A locked bike storage cage is available in the parking garage for use by all apartments in our development. |Check-In Time||4:00 pm,. An earlier check-in may be possible if we are not booked the night before - please check with us 1 or 2 days before your arrival date|
|Check-Out Time||10:00 am. A additional $50 charge will occur if cleaners arrive and room is not vacated .|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of excessive cleaning costs.|
|Excessive Noise||The Alpenglow is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited.Guests will also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company.|
|Garbage Removal||Please ensure all garbage is removed when you check out. Remove all garbage to the garbage room located in the parking garage|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning service will clean unit upon departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Wireless Internet is available from a 3rd party provider at a nominal fee.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on the property, in the unit or at any location in Whistler Resort.|
|Locking Door||Please keep the doors and windows locked while out of the unit. You are responsible for ensuring our property is secure when you check out.|

Great studio for our needs. Walking distance from bottom of the mountain. Would be very cozy for 4 people but perfect for 2. Dan was always accessible via text for any problems we had and was always very helpful.
We recently stayed here on a four day trip to Whistler. The location was great for some excellent food, groceries, and coffee. It is in walking distance to the chair lifts also, however, in your ski boots or board boots it is nice to be closer. The room is small but cosy, there isn't a lot of room but it was totally ok with us because we weren't in Whistler to be indoors. There is a hot spa, gym (small), steam room and hot room downstairs - these are great at the end of the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with most utensils and cutlery you could need. The heater was great also. Parking available on site, for an extra fee but cheaper than street. The only slight negative would have been the shower which didn't have a very good head on it, the water stream is small. Close by I'd suggest for excellent coffee 'Mount Currie Cafe' and for excellent aussie meat pies 'Peaked Pies' - these are both outside the front door to your left. Also, 'Crepe Montague' across the street does excellent breaky, lunch & dinner. Around the corner (to your left) sitting almost behind alpenglow is 'Quatro' - these guys were really good for Itallian. These might not be relevant to your stay but I appreciated their proximity. We loved alpenglow and will be back.
everything was as described. check-in and parking worked smoothly; directions and instructions were on point. the room was quite small, but that was not a surprise. our family of four fit comfortably (we are close and get along very well, otherwise things might have been too cozy). room was clean and comfortable. facility was conveniently located. the price was right and we were happy with our stay.
Loved the apartment, clean, compact, well appointed for all our needs. Particularly happy with the location near supermarket, cool cafe Pure Bread, round the corner from the library and pretty stream. Many of our friends complained of the noise outside their hotels by the restaurants and bars near the lifts, but alpenglow had no such problem when we were there. Everything is just a short walk anyway. Owners are very helpful too. Would certainly return. Thanks!
We enjoyed the location of whistler that much, because the appartement was excellent.
This squeaky-clean studio could not be better located in the heart of Whistler village, across the street from a supermarket and a short block from Olympic square. It had all of the cooking appliances and utensils we needed. Great free wireless and convenient underground parking.
Dan was a great host, who was happy to help with some pre-arrival queries we had. Our condo was lovely and clean on arrival. Everything we needed in a self-catering room was provided, which was great. The location, if you're looking to be right in the middle of the action was ideal (for both daytime activities and nightlife). The downside to this was that we found it quite noisy at pub/club closing time when we were trying to sleep. However, I'm sure this is true of all Village condos, so if you have young children maybe look slightly further out of the centre of the Village more. If you're looking to party hard in the Village then roll home to bed, this is your place. The supermarket is a two minute walk away. The noise late at night was the only downside (and the only reason for the three star Location rating), and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
I like that it is on the free shuttle route and is very close to the IGa supermarket. The free Internet connection kept me in touch with friends who were staying elsewhere. I would describe the unit as very cosy and would imagine that it would be quite tight for 4. This said, it is excellent value for money. The Murphy bed is nice to have if you do not want to share your bed. The owner is very nice, flexible and accommodating.
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful, well-located condo during our four-day snowboard trip over Christmas. This condo was much cheaper than a condo in the same building advertised on the Whistler accommodations site. Dan Heisler provided all info we needed (including directions from Vancouver) so no questions prior to our arrival. The condo was ideally sized for my wife and me. It is a studio-style, with bedroom area, kitchenette and dining area, and bathroom. It has plenty of room for two people but can accommodate four, with a wall-mounted fold-down bed in the dining area. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, and stove-top burners--we used it for breakfast to ease dining costs. The bathroom was spacious and provided everything my wife needed (hair dryer!). The fireplace adds ambiance and easily serves as the main source of heat. Other amenities include a small balcony overlooking the road outside, flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet connectivity. The condo is suitably located in Whistler Village. It's only a short walk to the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas but removed enough from the crowds. Restaurants and shops are within a 10-minute walk. A grocery store and drug store are right across the street. Because of its location, there is little disturbing outside pedestrian or traffic noise. The condo building has a gym, small outdoor pool, and outdoor hot tub. Underground parking is available; access comes with the room but you still have to pay $15 per day (much cheaper than street parking). The desk staff proved very friendly and helpful--one even offered to bring a sewing kit from her home for my use. The only shortfall we identified was a lack of secure storage for snowboards in the ski storage room in the parking garage (you can lock skis to the provided racks). As a result, we stored our boards in our car. My wife and I like to travel to Whistler annually. We look forward to staying in this condo again.
Excellent central location, can by noisy at night however. Easy check in and check out. Ran into a problem on arrival that was immediately addressed and fixed by owner. Mr Heisler is an honest and caring man with regards to his clients.

