Our family holiday home is located mountainside on Taluswood, within Whistler Creekside, a fabulous luxury development on Whistler Mountain.  Enjoy the convenience of intermediate ski-in, ski-out access to and from the the mountains via the Creekside gondola.

The newest and final phase at Taluswood, Phase V "The Lookout" are majestically detailed executive style duplexes. Our property provides guests with the finest finishing currently available. The intermediate ski in/out trail access directly onto Whistler Mountain. 3 luxurious bedrooms. 2 1/2 spa-like bathrooms. Slate entry and hardwood floors. Two car garages with ski rack and boot warmers, plus easy outside parking. Ensuite laundry facilities.  Property Description

No finishing detail was missed in this executive mountain retreat.

Walk in to a large slate entrance foyer with a big picture window, and slate stairways leading upstairs to the Master Bedroom and downstairs to the Main Floor.

On the Main Floor, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, beautiful dining room, covered deck facing Whistler Mountain. Sunken living room (with a comfortable queen size sofa bed), large picture windows, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplace and a powder room.

The entire upper level is devoted to a spacious master bedroom with a King size bed, reading area and full en-suite bathroom with large separate Jacuzzi bath and separate shower area with a private covered deck overlooking the slopes and snow covered trees.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the lower level. Both bedrooms have twin beds that we can easily convert to comfortable king size-beds.  These bedrooms have shared access to a large bathroom with a bathtub and separate jetted shower area. There is a private hot tub deck and full laundry facilities.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are non-refundable. Refund only for dates replaced, at re-booked rates, minus 5% admin fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. All reservations are on a first come/first served basis.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information To be delivered by e-mail upon receipt of full payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract None. Full payment and confirmation constitutes acceptance of and responsibility for all policies.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes If availability permits and in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your stay if space is available. If you wish to shorten your stay, we apologise that no refund will be due you. If the reservation is shortened prior to the balance of payment due date, it will be adjusted accordingly.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 3 pm. We will do our best to accommodate earlier check-ins, depending on availability.
Check-Out Time 11 am. We will do our best to accommodate late check-outs, subject to availability.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Should excessive cleaning be required after departure, such cleaning fees will be charged automatically to Guest's credit card on file.
Excessive Noise Cause for automatic eviction. This is our family holiday home and we wish you and your family a happy stay. However, it is not a party place, and loud and noisy partying is definitely not allowed.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Liability We are not liable for personal bodily and / or property injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on rental property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum 8 people strictly enforced.
Property Damage The guest is liable for all damages incurred while staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. These will be charged to Guest's credit card on file.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

 About Us

While still living in Hong Kong, we discovered Whistler in 2002 during a family skiing holiday.  Not only did we fall in love with Whistler as an all season holiday destination, we fell in love with British Columbia and have called Vancouver home since 2007.

Father and 3 sons are avid skiers, while Mom is a reluctant tag-along.  However, there is plenty to do for everyone so Whistler remains one of our favorite holiday destinations.

We've had the privilege of owning this beautiful property since 2003, and have had many special memories with both family and friends. We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday home and wish you, your family, and friends the same magical moments here in Whistler.
