 Property Description

 Fully equipped side by side chalets with a distinct and luxurious feeling. The homes main chalet is fully equipped with four bedrooms plus den/loft.  The master has a nice electric fireplace, as well as a large ensuite bath with a large jacuzzi tub, as well as a shower.  Nice larger kitchen, dining area & living room with real wood burning f/p, laundry facilities, steam showers, and the lower level fourth bedroom that exists the outside, or it can make a great den for kids to hang and not bother the adult time.. Ideal for those in the group requiring more privacy.  We also have a connecting guest house with one small bedroom and one large loft bedroom with 11/2 baths, a gas fireplace, and awesome two story picture windows with views of the slopes.  This side also has a steam shower. if interested for overflow to book separately.

Main living room with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows. Lounge on our couches in front of the river rock fireplace. Bring some of your favorites.music also have I-pod dock,   Have access here to our gorgeous extra large deck with seating, hot tub, and views galore!  Get served a hot toddy right outside the kitchen windows that open directly onto the hot tub.  Then jump out of the tub, and run straight to our large steam shower to totally be ready for a long nights sleep!

Dining Area

Main dining areas with table seating for 7.  But can add more with extra chairs around, and even more if you add the table in living onto it., and we do have the bar sitting area that can hold 2 more.  Gorgeous area where you can see the mountains thru the many windows, and access the hot tub from right there and you can even serve the hot tub from these windows!

Reservations Policy 25% deposit due upon booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card or a certified cheque. Cancellation Policy 45 days prior to arrival subject to first night deposit. .If cancelled with-in 30 days of arrival you will forfeit full deposit if only a two day booking, if a longer stay it will be a minimum of 25% of the deposit.If cancelled within two weeks of booking you will loose your deposit, If we are not able to rebook, full payment will be forfeited.  In addition you will have to pay all credit card fees associated with the booking as they are not recoverable.  If you decide to rebook, your deposit monies lost will be returned, and no deposit will be necessary if it is for the same amount of days and the same rates. Security Deposit Signed credit card required for deposit. Credit Card holders must be 25 years of age. All reservations are subject to owner's approval. Guest Registry All guests must be registered prior to check-in. Number of guests using the home must not exceed number of guests registered. Parties We do not host graduation parties or stag (stagette) parties. We have a 11pm residential noise curfew.  If more people show up then permissable,  we have the right to keep all monies associated with the booking and to terminate your stay.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal	The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage	We have bike starage - please inquire.
Check-In Time	4:00 - 6:00 pm. Special arrangement can be made for different times.
Check-Out Time	10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property	Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs	If it takes more time than normal guests will be charged additional cleaning costs of 25 per hour. this will be taken from thier credit card on file.
Excessive Noise	Onb-site caretakers will enforece noice by-laws outside in hot tub or decks. If not complied will result in an eviction without a refund.
Forgotten Items by Guest	will send to you if you pay the charges.
Garbage Removal	while staying at the house please take overflow to the dump by nesters, cleaning lady will take the rest on check out. never leave garbage outside due to raccoons and bears! or their can be a charge of clean up assoc with it.
Housekeeping	Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Excessive cleaning will be billed to guest credit card.
Internet Availability & Usage	We have wireless internet.
Liability	Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.
Locking Door	Doors must be locked when no one is at the chalet. Owners are not responsible for stolen property
Maintenance Emergencies	Provided upon booking.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity	sleeps max 12 adults. All guests must be registered prior to check-in. Additional persons will result in an immediate eviction.
Missing Items	credit card on file will be charged for missing items from the home.
Noise Restrictions	Effective from 10:00pm. caretakers strictly enforce noise bylaws.
Parking & Ticketing	We have free parking for 4 vehicles.

Property Damage	A signed credit card is required upon check-in. Property damages will be charged to credit card holder on file.