The room was as expected very small however it had everything we needed for a great vacation. The location was great close to everything such as restaurants, the lifts, Starbucks etc. The balcony needed to be cleaned and as such we didn't spend time on it. The Toilet was broken however i was able to fix it with a twist tie. I told the owner but never heard back... I also thought we would have gotten more than a roll and a half of toilet paper and 2 sheets of paper towel for a weeks visit. The smoke detector went off even if we boiled water which was a bit annoying but i assume every unit in the building had this issue. That said it was a great vacation and I would consider the room again.
We really enjoyed our stay at alpineglow. This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. I stayed almost 2 week. The location was very good. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend alpineglow to you.
We really enjoyed our stay at alpine Glow. The location was very good. Great food selections close by. Hy's Steakhouse, Italian Pasta Pino to go, and Splitz Burgers. Short scenic walk to the mountain. Great patio, with a stunning view! You can pick up Whistler's Base free Wi-FI on Patio. Pool, jacuzzi, steam room, Sauna and fitness facility were greatly appreciated! Well kept. There are 2 washers and dryers on main floor near fitness room, which also was nice to have available. Secure parking in basement. The bed was really comfy, and the fire place was greatly enjoyed. Great coffee maker with timer! If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is great for the budget traveler.
I stayed a week and found the place clean and extremely comfortable. It made the holiday very nice. It would be nice to have some spices and salt & Pepper. Be sure to have the current code for the front door to ensure you dont get locked out. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
This condo was very nice. Clean and comfortable. It would've be nice to have a small dresser of sorts to put away fold-able clothing, but none-the-less, we made do. It was in a prime location and just a short few mins walk to the ski lifts and shopping. The pool and hot-tub area were very nice as well. We were a little disappointed that the parking price was double ($30) what the owner had written out in the contract. When I returned home I emailed him, but alas, no response. If you were to rent this condo, I would just make sure the owner is aware of the current pricing.

We were a couple, and the apartment was perfect for us. Great facilities in the apartment, and the development has a good hot tub and pool. Located 10 min walk from village & blackcomb gondola. Around the corner from supermarket which is really handy. Also, across the road from Dups Burritos and Crepe Montagne restaurants, both really good.
We stayed here for 3 weeks in the run up to Christmas 2011 and it was just perfect for us. I'd happily recommend this studio to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Whistler. Pros: Whistler Village location, decent amenities (pool, sauna, steam). Cons: This is very small studio, living room size is just barely larger then queen size bed. It gets very noisy during bar closing times. A lot of noise inside condo as well
