The entry way is a separate, enclosed, mud room with ski/board storage, washer/dryer, a sitting bench, hall closet, and lots of hooks to hang and dry your gear. Leaving the entry, you proceed down a hallway. The bedroom is on your right. It has a queen bed, 2 night tables with lamps, phone, and alarm clock. There is ample storage in the closet, and 6 drawer dresser. One entire wall is windows. Across from the bedroom is the bathroom which has a bathtub with sliding glass doors, and a hairdryer.
Further down the hallway is the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is located on the left side. It has been outfitted with new, full size stainless steel appliances and updated decor. It is fully stocked to make your stay as effortless as possible. The kitchen counter overlooks the dining area, and has 2 barstools under the kitchen counter for extra seating and mingling with your company. The dining area comfortably seats 4 to 6 people.
The living room is across from the kitchen. It has a gas fireplace surrounded by slate tile and a wood mantle. The television, DVD, and stereo are next to the fireplace. A large sectional sofa has a queen pull out sofa bed. Windows compose one entire wall, and look out onto the private patio. There is also a door in the living room that leads out to the patio and BBQ.

Our kitchen has just been rennovated and outfitted with full size, stainless steel GE appliances. There are enough dishes, cutlery, and cups for 8 people. We have some basic spices in the kitchen as well. You should find this kitchen very easy to whip up any meal you desire, down to the crockpot!

Because the living area has one full wall of windows and a glass patio door, it receives lots of natural light. This area has been fully rennovated with all new furniture, lighting, and flooring. It has a large area rug over the wood laminate floors. There is a new large microsuede sectional sofa, that has a very comfortable pull-out queen sleeper (we've slept on it several times). The ottoman serves as a coffee table and storage unit. This is where extra linens are located and where you can store you items as well. There is a gas fireplace surrounded by slate tiles and a wood mantle. A 40" LCD television outfitted with cable, free high speed internet access (wireless), Blu-ray DVD player, and a small stereo are also located in the living room. You may watch HD movies on our blu-ray DVD, but we do not get any HD channels.
The dining area is located just off of the living area. The table comfortably sits 4. In addition, there are 2 barstools under the kitchen counter that can also provide additional seating. The TV is next to the dining area and can be turned around on the lazy susan to watch during your meal. The large counter top between the kitchen and dining area serves as a great serving area for "serve yourself" type of meals. Since our floors are wood laminate, clean up is a breeze! No smashed food into the carpet!!!

Location & Map
Our home is close to all Whistler has to offer. We are across from the Marketplace in Village North. Across the street is a grocery store, several restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, liquor store, video store, candy shop, medical services, and the village stroll. For parents with young kids, a play area is at the end of the village stroll closest to our complex. We are also next to the valley trail... a great trail for getting around the Whistler area by foot, bike, or skateboard.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you. Please be sure to put garbage where it belongs (in the garbage room), wipe up spills on the sofa, etc...Please start a load of towels in the washing machine prior to departure, and put all dishes in the dishwasher. Any excessive cleaning over and above what our housekeeper normally charges will be charged back to you.|
|Excessive Noise||No noise policy in effect in this complex after 10pm. No noise policy in effect after 10pm. This is a family complex; please respect other guests staying in the complex. All units have a number displayed in the unit for guests to call regarding after hours noise complaints. If a noise complaint is lodged against you, we will also be notified. If there are any fines, etc., resulting from the complaint you will be responsible for them and you may be evicted without a refund.|
|Garbage Removal||Please remove garbage upon your departure. The garbage room code access is provided inside the unit.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after your departure is included. In addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.|
|Liability||We (the owners ) are excluded from any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of their stay. We are excluded from liability while in transit to/from, or while on resort property. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||A 24 hr contact number will be given. Complete emergency instructions will be provided.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||Four adult guests allowed in the unit. Email me with regarding kids.|
|Missing Items||Any missing items will be subject to credit card charge upon guests departure.|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are responsible for payment of all fines levied against the owner as a result of the noise bylaw. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. We will not refund evicted guests.|
|Parking & Ticketing||You will be given an assigned secured underground parking space. There is limited, 2 hr. visitor parking available.|
|Property Damage||We do not take a damage deposit and rely on the honesty of our guests. Although we request no damage deposit, you are financially responsible for any damage incurred by yourselves or your guests during your stay. Lost sets of keys/garage door openers will incur a $60 charge.|
|Rental Accommodation Zoning||This property is zoned for nightly rentals. NO long-term rentals allowed.|
|Terms of Eviction||By 24 hr. security company. Eviction for excessive noise, property damage, disturbing the peace.|

|Reservation Guarantee||If our property is damaged and we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property. I have rented many units in Stoney Creek and this is one of the nicer ones. It has been tastefully updated and decorated and has lots of natural light. Really appreciated the barbecue on the patio. It is very close to the entrance of the complex so it is not far to carry your luggage but can be a bit noisy with cars dropping off in the turnaround.
Lacking a bit in wine glasses (this could just be due to breakage from rentals) but overall a well stocked kitchen. Location is perfect if you want to be away from the noise of the main village yet be close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend this unit.View Full Review

Best Whistler Vacation ... Ever!!

