit due upon booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card or a certified cheque. Cancellation Policy 45 days prior to arrival subject to first night deposit. .If cancelled with-in 30 days of arrival you will forfeit full deposit if only a two day booking, if a longer stay it will be a minimum of 25% of the deposit.If cancelled within two weeks of booking you will loose your deposit, If we are not able to rebook, full payment will be forfeited.  In addition you will have to pay all credit card fees associated with the booking as they are not recoverable.  If you decide to rebook, your deposit monies lost will be returned, and no deposit will be necessary if it is for the same amount of days and the same rates. Security Deposit Signed credit card required for deposit. Credit Card holders must be 25 years of age. All reservations are subject to owner's approval. Guest Registry All guests must be registered prior to check-in. Number of guests using the home must not exceed number of guests registered. Parties We do not host graduation parties or stag (stagette) parties. We have a 11pm residential noise curfew.  If more people show up then permissable,  we have the right to keep all monies associated with the booking and to terminate your stay.

Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings.	Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Housekeeping	Spotlessly clean upon arrival.	Additional cleaning available at $75.00/per day. Excessive cleaning will be billed to guest credit card.
Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation	The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking.	Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