We recently stayed in this condo in the SunPath complex, and had the best time ever. We have been to Whistler on 2 other occasions, this property was by far the best we stayed in, for value for money and quality of the accommodation. The apartment was everything we needed plus some. Very close to the market for fresh food and drinks, transport right outside the door and some of the best coffee in Canada all around! Being at the end of the path, it was nice and quiet, we slept in some mornings until 9am, it was so quiet. On the bed, it is a memory foam mattress, a little firm for us, but by the time we had finished our holidays, we had gotten used to the firmness of it. Great communal hot tub for socializing in the evening over a beverage, though we did find the the children also liked the hot water which made the socializing more noisier than we would have liked. The time we spent in Whistler was also some of the heaviest snow falls for the whole season, so that made the skiing all so much more fun. We loved our condo, would definitely go again next time we are in Whistler and highly recommend it to any travelers. One major drawback we found was the lack of a elevator from the car park to the accommodation area, would make it difficult for elderly holiday makers having to lug their backs up the stairs.

Great communal hot tub for socializing in the evening over a beverage, though we did find the the children also liked the hot water which made the socializing more noisier than we would have liked. The time we spent in Whistler was also some of the heaviest snow falls for the whole season, so that made the skiing all so much more fun. We loved our condo, would definitely go again next time we are in Whistler and highly recommend it to any travelers. One major drawback we found was the lack of a elevator from the car park to the accommodation area, would make it difficult for elderly holiday makers having to lug their backs up the stairs.

My husband and I stayed her for 10 days in January. We really loved the apartment and would stay here again. The hot tub was great and the bed really comfortable. The only small point was that it is fairly light in the bedroom as the blinds are not blackout at all so if you are sensitive to this then take an eye mask.

We loved this condo. Not only did it have absolutely everything in it you could possibly want it was in a fantastic location. We had to move right into the village for the Christmas period to join our fanily but we much preferred Northstar - nowhere near so noisy as right in the village. We met some fantastic neighbours and would definately recommend this condo . It is fantastic and dealing with Crystal could not have been easier. layout of condo is brilliant. hank you so much Crystal for allowing us to stay. perfect could not have picked anywhere better and such good value for money.

We booked three days at short notice and loved it here. The apartment was very comfortable, with a great book swap, good quality cooking equipment and our young daughters loved the pool and the hot tub. The only hitch was that for some reason the keycode was not emailed to us. But we phoned the owner and they sorted it right away. Location was ideal for families being a short walk from shops, play area and restaurants but still quiet and safe.

Located across road from Market Town and start of village walk. Very good location, unit is very well set up and is quality. A much better experience/value than a hotel. Ground floor is convenient. Bus stops close by too. As a last minute booking the owner followed up immediately and made sure all information about access was provided, unit has keypad entry- no key to pick up, very convenient. Would stay again. Thank you.

Had a 3 day ski trip. As always, the skiing at Whistler/Blackcomb was great! This 1 bedroom unit was in a great location: across the street from IGa and the north end of the village. Everything is walking distance and the free shuttle to the lifts is also across the street. The place is nicely appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. Included secure parking is a bonus. The recommended restaurant at the tennis club had good ribs and the price is right on Wednesday nights! A small radio/iPod docking station would be the one addition I would have liked. The TV and DVD player are good. I definitely would stay again.

This apartment was excellent, Modern, Clean and in a great location close to all local amenities and with a great free shuttle to base of the mountain just across the street. We have stayed at Northlands before but we much preferred this apartment to others we have rented in the past. I would offer would be traveller's one word of advice - try to avoid Martin Luther King Weekend which is a public holiday in america. It attracts hoards of very noisy obnoxious, drunk Teens and spoiled really our last weekend in Whistler. But this was no fault of the apartment or complex we have experienced 3 Years of this event due to Birthday's falling on a similar day and every year is the same. Next Year we will avoid it! If you choose this rental have confidence you will have a fab time :)

The unit was lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! The unit was clean and homey. There was nothing we could fault. We felt well looked after by Chrystal with all our communications and the instructions for gaining entry were clear and easy to follow. The unit was situated in a great location away from the bussle of the centre of Whistler and right at the start of the Walk that took you right through the town. A very easy walk. We would definitely stay here again should we return. Thank you Chrystal for everything.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the Village and the Marketplace grocery store. Furniture and applicances seemed very new and in great shape.
